Abstract

This study aims to produce a decent media used in learning mathematics in SD Negeri 005 Samarinda Ulu. This type of research is a development research. The research method adopted in the 4D (Four-D Model) development model consists of four stages: define, design and development. While the dissemination stage (disseminate) is not done.In this study, the respondents were 2 experts, materials experts and media experts, 2 teachers of homeroom teacher, 15 students of small classes and 32 large class students (fourth grade students). Data collection techniques in the form of documentation, questionnaires, interviews and test results learning.Based on the results of research, it is shown that the developed learning media suitable for use in learning mathematics. This can be seen from the result of validation by the lecturer of media experts equal to 85.26% and material experts of 87.37% entered in the criteria is very feasible. This is indicated by the increase in student learning activities expressed in the percentage and data value of learning outcomes of knowledge second class posttest obtained the value of individual and classical completeness of 100% meaning that is complete for small classes while the class of 100% means complete, then the media developed is effective To improve understanding of mathematical concepts for fourth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to know to know the Improvement of Learning Outcomes About Style Through Model Learning Snowball Throwing In Students Class IV SDN 021 North Samarinda. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), which is implemented in SDN 021 North Samarinda precisely in class IV which amounts to 17 students. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation sheet of teacher and student activity when the learning process, written test, documentation. The study was conducted with two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the observation data obtained in each cycle, can be seen the student learning outcomes increase well. The results showed that through the model of learning Snowball Throwing can improve student learning outcomes. Improvement of student learning outcomes from prasiklus of 41.2% with an average value of 50.29 subsequently increased in the first cycle of 76.47% with an average value of 70.58. Then on the second cycle has increased 88.23% with an average student 80.58. By applying the Snowball Throwing learning model can increase student activity in teaching and learning process, this can be seen with the increase in each cycle. The percentage in prasiklus is 49.99%. Next cycle I is 72.05%, the percentage in cycle II is 85.29%. The conclusion in this research by using Snowball Throwing learning model can improve learning result and student activity of Class IV SDN 021 North Samarinda.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research aimed to improve science learning through visual media in grade 3 students A SDN 004 Pinang Seribu. This research was conducted in SDN 004 Pinang Seribu with research subjects of Class III A students, amounting to 30 students, consisting of 18 male students and 12 female students and the object of research is visual media. The study was conducted in three cycles. Cycle I held three meetings. Cycle II was held three meetings and cycle III was held three times, where every third meeting cycle was conducted evaluation test in the form of problem. Problem evaluation test learning each cycle shaped stuffing. Data were collected with documentation, end-cycle tests, and observations. The results showed that the activity of teachers and students as a whole is considered sufficient, whereas in cycle II, the activities of teachers and students as a whole experienced changes and improvements to be good. Where at the beginning before the cycle obtained an average score of 49.6, in the first cycle the average value that can reach 54.5 students, in cycle II the average value of 68.3 and the average third cycle that can be achieved 83, 6. Based on the research results can be concluded that visual media can improve the learning outcomes of science in grade III students A Pinang Seribu.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Weather and Its Influence for Humans, Visual Media

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of Social Studies Learning Outcomes of the Types of Work through Make A-Match Learning Model in Class III Students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Samarinda. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah Samarinda precisely in class III, totaling 36 students. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation sheets of teacher and student activities during the learning process, written tests, documentation.This research was carried out in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Based on observational data obtained in each cycle, it can be seen that student learning outcomes improve well. The results show that through the Make A-Match learning model can improve student learning outcomes. Increased student learning outcomes from prasiklus by 11.1% with an average value of 55.3 then increased in the first cycle by 25% with an average value of 65. Then in the second cycle experienced an increase of 94.4% with the average value of students 80.4. By applying make a-match learning model can increase student activity in the teaching and learning process, this can be seen by an increase in each cycle. The percentage in pre-cycle is 55.5%. Furthermore, the first cycle is 74.3%, the percentage in the second cycle is 87.45%.The conclusion in this study using the Make A-Match learning model can improve learning outcomes and activities of third grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in social studies learning outcomes with the Numbered Heads Together learning for IVA graders at SD 004 Pinang Seribu North Samarinda in 2016/2017.This type of research is classroom action research conducted at SDN 004 Pinang Seribu, North Samarinda. This Classroom Action Research carried out three cycles. Each cycle has three meetings. The research subjects were class IVA students, amounting to 30 people. The instruments used in this study were learning outcomes tests, student observation sheets, student interview sheets and documentation.Based on the results of the classroom action research that has been carried out it can be concluded that the application of Numbered heads together learning method can improve social studies learning outcomes, it can be seen in the first cycle in the medium category and not completed with an average score of 47% because the learning process has not been implemented Maximum in cycle II has increased with 97% completeness average in very good category, and in cycle III student learning outcomes reach 100% completeness average with very good category and have achieved minimum completeness value.
