Abstract

AbstrakTujuan utama penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh ���motivasi,faktor keluarga, lingkungan kampus dan aktif organisasi terhadapprestasi akademik mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAINWalisongo Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei denganmenggunakan kuesioner yang diedarkan ke responden. Populasi adalahseluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN WalisongoSemarang yang berada pada semester 3 ke atas. Untuk pemilihan sampeldigunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisa data menggunakanstatistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa variabel bebas yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap prestasi akademik adalah motivasi, faktor keluarga, lingkungankampus dan aktif organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapprestasi akademik mahasiswa FITK.Kata kunci: prestasi akademik, motivasi, faktor keluarga, lingkungankampus

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. This research method includes qualitative research with the object of research is the Islamic Boarding School Modern Imam Syuhodo Sukoharjo. This study's collection method was obtained by seeking information from high-ranking informants and distributing questionnaires filled out by respondents at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation, and documentation supported by OCAI instruments. The results of the Leadership Research show that from the point of view of the leadership's assessment of the current dominant organizational culture, namely clan culture (40) and hierarchy (23). The data obtained shows that there is a significant difference between clan and hierarchy. The research results concluded that clan is the dominant culture for the current organizational culture and the dominant culture for the expected culture. At the same time, the hierarchy becomes the dominant culture in the second position. Then the organization needs a greater sense of kinship and better regulations to maintain organizational stability.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to find out the level of students' ability to work on the questions, the suitability of the individuals with the items, the level of difficulty of the items, the suitability of the items, and the interaction of individuals with the items by using the Rasch model theory. The data collection technique is with documentation, the data collected is in the form of answers from VII grader students of Madrasah Quraniyah Karanganyar taken from the end of the odd semester exam for the 2021/2022 school year. The number of respondents is 23 students and the number of questions is 25 items. The data are analyzed by using the Rasch model theory with the help of the Winstep program. The research result shows that (1) there are 2 students with high abilities (ex11, ex19) and 3 students with low abilities (ex3, ex9, ex12); (2) students who do not fit the model or have misconceptions about the questions are ex16, ex12, ex22, ex09, ex15, and ex21; (3) the most difficult questions are considered to be 2 items (B12, B29), the others are categorized as a medium; (4) the items that do not fit the model are B12, B20 and B24. Research finding generally shows that the test takers' abilities are above the item difficulty level, so the questions must be improved further.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kecerdasan spiritual danpengaruhnya terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekuantitatif, dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner.Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Sampelpenelitian ini adalah 146 karyawan Pondok Pesantren Modern islamAssalaam Pabelan Surakarta, Teknik pengambilan sampel yangdigunakan yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposivesampling. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadapkinerja menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitianmendapati bahwa kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja. Oleh sebab itu untuk meningkatkankinerja pegawai, maka kecerdasan spiritual mereka perlu tetapdiasah.

Abstract

From year to year, the number of ship passengers at Semayang Port, Balikpapan city tends to fluctuate. It also doubles in certain months and repeats every year. Sea transportation companies need to make forecasts in order to implement policies related to predict the number and capacity of ships that need to be provided as well as the preparation of port facilities. The study aims at obtaining the best model, predicting and determining the accuracy of the forecasting results for the number of passengers arriving and departing at Semayang Port, Balikpapan city using SARIMA method. The SARIMA method is a time series data forecasting method that is able to identify seasonal patterns. The results showed that the best model for predicting the number of passengers departing at Semayang Port, Balikpapan city is the SARIMA (4,1,0)(0,1,2)12 model with a MAPE of 14.05%. It means that the SARIMA model used produces good forecasting. Meanwhile, the best model to predict the number of passengers coming to Semayang Port Balikpapan city is the SARIMA (0,1,1)(2,1,0)12 model with a MAPE value of 3.27% which exposes that the SARIMA model used succeed to provide accurate forecasting. The results of this forecast can be used as a reference for the government or port managers to anticipate a surge in passengers. The government or port management can prepare an adequate amount of transportation in certain months to avoid the accumulation of passengers and to make sea transportation more efficient.
