Abstract

Project based learning model or PBL is a kind of learning model that organize learning which concern on project activity. Project activity give students independency to construct their knowledge and also engaging students in problems solving, so students will be more active in the learning process and able to develop students verbal creative thinking. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of PBL model application of green education subject to the students creative verbal thinking. The research was conducted at SMA Al Muslim on May 2013. The method used was the quasi experiment research. Population was chosen by purposive sampling. The samples was chosen by simple random sampling were the XI Exact 2 grade students as experimental class and control class XI Exact 1 as much as 30 students. Instrumen used were test to the students creative verbal thinking and learning attainment observation sheets for experiment class and control class. The statistical calculation showed that the average score of students verbal creative thinking test of experimental class was 57.20, whereas the control group was 53.23. Test analysis used is the perquisite test from normality with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and homogeneity with F test. Based on calculations drived normally distribused data and homogeneous. The t test calculation showed that t calc > t table, (4.73 > 2.66) at α = 0.05, it was concluded that there is effect of PBL model on green education subject to the students verbal creative thinking of SMA Al Muslim.

Abstract

Abstract Jakarta, the capital city with a dense population in Indonesia, has various social problems. One of them is the amount of waste generated by the community through household and industrial production activities, both organic and inorganic waste. Along with the development of the instant lifestyle, the use of plastic is very dominant. People often use items made from plastic which incidentally becomes waste that is difficult to decompose, such as plastic bags, plastic bottles, and cups made from mineral water, stereo forms, and others. The Ciliwung River which divides the national capital is on the list of the dirtiest rivers in the world. Therefore, structuring and solving environmental problems is a shared responsibility. Until now the Ciliwung River has not been free from the garbage. This has an impact on the settlements in the vicinity, especially when floods hit the area. One of the areas near the Ciliwung river which is full of garbage and flooding problems is Bidara cina. In that location, there are also schools frequented by floods but are rarely touched by environmental education, even though environmental awareness education can be built early. Based on these problems, education has a role in providing education as well as attention to environmental management. Therefore, community empowerment through environmental education and waste bank-based waste management is urgently needed. This activity was carried out at Muhammadiyah 11 Elementary School, which is geographically located next to the Ciliwung River. This activity began with the implementation of a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with the school principal and the teacher council, then it was carried out on August 26th, 2022 entitled Freedom from Waste through Environmental Education and Waste Utilization. The activity participants are teachers, the school committee, and students. The activity began with providing education on how to handle waste, then continued with the introduction of waste banks to teachers as a means of waste management. Students practice sorting waste and the teachers are close to the composition of the management and processing of soap from used cooking oil waste. Abstrak Jakarta sebagai ibu kota yang memiliki populasi padat di Indonesia memiliki beragam masalah sosial. Salah satunya adalah banyaknya sampah yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat melalui kegiatan produksi rumah tangga maupun industri, baik sampah organik, maupun unorganik. Seiring perkembangan gaya hidup instan pula, penggunaan plastik sangat dominan. Masyarakat kerap menggunakan barang berbahan plastik yang notabene menjadi sampah yang sulit diurai, seperti kantong plastik, botol dan gelas plastik dari air mineral, stereoform, dan lain-lain. Sungai Ciliwung yang membelah ibu kota negara berada dalam daftar sungai terkotor di dunia. Oleh karena itu, penataan dan penyelesaian masalah lingkungan menjadi tanggung jawab bersama. Hingga saat ini Sungai Ciliwung belum merdeka dari sampah. Hal tersebut berakibat pada pemukiman penduduk yang ada di sekitanya, terlebih saat banjir melanda kawasan tersebut. Salah satu kawasan dekat sungai Ciliwung yang sarat dengan masalah sampah dan banjir adalah Bidara Cina. Pada lokasi tersebut pula terdapat sekolah yang menjadi langganan banjir, namun jarang tersentuh edukasi lingkungan, padahal melalui pendidikan kesadaran lingkungan dapat dibangun sejak dini. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, pendidikan memliki peran dalam memberikan edukasi sekaligus perhatian dalam pengelolan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pendidikan lingkungan dan pengelolaan sampah berbasis bank sampah sangat diperlukan. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah 11 yang letak geografisnya bersebelahan dengan Sungai Ciliwung. Kegiatan tersebut diawali dengan pelaksanaan Forum Group Discussion (FGD) dengan kepala sekolah dan dewan guru, kemudian terlaksana pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2022 bertajuk Merdeka dari Sampah melalui Pendidikan Lingkungan dan Pemanfaatan Limbah. Peserta kegiatan adalah guru, komite sekolah, dan peserta didik. Kegiatan Diawali dengan memberikan edukasi tentang cara melestarikan lingkungan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengenalan bank sampah kepada para guru sebagai sarana pengelolaan sampah. Peserta didik mempraktekkan pemilahan sampah dan para guru merapatkan susunan pengurus serta melakukan pengolahan sabun dari limbah dari minyak jelantah.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan salah satu hal penting pada proses pembelajaran. Namun, rendahnya motivasi belajar pada peserta didik tentu akan mempengaruhi berlangungnya proses pembelajaran. Hal ini yang terjadi pada peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Cabangbungin pada mata pelajaran IPS. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi latar belakang rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Cabangbungi terutama pada mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan dalam teknik analisi data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa faktor-faktor rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Cabangbungin pada mata pelajaran IPS dilatarbelakangi oleh: 1). Rendanya hasrta dan keinginan berhasil pada diri pesera didik, 2). Rendahnya dorongan dan kebutuhan dalam belajar, 3). Rendahnya harapan dan cita-cita masa depan, 4). Masih rendanya kegiatan yang menarik dalam belajar, 5). Lingkungan belajar yang kurang kondusif. Guru selaian sebagai seorang pengajar memiliki peran pula sebagai motivator yang mana untuk mendorong peserta didik dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Guru dapat dengan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, menggunakan metode serta media pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan menarik sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik

Abstract

The Korean wave has become very popular, especially in the field of music often referred to as “Korean pop” or “K-pop”, which is a fusion of various popular music genres from South Korea. With the internet and social media being easily accessible, K-pop in Indonesia is growing very fast. This research looks at the phenomenon of fan behavior towards their idols on social media, which leads to parasocial interactions because the ease of social media makes fans feel close to their idols. In parasocial interaction, a person acts towards media figures as if they are where they are. Parasocial interaction has forms including task attraction, identification attraction, and romantic attraction. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how the form of parasocial interactions carried out by K-pop fans on X social media. This research uses a descriptive methodology that uses interviews and observations to collect data. The results showed that all informants actively engage in parasocial interactions with their idol, NCT, through social media X. This shows that the type of parasocial interaction that K-pop fans do on social media X. This shows that the types of parasocial interactions that occur in NCT fans through social media X are task attraction, identification attraction, and romantic attraction.
