Abstract

Changes in consumer lifestyles certainly have a big influence on the growth of online business in Indonesia, this development is the initial sequence for the growth of goods delivery services. One shipping expedition service company that is experiencing development is the J&T Express company. J&T Express helped establish its company in Banda Aceh, to face competition and maintain its credibility the company needs to optimize the implementation of marketing strategies including: brand image, service quality and price. The formulation of the problem and research objectives are to see how brand image, service quality, and price influence consumer decisions in using J&T Express services in Banda Aceh City partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study, using primary data by distributing questionnaires to 153 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially and simultaneously brand image, service quality, and price have a significant effect on the decision to use J&T Express services in Banda Aceh City

Abstract

Penanggulangan kemiskinan dengan cara mengembangkan Usaha Mikro, kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki potensi yang cukup besar, mengingat bahwa UMKM ini merupakan sektor yang paling memiliki kontribusi besar bagi perkembangan penyerapan tenaga kerja di indonesia. Adanya subsidi Umkm merupakan salah satu kebijakan pemerintah dalam rangka menurunkan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh UMKM dan Subsidi terhadap penurunan kemiskinan di indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data time series dari tahun 1998-2021 dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial UMKM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia, semetara pengeluaran subsidi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia, dan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kemiskinan

Abstract

The profession of a firefighter carries very high safety risks. Legal review in firefighting work using the Ijārah 'Ala al-A'mal agreement. The problems studied in this research are to find out, first, how to minimise work risks among Banda Aceh City Fire Department employees, second, what is the level of awareness of Banda Aceh City Fire Department employees regarding work risks, third, what forms of party responsibility exist? Banda Aceh City firefighters in the perspective of the Ijārah 'Ala al-A'mal Agreement. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, and data collection was carried out using field research and library research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that efforts are made to minimise work risks with available facilities and infrastructure. Awareness of work risks among fire department employees is still lacking. The form of responsibility of the Banda Aceh City fire brigade in the perspective of the Ijarah 'Ala Al-Amal agreement based on the regulations used in work risk responsibility is in accordance with the Ijarah 'Ala Al-Amal agreement, however it is very unfortunate that there are differences in the social security obtained, which employees Civil servants get BPJS employment while contract employees do not get BPJS guarantees and any benefits so officers cannot submit claims for work accident insurance because officers are not insured by the government.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the tourism industry have an inseparable link because the availability of halal products or halal services is fundamental in building the halal tourism sector. Therefore, to support the development of the halal tourism sector, optimizing halal products, including MSME products, is one of the keys. This study aims to describe optimizing the role of MSMEs in supporting halal tourism in Aceh. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The data source used is primary data in the form of interviews with several related agencies, namely LPPOM MPU Aceh, Culture and Tourism Service, Aceh Cooperative and SME Service and MSME actors. The results of this research show that the government, through related institutions, namely LPPOM MPU, the Tourism Office and the Cooperatives and SMEs Service, has made efforts to support the development of the halal MSME sector in order to boost the halal tourism sector through the provision of facilities and various development programs that have been carried out. As for optimizing the role of MSMEs, if we look at the realization of objectives, alternative programs and resources, the role of MSMEs in supporting the halal tourism sector in its implementation is not yet optimal, even though the government itself has attempted various programs and policies to optimize the MSME sector.
