Abstract

This study aims to explore, empower and harness the potential of teachers and students. The method used is a class act. This research was conducted in TA 2012-2013, with samples in SDN 2 Sanden, Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region. The target class action is fourth grade and fifth grade. Research priority action to obtain the product range, the process moves cyclically, between action, reflection and further action, always trying to explore the potential hidden in the environment of teachers and students, as well as teachers and students to minimize the problems that arise, to obtain the work produced. The results of this study indicate that the fourth and fifth grade students succeed; (1) making batik uniforms student work itself, (2) during the process of making a change in teacher-student interaction that leads to an interactive relationship, synergistic, and humanist, (3) developing the learning patterns of affective and psychomotor aspects of education that is intensive, and develop parameters qualitative.

Abstract

Salah satu syarat menjadi pekerja migran bagi perempuan adalah adanya ijin dari suaminya. Hal itu menunjukkan, jika suami memberi ijin, suami seharusnya sadar akan segala konsekuensinya yaitu kesejahteraan dan tumbuh kembang anak-anaknya yang harus berjauhan dengan ibunya. Ia harus mampu menjadi pengasuh bagi anak-anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pegiat dan organisasi pekerja migran dalam upayanya meningkatkan praktik parenting dan kesadaran suami pekerja migran tentang relasi gender dan seksualitas sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya untuk melaksanakan peran domestik-publik sekaligus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pegiat pekerja migran di Banyumas sebagai sasaran penelitian dan suami pekerja migran yang saat penelitian istrinya masih bekerja di luar negeri dan mantan pekerja migran sebagai sasaran validasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program, kegiatan, dan aktivitas yang dilaksanakan oleh para pegiat pekerja migran dan organisasinya di Banyumas belum banyak menyentuh praktek parenting dan kesadaran suami pekerja migran akan relasi gender dan seksualitasnya. Selama ini, secara deterministik, pemisahan antara tugas di ranah domestik-publik telah menciptakan jarak relasi gender antara perempuan dengan laki-laki. Tugas domestik telah diidentikkan menjadi tanggung jawab perempuan sedangkan tugas publik adalah tanggung jawab laki-laki. Relasi gender yang terpisah semacam itu telah pula berdampak kepada seksualitas perempuan dan laki-laki.

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education requires the development of intelligent and adaptive information systems, including services such as overtime submission for university staff. Chatbots offer a promising solution to enhance user interaction with the E-LEMBUR system. However, developing chatbots in academic settings poses challenges, including limited training data, complex overtime policies, and diverse institutional terminology. This study compares two intent classification approaches: Support Vector Machine (SVM), a traditional machine learning method, and IndoBERT, a transformer-based model designed for the Indonesian language. The dataset comprises 250 real user queries from the overtime system at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Experimental results show IndoBERT achieves 87% accuracy, slightly outperforming SVM at 85%. While IndoBERT offers better accuracy, it demands higher computational resources, presenting a trade-off between performance and efficiency. This study contributes by validating IndoBERT’s effectiveness on a limited dataset, establishing an initial benchmark for intent classification in overtime chatbots, and offering implementation recommendations aligned with university IT infrastructure. These findings lay the groundwork for developing context-aware information systems for staff services in Indonesian higher education.
