Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Darussalam branch, Banda Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique in this study was random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate; (1) the service quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, (2) the trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) together service quality and trust have an effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan nilai-nilai syariah dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah (studi pada PT. Bank Aceh Syariah KCP Darussalam). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel penerapan nilai-nilai syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Secara simultan penerapan nilai-nilai syariah dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai syariah dan kualitas layanan secara bersama-sama saling berhubungan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Aceh Syariah KCP Darussalam.

Abstract

Aceh Tengah is highland that attracts many tourists from domestic or foreign countries in Aceh. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) of the Islamic banks that plays an important role regarding the cash withdrawal process by foreign tourists in Aceh Tengah District, Aceh Province, Indonesia. The study aims to determine how BSI facilitates cash withdrawal services in Aceh Tengah. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive field approach from foreign tourists that visiting Aceh Tengah. The results of this study indicate that there are several obstacles experienced by tourists in the cash withdrawal process, such as some of their bank cards are not supported by the available ATM (Automated Teller Machine) even through the Teller counters would have been not accessible for them. It is expected that this study will highlights the needs of upgrading system for Islamic banks that operating in Aceh Tengah for foreign tourists in using cash withdrawal services.
