Abstract

Kyai's leadership is a set of a set of abilities and personality traits, including authority, to serve as a means to convince those he leads so that they are willing and able to carry out the tasks carried out by the kyai as a leader in the salafiyyah Islamic boarding school Fatchul Ulum Pacet Mojokerto. From this understanding, it is expected that the Kyai leadership can influence the organizational culture. The purpose of this study are: (1) To describe the influence of the Kyai leadership on the performance of educators in Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah Fatchul Ulum Pacet Mojokerto. (2) To describe the influence of organizational culture on the performance of teaching staff. (3) To describe the influence of kyai leadership and organizational culture on the performance of educators.

Abstract

Educational institutions as a forum for the intellectual life of the nation are required to make various efforts and innovations in order to improve the quality of education. As an institution, of course, schools must have learning tools and educators to carry out the learning process. In addition, schools must also have good and efficient institutional and employee governance. This is where the role of the principal is tested and required to be able to regulate and manage the school institution as well as all educators and academicians within the scope of the school so that they can progress and be organized as the vision and mission of the institution and to improve the quality of the school in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Education is one of the factors that play an important role in order to be able to print the nation's next generation of quality and can make a positive contribution to the life of the nation because without a good education, the next generation of the nation will also not be of quality. best for their students. Character Education is considered to have been proven to be effectively able to increase the motivation of students in achieving learning achievement. Character education is education that is deliberately sought to build people to understand, care about, and act on the basis of ethical values.

Abstract

A good educator is one who is not only concerned with fulfilling obligations to the institution but more importantly paying attention to and fostering the morals of his students. The highest dedication of an educator is not only seeing the success and high knowledge of his students but more than that, educators are considered perfect success if their students have good character and morals in the midst of society. This is one thing that cannot be denied, which is often overlooked and even forgotten by educators today, that a student is not only thirsty for IQ (Intelligence Quotients), but also needs guidance and assistance in managing EQ (Emotional Quotients) and SQ (Spirirtual Quotients). . This is where the author is interested in bringing up the process of character education in schools carried out by SMP Negeri 1 Mojoagung Jombang.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberadaan suatu organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa aspek diantaranya penyatuan visi dan misi serta tujuan yang sama dengan perwujudan eksistensi sekelompok orang tersebut terhadap masyarakat. Agar  dapat mencapai tujuan itu, organisasi memerlukan sistem  manajemen efektif  yang akan menunjang jalannya organisasi secara terus-menerus dan tingkat efektivitas kerja juga perlu diperhatikan. Dalam pelaksanaan organisasi itu sendiri, terdapat beragam permasalahan yang terjadi mulai dari posisi terendah sampai ke tingkat decision maker itu sendiri. Permasalahan yang sering ditemui dalam organisasi adalah komunikasi yang tidak berjalan dengan baik. Komunikasi tidak terjalin baik secara vertikal maupun horizontal. diperlukan adanya pendampingan managerial untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dalam organisasi. Kata kunci: Personality Development, Keterampilan Komunikasi, Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhlas Putri Bahrul Ulum ABSTRACT The existence of an organization is strongly influenced by several aspects including the unification of vision and mission as well as the same goals as the realization of the existence of a group of people in society. In order to achieve that goal, organizations need an effective management system that will support the organization's ongoing operations and the level of work effectiveness also needs to be considered. In the implementation of the organization itself, there are various problems that occur from the lowest position to the level of the decision maker itself. The problem that is often encountered in organizations is communication that does not go well. Communication is not established either vertically or horizontally. managerial assistance is needed to improve communication skills within the organization.
