Abstract

Street Andi Pangeran Pettarani is one of the protocol roads in Makassar City and is located in a strategic area. Residential buildings along the Andi Pangeran Pettarani axis road have now turned into commercial buildings such as culinary or restaurant buildings, shops, hotels, offices, non-formal formal educational institutions, and even health services such as clinics and hospitals. The owner of the building builds in the border area of the building for these commercial activities. This then causes the unavailability of parking space for vehicles. Visitors who have vehicles will use sidewalks, road shoulders and even part of the road as a parking lot so that pedestrian paths in the form of sidewalks become unsafe and comfortable. The study was conducted on the sidewalk along the corridor of Andi Pangeran Pettarani, Panakkukang District, Makassar City. The 4 kilometer long axis road is divided into 6 segments for easy observation. This study aims to evaluate the utilization and availability of sidewalk support facilities and the level of pedestrian satisfaction with the sidewalks along the Andi Pangeran Pettarani road corridor. The method used is descriptive analysis method to describe the results of observations of the use and availability of sidewalk supporting facilities; IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis to determine the level of performance and importance of each supporting facility in order to prepare recommendations for the direction of the pedestrian path improvement plan.

Abstract

UJI PATOGENISITAS NEMATODA PATOGEN SERANGGA (NPS) Steinernema carpocapsae ISOLAT TANAH GAMBUT TERHADAP MORTALITAS Plutella xylostella L.Lili(1), Indri Hendarti(2), dan Tris Haris Ramadhan(2)ABSTRAKNematoda patogen serangga (NPS) merupakan salah satu agens hayati yang berpotensi dalam mengendalikan hama tanaman, contohnya seperti P. xylostella. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh patogenisitas NPS isolat tanah gambut terhadap mortalitas P. xylostella . Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Hama Tumbuhan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 6 perlakuan ( 0 Ji/ml (kontrol), 50 Ji/ml, 100 Ji/ml, 200 Ji/ml, 400 Ji/ml dan 800 Ji/ml) dengan 5 kali ulangan. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan larva P. xylostella instar III. Efektivitas suspensi NPS diukur berdasarkan mortalitas, periode letal dan virulensi, jumlah NPS yang keluar, jumlah pupa dan jumlah imago yang terbentuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi penambahan konsentrasi NPS maka semakin tinggi mortalitas P. xylostella. Konsentrasi 800 Ji/ml memiliki nilai mortalitas tertinggi yaitu 94 % sedangkan konsentrasi 50 JI/ml memiliki nilai mortalitas terendah yaitu 40 %. Periode letal yang dihasilkan NPS dalam membunuh serangga uji rata - rata 3 hari setelah infeksi. Rerata jumlah NPS yang keluar menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi NPS yang diberikan maka jumlah NPS yang keluar semakin banyak. Rerata NPS keluar per ekor pada konsentrasi 800 Ji/ml 1170,60 ekor dan konsentrasi 50 Ji/ ml 422,00 ekor. Suspensi NPS sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan P. xylostella sehingga pupa dan imago yang dihasilkan tidak sempurna.Kata Kunci : Mortalitas, NPS isolat tanah gambut, Periode letal, P. xylostella, Virulensi
