Abstract

Translation is replacing text material in the source language with equivalent text language in the target language, and the meaning of other translations mentions translating the meaning of a text into another language according to what was intended by the author. In translation activities, an interpreter returns the contents of a text in another language. This submission is not just a replacement activity, because translation in this case carries out new communication activities through the results of existing communication activities (ie in the form of text), but by paying attention to social aspects when the new text will be read or communicated. In translating concepts and translation procedures, it is necessary to produce appropriate and acceptable translations. This study aims to find out the types of translations of English articles into Indonesian and also through the translation procedures from the Lightning by Danielle Steel novel and thetranslation of the Flash Enchanting. The data obtained are explained using the descriptive method of pliers given by Sudaryanto (1993). Theories about the types of English articles were given by Catford (1965; Cyssco (2000); Warner (1985) and Alter (1991) and theories regarding translation were given by catford (1965); Pinchuck (1977); and Larson (1988 ) The author in this study found types of article translations such as zero article, definite article, indefinite article, and partitive article, English from discussing sources to target languages, namely from English to Indonesian, and also researchers found translation procedures such as literal, transposition , modulation.

Abstract

Medical record is a description of patient identification, patient examination, diagnosis, treatment, actions and other services, whether carried out by doctors and dentists or other health workers in accordance with their competence. In conducting statistical analysis of health care can be done by using quantitative analysis which explains information in the form of numbers so that the results will be easier to use in decision making. Data collection was carried out at the hospital by recording the data of inpatients who went home, so that data were obtained as many as 554 patients with a total of 179 beds. Data processing is done using a computer with Microsoft Excel application program. Furthermore, the data were analyzed and the results of statistical processing of health care were presented in the form of tables and graphs of Barber Johnson. Most diagnoses were Bronchopneumonia with code J18.0 as many as 24 patients. The main diagnosis grouping based on defecation in ICD-10 the most diagnosis was CHAPTER XI (Disease of Digestive system) of 15.88% as many as 88 patients. The most procedures were Lithotomy Kidney with procedure code 55.01 totaling 14 patients. The main diagnosis according to the most DTD with code DTD 215 (urolithiasis) as many as 30 patients. Based on the RL4a report, the most age group was the age group of 25-44 years with 165 patients, based on female sex as many as 102 patients and male as many as 63 patients, while based on the disposition of life 551 patients, and 3 patients died. After processing the data, BOR was obtained as much as 35.66% or 36%, this BOR value was not efficient. BTR as much as 3.09 times for the efficient number of BTR is per year, then BTR cannot be calculated. IT is 6.44 days or 6 days, the obtained IT value is not efficient and ALOS is 3.57 days or 4 days, the ALOS value obtained is inefficient.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a crucial pillar in improving the quality of healthcare services globally. The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) has become a key requirement in improving the efficiency of administration and medical services, one of which is implemented at the HB. Saanin Mental Hospital through the Sijiwa SIMRS to overcome the constraints of manual medical record management. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of the Sijiwa SIMRS improves the efficiency of medical record management. The methods used are quantitative and qualitative with a comparative approach through document analysis, surveys, and interviews, with data analysis in the form of descriptive statistics, Paired Sample T-Test, and thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate an increase in efficiency, including a reduction in patient registration time from 6 minutes 35 seconds to 5 minutes 2 seconds, file search time from 1 minute 18 seconds to 29 seconds, the number of staff reduced from 4 to 2 people while still being able to serve hundreds of patients, and file availability increased from 85% to 100%. Data input errors decreased from 10 to 1 document, although diagnostic coding errors were still found in 3–4 documents. Respondents expressed satisfaction because the system speeds up work and minimizes errors, but challenges such as network disruptions and feature limitations remain. This study recommends improving infrastructure and human resource competencies to optimize and enhance the benefits of SIMRS.

Abstract

HB Saanin Psychiatric Hospital faces challenges in health data management that is still conducted manually, limiting efficiency and accuracy in decision-making. A major constraint lies in the limited understanding of healthcare professionals and administrative staff regarding data analysis tools, such as Pivot Tables and Dashboards in Microsoft Excel. To address this issue, this Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to enhance the capacity of human resources at HB Saanin Hospital in health data processing through training and mentoring on Excel features. The program consisted of preparation, training implementation, evaluation, and mentoring stages. The training focused on two key aspects: (1) data analysis using Pivot Tables for faster and more accurate information presentation, and (2) the development of interactive Dashboards as data visualization tools to support evidence-based decision-making. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests, as well as direct observation of participants’ application in their workplace. Results showed an increase in participants’ understanding, with an average pre-test score of 73.64 compared to a post-test score of 85. The outcomes indicate improved skills of healthcare staff in efficient data management and analysis, thereby supporting service optimization at HB Saanin Hospital through Excel-based information technology.
