Abstract

The economic empowerment of communities often tend to focus on the aspect of method and program, which is mostly imported and western-minded. Social capital may be opimized to make sure that the economic empowerment achieving its goals. In some conditon, the social capital philosophy of tri tangtu silih asih silih asah and silih asuh plays a significant role in ensuring the success of a community economic empowerment. This paper is a study of social system of community economic empowerment aiming on understanding the background condition of the economic empowerment of a village community with particular case of the village farmer group. Abstract

This study aims to propose a scientific formula of Islamic economics that can foster growth and contribute to the national economy. This study is the result of research studies reinforced empirical data, using a content analysis with epistemological approaches. The study concluded, in epistemological, Islamic economic sciences can be developed with the inductive model-empirical character in Indonesia and its localities. This Formula has two advantages; First, can parse the economic problems of the nation simultaneously and continuously. Second, the character of Indonesia and its locality to converge with the power of social economic capital owned by the Indonesian nation. With the combination, the implementation of sharia economics can promote economic stability and accelerate the pace of its contribution to the national economy.

Abstract

The article scrutinizes the study on the Islamic philosophy along with its dynamics within historical contexts. The dynamics of the Islamic philosophy have been, among other, caused by the debate between proponents and opponents within the field. This article finds and demonstrates a new trend within the study of the Islamic philosophy which focuses on local wisdom. The Department of Aqidah and Filsafat Islam (AFI/Aqidah and Islamic Philosophy) of State Islamic University (UIN) Yogyakarta focuses on the integration of studies on philosophy, Islamic theology (kal?m) and Sufism functionally as analytical tools in dealing with contemporary problem of humanity. The Department of AFI of UIN Bandung puts emphasis on strengthening the Islamic philosophy which is oriented to the development of Sundanese and Nusantara philosophy. The Department of AFI of IAIN Surakarta, meanwhile, addresses its study toward the Islamic philosophy to develop the philosophy of Java Islam. The dialogue and intense interaction with local wisdom will strengthen the Islamic philosophy and help it finds its momentum to offer applicative and appropriate solutions toward contemporary national and humanity problems. The Islamic philosophy based on local wisdom will be also able to eradicate the radical trans-national ideology

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to elaborate on the pesantren agility viewed from the aspects of sources and its implementation in the community economic development. The research uses the case study method. The research finds that pesantren agility is sourced from the traditional intellectual pesantren, the implemented integration of Islamic teaching and values in social-economic fields. Pesantren agility is the epicenter for the strength of socioeconomic functions, particularly the development of the community’s economy through the transformation and expansion of pesantren institutional services. The pesantren agility has been applied in community economic development according to the economic needs.AbstrakKajian ini bertujuan mengelaborasi agilitas pesantren dari aspek sumber dan implementasinya dalam pengembangan ekonomi komunitas. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kasus. Ditemukan agilitas pesantren bersumber dari modal intelektual tradisi pesantren dan implementasi integrasi ajaran agama Islam dalam bidang sosial ekonomi. Agilitas pesantren merupakan episentrum bagi kekuatan fungsi sosial ekonomi khususnya dalam pengembangan ekonomi komunitas melalui transformasi perluasan fungsi kelembagaan pesantren. Agilitas pesantren diaplikasikan dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi komunitas sesuai kebutuhan dasar ekonominya.

Abstract

This study aims to elaborate on the solution the pesantren economic community takes in dealing with the penetration of market capitalism in the competitive era. This case study was conducted in Pesantren Al Ittifaq Bandung. Pesantren can successfully build a strong economic community through integrated education implementation including role modeling, facilitation, empowerment, and economic culturing in social capital-based communities. This article concluded that high consciousness of cooperation can improve competitiveness and be an appropriate strategy to oppose market capitalism penetration. The community?s capital asset leads to bargaining position and independence in partnership cooperation thereby can be beneficial and results in welfare. Keywords: pesantren, economic community, social capital, capital asset, cooperation, welfare

Abstract

Walaupun umat Islam belum maju dalam bidang perekonomian, tetapi kajian ekonomi dan bisnis dari perspektif al-Qur’an belum banyak dilakukan. Penelitian ini memilih bidang etika bisnis, dengan fokus masalah; bagaimanakah pandangan al-Qur’an tentang bisnis dan etika bisnis, prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis serta prinsip-prinsip yang melandasi praktek mal-bisnis. Dan bagaimana pula relevansinya dalam membangun bisnis yang Islami. Penelitian ini mendasarkan pada interpretasi ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutik yang didukung metode semantik.Bisnis dalam al-Qur’an disebut sebagai aktivitas yang bersifat material sekaligus immaterial yang didalamnya terdapat nilai-nilai etika bisnis. Suatu bisnis bernilai, bila telah memenuhi kebutuhan material dan spiritual secara seimbang. Pada hakikatnya bisnis harus terbebas dari kandungan kebatilan, kerusakan dan kezaliman. Sebaliknya terisi dengan nilai kesatuan, kehendak bebas, pertanggung-jawaban, kesetimbangan dan keadilan serta kebenaran (kebajikan dan kejujuran). Dengan padangan ini etika bisnis dapat diimplementasikan oleh siapapun, kapanpun, dimanapun serta tidak terbatasi oleh perkembangan media bisnis. Pada dasarnya semua jenis bisnis dibolehkan, kecuali bertentangan dengan nilai etika bisnis atau dilarang oleh Syari’at. Bisnis adalah baik dan benar kecuali yang mengandung kebatilan, kerusakan atau kedzaliman.

Vocation community based economic is the design to cover centralisticdevelopment program and the boarding school is a social organizationthat exist as creator in developing vocation based economic.
