Abstract

The aim of this paper is to review determinants of graduates’ competencies of Indonesian Higher Education Institution. Accreditation bodies also appear to measure quality of education through the contributions made towards employability. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the skills needed by employers in various countries, various definitions related to competencies, previous research conducted in various countries related to job skills requirements and recommendations. The study is based on a literature study of educational reports, empirical and theoretical research papers. Research conducted in Indonesia and other countries as well as comparing situations between countries is also summarized in this paper. Review findings reveled that competencies definitions, employer expectation and requirement differ according to different countries. Employers' needs and also the learners' competency enhancement capabilities should be taken into account in formulating future competency assessments. This study summaries that universities should identify competency sets that will best serve for the future labor market and align programs to meet those who needed.

Abstract

Health care for skin is no longer women’s territory anymore. Nowadays, male care products market in the cleaning and skin care segments experiencing tremendous growth. On the basis of these, the authors are interested in studying the impact of male personal care product attributes against a buying decision. This study was conducted in Surabaya, the second biggest cities in Indonesia, where usually men are expected to have a good personal appearance. This research will use social expectation, and product sensorial as a dependent variable to influence the buying decision. From the result it can be conclude that even though the societies have an expectation for the men to perform good personal appearance, but the product sensorial still have dominant factor to influence the buying decision for man personal care products.Key Words- Product sensorial experience, Social expectation, buying decision

Abstract

This research discuss about perception and working of motivation analysis for fresh graduated at private university in Jakarta, Results this research is process Questioner from 67 respondent, and SPSS 26. 10 items statement talk about perception and working of motivation for fresh graduated. Respondent fill the questioner use the likert scale. For 10 items statement, salary, bonus, style, location, security, opportunity promotion, environment of work, independent, Team work. Abstract

This study aims to determine how service quality can have an influence on customer satisfaction at hospital X Tangerang. The benefit of this research is to be able to build and provide even better services and be able to increase customer confidence to return for treatment at hospital X Tangerang. This study uses a questionnaire as a method of collecting data on respondents' perceptions. And for the analysis technique used quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Service Quality (X) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a determination coefficient of 75.5%.
