Abstract

Adolescence is part of human development. This period is a period of changes or transition from childhood to adulthood covering biological, psychological and social changes. In most societies and cultures, adolescence in general begins at ages 10-13 years old and ends at 18-22 years of age. SDKI year 2012 data showed 28% female adolescents and 24% male adolescents consumed alcoholic beverages before the age of 15. About 2,8% adolescents aged 15-19 years old were involved indrugs abuse, and 0,7% female and 4,5% males aged between 15-19 year of age indulged in premarital sex. This study aimed at determining the relationship between characteristic, knowledge and attitude with behavior in teens care health care service utilization (PKPR) in the Pasar Rebo East Jakarta Sub-District Puskesmas. This study used quantitative approach and analytic study type with Cross Sectional approach that is cause and effect variable or cases happening to study objects measured or collected as a stimulant (at the same time). Samples in this study totaled 81 respondents. Significant variable study is a type of poly result as every patient treated will be referred to PKPR poly first, after which health issue found at PKPR will be referred to other poly appropriately related to each issue, in carrying out integrated clinic functions with all other service units at community health centres (puskesmas).

Abstract

Work fatigue is part of a general problem often found in the workforce. The aim of this study was to find out the relationship between individual factors and work fatigue in employees of PT Adhi Persada Gedung Bekasi in 2018. Work fatigue happened due to work fatigue cause factors as individual factors. This study appluied quantitative approach with cross sectional study design. Population made up of 161 employees of PT Adhi Persada Gedung Bekasi in 2018 with 62 employees samples. Accidental technique was used in the sample understanding. Questionaires were used as the instruments. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate (applied alternative Fisher test with α=0,05). Based on study results, it is known that all employees experience fatigue, namely 27 employees (43.5%) experienced mild work fatigue and 35 employees (56.5%) experienced heavy work fatigue. Study results also showed the presence of 4 variables possessing significant relationship, i.e. age with work fatigue (P=0,000), work period with work fatigue (P=0,007), marital status with work fatigue (P=0,000) and work type with work fatigue (P=0,019). Study result concluded the existence of the relationship between individual factors and work fatigue. It is recommended for employees to use the rest time as optimal as possible to reduce work fatigue. Recommendation for the company to pay more attention to the conditions of the employees.

Abstract

Motivation is a moving spirit direction, and supporting human behaviors. Motivation is a mental encouragement which motivates and aims human behaviors includes learning behavior. Learning motivation is strongly related to the achievenment of education programs. thus the author thought that this condition needed to be researched. The purpose of this research was to find the factors which related with learning motivation of studens Grade III of Royhan Nursing Academy. This research was a cross-sectional reseach design using univariat, bivariate and multivariate analysis 70 subjects of grade III’s student of Royhan Nursing Academy. The research factors were internal factors such as ambition, interest, and hope meanwhile external factors were campus atmosphere academyc and non academyc and family support which were considered to have relation with students learning motivations. The findings skewed that the proportion of respondens learning motivation almost balance among them who have good and less learning motivation (51,4 % and 48,6 %). The variables which influenced to student learning motivation, all of the variables were related, except atmosphere of non academyc campus, with (p value = 0,240 . Family’s support was a dominant factor which related to student learning motivation. Hence, the researcher suggested to other practitioners to do the in depth research about students learning motivation of Royhan Nursing Academy with using a qualitative design, therefore it will explore more about the problems of learning motivation among student

Abstract

Menurut Kementerian Kesehatan RI (2015) jumlah kasus kecelakaan akibat kerja yang terjadi antara tahun 2011-2014 adalah sebesar 92.453 kasus. Perawat adalah tenaga kesehatan yang paling besar jumlahnya dan paling lama kontak dengan pasien, sehingga sangat berisiko dengan pekerjaannya, namun banyak perawat tidak menyadari terhadap risiko yang mengancam dirinya. Data WHO (2004) dari 35 juta pekerja kesehatan bahwa 3 juta terpajan patogen darah (2 juta terpajan virus HBV, 0.9 juta terpajan virus HBC dan 170.000 terpajan virus HIV/AIDS). Jenis penelitian ini adalah content analysis dari jurnal penelitian tentang perawat dan kesehatan kerja di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Data yang digunakan adalah data yang telah terpublikasi di media online dalam bahasa Indonesia yang terbit sejak 1 Januari 2015 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2020. Terdapat 10 artikel penelitian yang terkumpul. Variabel yang dibahas adalah jumlah sampel, pendidikan, umur, masa kerja yang terbanyak dari sample. Secara kualitatif yang akan dipaparkan adalah: tingkat kepatuhan, pemakaian APD, faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecelakaan kerja, lingkungan kerja, pelaksanaan K3RS dan jenis kecelakaan kerja. Analisis data secara deskriptif. Hasilnya adalah terdapat 8 artikel penelitian di RS Umum, satu di RS Khusus (Jiwa) dan satu di Puskesmas. Rerata pendidikan perawat adalah D3 sebesar 71,60%. Rentang umur perawat sample terpilih adalah 20 s.d 40 tahun. Rentang masa kerja terbanyak 0 tahun s.d 10 tahun. Dari 4 jurnal tingkat kepatuhan rata-rata 74,8%. Dua jurnal menyatakan pengetahuan mereka tentang APD baik sebesar 54%. Satu jurnal menyatakan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecelakaan kerja adalah variabel umur ( p value 0,000), pengetahuan (p value 0,004), sikap (p value 0,014), dan tindakan (p value 0,005). Jenis kecelakaan kerja antara lain cidera ringan (11,76%), MSDs (30,3%) dan tertusuk jarum dan benda tajam sebesar (69,6%).

Abstract

Latar Belakang: WHO melaporkan Musculoskeletal Disorder’s (MSDs) adalah penyakit akibat kerja yang paling banyak terjadi dan diperkirakan mencapai 60% dari semua penyakit akibat kerja. Sedangkan di Indonesia pada tahun 2013, angka prevalensi gangguan muskuloskeletal berdasarkan gejala yang ada yaitu sebesar 24,7%. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study dengan pendekatan analitik. Variabel terikat adalah gejala gangguan otot rangka (MSDs), dengan variabel bebas yaitu faktor karakteristik (usia dan lama bekerja), faktor fisik (postur janggal, beban dan frekuensi), dan faktor psikososial (dukungan sosisl dan tuntutan kerja). Populasi sebanyak 250 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh hasil sebanyak 71 responden. Pemilihan sampel secara random sederhana. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner Job Content Quesionare (JCQ) dan Nordic Map Quesionare (NMQ). Analisis data univariat secara deskriptif. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square dengan nilai alfa sebesar 0,05 dan derajat kepercayaan 95%. Mayoritas responden berumur 26–30 tahun (36,6%), bekerja <8 jam (93 %). Memiliki postur janggal (69%), dengan beban kerja ringan (66,2%), frekuensi rendah (57,7%). Selain itu memiliki dukungan sosial yang rendah (77,5%) dan memiliki gejala gangguan otot rangka (71,9%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa dari 7 variabel bebas yang dihubungkan dengan gejala gangguan otot rangka hanya satu variabel yang bermakna yaitu postur janggal (p=0,022).

Abstract

The work climate of an organization is a characteristic that distinguishes one organization from another and affects the people in the organization. Employee work motivation is an impulse that arises from the individual (internal) and from outside the individual (external) which causes employees to be willing and willing to direct their abilities in completing their responsibilities, so that the goals of employees and the company can be achieved by showing the characteristics of mature employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of work climate with work motivation of employees of PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk Bekasi. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The dependent variable is work motivation with the independent variables are the characteristics of the respondents and environmental factors. The study was conducted at PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk – Bekasi from March to August 2020. The population in this study was 118 employees. Sampling with accident sampling technique using the Slovin formula, obtained 68 respondents as a sample. Data collection by questionnaire and document review. Descriptive univariate data analysis and bivariate analysis used Chi Square with 95% confidence interval and value: 0.05. The majority of respondents are 40 years old, male, high school education level, and marital status are married. Most of the employees worked as operators and staff, with the most tenure of 16 years. According to respondents, the room temperature is comfortable, but the humidity is not comfortable. Likewise, heat radiation is less comfortable, dust is also less comfortable, and metal vapor is less comfortable. Most employees work motivation in the high category. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the eleven independent variables analyzed contained two significant variables, namely room temperature (p=0.017), and humidity (p=0.007) which were significantly related to work motivation.

Abstract

Rematik adalah penyakit yang menyerang sendi dan tulang atau jaringan penunjang sekitar sendi, golongan penyakit ini merupakan penyakit Autoimun yang banyak di derita oleh kaum lanjut usia (usia 50 tahun ke atas). Rematik biasanya menimbulkan tanda dan gejala seperti nyeri pada sendi,pembengkakan, kekakuan pada sendi, kelemahan otot, ketidakstabilan sendi dan nyeri saat berjalan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh gambaran pelaksanaan Asuhan keperawatan keluarga yang mengalami Gangguan Rasa Nyaman Nyeri Sendi dengan Rematik pada study kasus dengan subjek penelitian pada Ny. Y Umur 38 tahun dan Tn. B Umur 48 tahun di Kelurahan Pinang Ranti Kecamatan Makasar Jakarta Timurpada tanggal 24-27 April 2018. Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga telah dilakukan pada Ny. Y dan Tn. B yang mengalami Gangguan Rasa Nyaman; Nyeri Sendi dengan Rematik selama 3 haridengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan intervensi. Hasil penelitian ini berfokus pada diagnosa pertama yaitu gangguan rasa nyaman; nyeri sendi. Dengan scoring 4,berdasarkan hasilnya perlu tindakan keperawatan untuk mengatasi rasa nyeri sendi dengan intervensi kompres air hangat yang telah dilakukan pada tanggal 25 April 2018. Disarankan kepada keluarga untuk dapat rutin membawa anggota keluarga untuk memeriksa kesehatan secara teratur ke Puskesmas atau pelayanan kesehatan lainnya.
