Abstract

The change is an absolute process in all aspects of life. Human as actor of this life witnesses this process, much more women. Because of being made in ancient time, law oftern come late other contemporary events. Law on women are lagged, behind unable to keep abreast with wheels of changes. Hence it seems absolute and void which leads to obtaining laws legimitation over their choosen deeds as a result of the changes, event if they prompt to utilize the old law, they are threaten with sins, prohibition and hell. A new law formulation that accomadating to women’s need is unavoidable. Much less their voices, thoughts, feelings, and experiences should be a sourced of deliberation in regulating new Islamic law (fiqih) so as to bring no fault any longer as it was being formatted which mens dominanace

Abstract

This qualitative research is  studying the responds of poor women who have a child born out of wedlock to replacement of law about law relationship between a child born out of wedlock  with his or father biological father. At first, Marriage Act  rules that a child born out of wedlock is only have legal relation with his or her mother, but this rule has replaced by a new rule, it is Constitution Court Judgement No 41/PUU/2012 that says that a child born out of wedlock also have legal relation with his biological father. The result of research show that poor women who have a child born out of wedlock are don’t respond the new rule happily because of they think that law is a difficult and complicated affair. Need to some money to solve the problem by law. Beside it, they are avoid to meet and take a part to get affair with the biological father of their child, a person who ever leave them in suffer because make them pragnanc but unresponsible.penelitian kualitatif ini adalah mempelajari respon perempuan miskin yang memiliki anak yang lahir di luar nikah untuk penggantian hukum tentang hubungan hukum antara anak yang lahir di luar nikah dengan ayah kandungnya atau ayah. Pada awalnya, UU Perkawinan aturan bahwa seorang anak yang lahir di luar nikah hanya memiliki hubungan hukum dengan atau ibunya, tetapi aturan ini telah diganti dengan aturan baru, itu adalah Mahkamah Konstitusi Pengadilan No 41 / PUU / 2012 yang menyebutkan bahwa seorang anak lahir di luar nikah juga memiliki hubungan hukum dengan ayah kandungnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan miskin yang memiliki anak yang lahir di luar nikah yang tidak merespon aturan baru bahagia karena mereka berpikir bahwa hukum adalah urusan sulit dan rumit. Perlu uang untuk memecahkan masalah dengan hukum. Selain itu, mereka menghindari untuk bertemu dan mengambil bagian untuk mendapatkan hubungan dengan ayah biologis dari anak mereka, orang yang pernah meninggalkan mereka di menderita karena membuat mereka pragnanc tapi tidak bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

The widespread of the fashion industry, which heavily utilizes the Instagram platform for marketing, influences the trends of Muslim fashion. Additionally, the image presented by Muslimah influencers also contributes to shaping the standards of contemporary Muslim clothing. This study aims to explore the role of the fashion industry and the image of Muslimah influencers in constructing contemporary standards of Muslimah attire. The study focuses on observing this phenomenon among female students at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta. By utilizing Giddens' theory of structuration with descriptive and interpretive analysis, the changes in contemporary Muslim fashion trends among female students are seen as outcomes of the process of structuration. The internal dynamics within Muslimah individuals who have a tendency to appear fashionable without compromising their religiosity serve as a form of self-identity representation. At the same time, there are external structures that also influence them in determining Muslimah clothing, namely the external factors of the fashion industry's role and influencer images. This article argues that fashion trends are created through the existence of agency factors, where the interests of the industry and influencers are involved.
