Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) in subjects Self Development skills in a special program of vocational skills such as making skills of the rest of the patchwork mat and look for alternative learning model development Self Development skills required of teachers in accordance with the child's ability mentally retarded that still form an outline of the learning program.The research was conducted in SLB C East Jakarta. The subjects of research that high school teachers and students mentally retarded LB C. Outcome or product part of this research is the study of ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) in subjects Self Development skills in a special program of vocational skills makedoormats from the rest of the patchwork.The results of this study are expected to contribute to the implementation of innovative teaching model for teachers SLB C through the development of teaching materials ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) in practice the skillsself help Mentally Retarded Children in order to achieve self-reliance to improve the quality of life of chldren with intellectual challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Environmental Education Learning Strategy (SPPLH) teaching materials in increasing the cognitive flexibility of teachers. The method used in this research is the research and development method. This study uses a quantitative approach. The place of research was carried out at SLBN 7 Jakarta. The time of study was carried out from March 2020 to October 2020. The sampling technique was carried out by Random Sampling. Product study this packed in form SPPLH teaching materials as unique references in science _ with notice characteristics of SLBN 7 Jakarta teachers. The results showed that based on the results of the t-test, Cognitive Flexibility t-test 4.42 > t table 2,042. There is a very significant difference between cognitive flexibility scores who were given SPPLH teaching materials, where the score of post-pre-test t treatment was 19.68 higher than teachers who were not given SPPLH teaching materials, namely the post-pre test score control of 9.12. Based on the results of the analysis, the SPPLH. The teaching materials model effectively boosts the teacher's cognitive flexibility in an innovative learning integrated environment.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan memiliki tema terkait dengan konservasi air. Mitra dari kegiatan ini adalah SMP Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman, terletak di Jl. Nurul Iman No. 11 Desa Waru, Kecamatan Parung, Kab Bogor. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberdayakan pengetahuan siswa terkait upaya konservasi air. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode seminar dalam pembekalan materi kepada peserta dan metode praktik lapangan dalam pembuatan biopori. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik dan peserta terlihat antusias dalam menjalani kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan di lokasi mitra. Hasil pre-test dan post-test yang sudah diukur rata-ratanya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kenaikan skor pengetahuan siswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa terkait konservasi air setelah diberikan materi dan praktik di lapangan terkait konservasi air. The community service activity carried out had a theme related to water conservation. The partner for this activity was Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Junior High School, located at Jl. Nurul Iman No. 11, Waru Village, Parung District, Bogor Regency. The purpose of this activity was to empower students' knowledge regarding water conservation efforts. The methods used in this activity were a seminar method for delivering material to the participants and a field practice method for making biopores. The results of this activity ran smoothly, and the participants appeared enthusiastic in participating in the activities that had been carried out at the partner's location. The results of the pre-test and post-test, which had their averages measured, showed an increase in the students' knowledge scores after participating in the community service activity. The conclusion of this activity is that there was an increase in students' knowledge related to water conservation after being provided with material and field practice related to water conservation.
