Abstract

A divine love as the main basis of Sufism has become increasingly popular since Rabi'ah al-Adawiyah with the concept of al-hub teaches to fully dedicate love only to Allah. In line with that, the Sufism thought of Jalaluddin Rumi was born which expressed her love for Allah through poetic prose. Her unique expression of divine love makes Sufism scholars interested. Among them Annemarie Schimmel. She has made many researches from her interest in the concept of love in Sufism, even though She is not a follower of Islam. Herefore, her research is important to do to examine the Sufism thoughts of Annemarie Schimmel who also conveys her work with beautiful poems. The discussion in her literature research is carried out in a descriptive analytical manner towards Annemarie Schimmel's Sufism thought through various theories in Sufism. Her qualitative research concludes that Annemarie Schimmel's interest in writing poetry and writing in beautiful language is one thing in common with al-Rumi, although not all of Annemarie Schimmel's writings are written in poetry or prose. Annemarie Schimmel only saw Sufism from the outside, herefore she considered it unnecessary to convert to Islam. Annemarie Schimmel considers Sufism as a mystical teaching that also exists in other religions, such as Buddhism and Shinto. For her, the most important thing is to be able to carry out the teachings conveyed by Sufism, namely awareness of the Supra Logic, Wisdom, guidance, and Love, without having to change theological beliefs to become Moslem.

Abstract

Dewasa ini banyak orang yang mempertanyakan status bunga bank konvensional (interest) dalam Islam, terutama pada Bank Konvensional. Sebagian ulama’ menganggap bunga bank seperti ribā, sebagian yang lainnya tidak. Kata ribā, disebutkan sekitar sembilan kali dalam al-Qur'an di beberapa tempat, yaitu al-Rum (30): 39, al-Nisā' (4): 160-161, Āli Imrān (3): 130, dan al-Baqarah (2): 275-280. Semua ayat tersebut menunjukkan keharaman ribā dalam segala aktivitas perekonomian secara pasti (muhkam). Hanya saja, ketika ribā ini dihubungkan dengan salah satu bagian transaksi dalam aktivitas perbankan, seperti bunga bank, ahli tafsir pun berbeda pendapat, ada yang melarang karena ada unsur al-ziyādah, dan ada pula yang membolehkan karena menganggap bunga bank tidak berlipat-ganda (adl’āfan mudhā'afatan) dan tidak menganiaya. Melalui pendekatan tafsir tematik, penelitian ini akan dilakukan secara mendalam untuk menemukan pandangan al-Qur’an mengenai bunga bank tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membedah ayat-ayat yang berhubungan dengan bunga bank, memaknainya secara tahlili dan ijmali dan mengkomparasikannya dengan berbagai tafsiran terkait. Melalui penelusuran tafsir tematik ini, berdasarkan Surat Āli Imrān (3): 130 dapat dipahami bahwa Bunga Bank berbeda dengan ribā. Bunga Bank adalah upah (jasa) perbankan yang diambil dari persentase harta pokok yang tidak sampai berlipat ganda, apalagi menganiaya. Sedangkan ribā adalah al-ziyādah yang berlipat ganda dan menganiaya. Ribā hukumnya haram, dan Bunga Bank hukumnya mubah. Bunga Bank adalah sebuah keniscayaan dalam aktivitas perbankan modern, karena dengan bunga, dapat menutupi biaya operasional dan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan bisnis perusahaan.

Abstract

The thick patriarchal culture legitimizes men to always be superior figures over women. If there are men and women, then men are required to be leaders, women are as followers only. The categorization is always based on sex, not skills, eligibility, and leadership capabilities. This patriarchal culture also affects the formation of households, where women are required to continue to obey their husbands even though the husband's policies intimidate them. If the wife resists, the wife is considered nushuz to her husband. According to classical scholars, a nushuz wife may even be beaten based on Surah An-Nisa' [4]:34. This verse must be reinterpreted so that it does not become legitimacy for men to commit arbitrariness or even domestic violence. Through maudhui interpretations which are also combined with Indonesian legislation, this library article was compiled to gain a more comprehensive and gender responsive understanding. The research was conducted by understanding asbabun nuzul, munasabah verses and contextualizing them with current conditions. This study found that the concept of nushuz does not legalize violence against wives. The beating of a wife who commits nushuz contained in An-Nisa '(4): 34 must be interpreted as an act to teach lessons, not to hurt or even commit violence. The wife's nushuz act against her husband so that the husband is allowed to beat her is when the wife commits 'fahisyah mubayyinah' namely zina, according to An-Nisa' (4): 19. Even the beating of a husband to his wife until she is injured can be declared as a husband's nushuz to his wife, because based on Al-Baqarah (2): 229 the husband can actually divorce her in a good way, no need to do violence to his wife.

Abstract

Desa Crabak adalah salah satu desa yang terkenal dengan jumlah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang banyak. Banyaknya jumlah UMKM ini merupakan aset yang sangat berpotensi untuk meningkatkan penghasilan perekonomian masyarakat desa dan mengatasi angka pengangguran. UMKM di Desa yang memiliki slogan “Deso Roso Kuto” ini sangat beragam, mulai dari makanan, minuman, perbengkelan, las, percetakan, grabah, jamu, dan berbagai jenis usaha lain. Namun sayang sekali, metode pemasaran mereka masih tradisional yang dilakukan secara konvensional tanpa memanfaatkan internet. Aset lain desa ini adalah aset dalam bidang pendidikan, aset bidang agama, aset bidang kesehatan dan aset bidang pertanian, namun kami memfokuskan pada aset bidang ekonomi, karena aset tersebut paling berpotensi memberikan pengembangan pada Desa Crabak ini. Setelah melakukan penelitian, kami melakukan pengabdian dengan motode pendekatan Asset Based Community Development dengan memberikan pendampingan intensif agar masyarakat mampu mengubah metode pemasaran mereka dari tradisional menjadi digital. Setelah menentukan tokoh penggerak desa, pendampingan terus dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada pemilik UMKM bagaimana cara efektif memasarkan produk pada era digital ini.setelah pelatihan ini, tokoh penggerak desa bersama pemilik UMKM sepakat untuk membuat website dan media sosial dan memasarkan produknya secara digital. Melalui pemantauan di lapangan, income mereka semakin meningkat dan konsumen mereka semakin meluas.
