Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategic planning of business resources for processed mushroom products for students of SMK Plus Umar Zahid Semelo Bandarkedungngmulyo Jombang. The research used a quantitative approach, the data collection method was a questionnaire given to keyperson. The analysis technique uses the Process Hierarchy Analysis (AHP) technique. The conclusions of the research show that the priority scale of the main alternatives in each field in the business resource planning strategy of processed mushroom products for students of SMK Plus Umar zahid Semelo Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang are: 1) the money sector is setting aside a portion of the profit to increase business capital, 2) the material sector is to make it easier to obtain cheap raw materials, 3) the method field is to hold post-production evaluations, 4) the Man field is an increase in understanding of business resources through video media, 5) the Market field is to open market opportunities through social media, 6) the Machine field through product development which has existed. Meanwhile, the priority scale of the main alternatives in 18 alternatives in all sectors is to set aside a portion of the profit to increase the amount of capital.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dinamika partisipasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Jasa Boga, dan Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor pembentuk minat berwirausaha peserta didik dalam pembelajaran praktik Jasa Boga kelas XII di SMK Negeri Wonosalam, sehingga mengetahui minat berwirausaha peserta didik melalui pembelajaran praktik Jasa Boga.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menghasilkan berupa kata – kata atau lisan melalui wawancara dari orang – orang dan perilaku yang diamati, informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi guru pembelajaran praktik Jasa Boga, Ketua Program studi keahlian Jasa Boga, Peserta didik kelas XII keahlian Jasa Boga, Masyarakat pembeli di luar sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dinamika partisipasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran praktik Jasa Boga antara lain, 1) peran guru memotivasi peserta didik pada saat pembelajaran praktik Jasa Boga, 2) Pembelajaran praktik dilakukan diawali dengan teori dilanjutkan dengan praktik Jasa Boga dan dilakukan secara berkelompok, 3) Proses pembelajaran praktik Jasa Boga dilmulai dari perencanaan produk hingga penjualan produk, 4) Pembelajaran praktik Jasa Boga menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha peserta didik. Faktor-faktor pembentuk minat berwirausaha peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Praktik Jasa Boga antara lain, 1) Pengalaman, 2) Keinginan, 3) Lingkungan.

Abstract

Subyek penelitian ini adalah pedagang sate di dusun Babatan desa Kepuhkembeng yaitu sate ayam ‘Arema’. Usaha ini tergolong baru , namun mampu bersaing dengan pedagang sate lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengidentifakasi dan menganalisis SWOT (Strenghtss, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) pada pedagang sate ayam ‘Arema’ (2) merumuskan strategi pengembangan melalui analisis SWOT. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah melalui wawancara dan observasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam merumuskan strategi pengembangan pedagang sate ayam ‘Arema’  adalah matriks SWOT dan matriks IFAS, EFAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapedagang sate ayam ‘Arema’ menggunakan strategi pertumbuhan agresif yaitu strategi SO (Strenghts-Opportunities) melalui mengoptimalkan pelayanan konsumen dengan menyediakan sistem pembelian atau pesanan melalui teknologi komunikasi via SMS atau whatsapp serta menambah jumlah produksi terutama pada kondisi tertentu. Hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat saat ini lebih memilih penyajian/pembelian yang praktis

Abstract

The objective of this study to reveal whether there is a significant effect of Problem based learning model, learning ways and motivation on entrepreneurial attitude. This research employed quantitative approach and ex-post facto as the research design. The number of population was 114 students. The sample was 38 students of class XI AK SMK PGRI 1 Jombang and it was selected by simple random sampling . Observations, questionnaires and documentation were applied as data collection technique and analyzed with multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the value of Ftest is 8.847 at 0,000 significant level and it is less than 0.05 which implied that there is significant effect of Problem Based Learning, learning ways and motivation on entrepreneurial attitude. The findings is there is a simultaneous and significant effect of the use of PBL model, ways of learning and motivation on entrepreneurial attitude and the regression model is Y = 66,885 + 0.865X + 0,166X + 0.003X. So in learning, the main task of teachers is to acclimatize the environment in order to support the change of learners’ behaviour.

Abstract

The development of the halal industry is significant in countries where the majority of the population is Muslim. Jombang Regency has a Muslim population of 1,334,603 or around 98.5%. The halal label is important in marketing studies because consumers pay attention to the halal label printed on the product packaging. UMKM Akila Food and Cake is a business engaged in the food sector. The lack of knowledge about how to manage halal certification is one of the problems which then makes servants moved to provide assistance. The initial activity was in the form of socializing the importance of halal certification. Assistance by the service team and Mrs. Siti Indah Irawati as Halal Product Process Assistant from LSH ISNU Jombang is carried out by creating an Akila Food and Cake MSME account, entering data on the application for halal certification and completing the data. Halal product process assistants verify and validate business actors' statements. BPJH conducts system verification and validation of the results of assistance in the halal product process and issues Document Receipt Letters. Komtie Fatwa conducts fatwa hearings to determine product halalness and issue halal certification.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia adalah salah satu Negara yang memiliki jumlah penduduk Muslim terbesar di dunia. The Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre  (RISSC) melaporkan diperkirakan jumlah penduduk Muslim sekitar 237,56 juta jiwa atau sekitar 86, 7% dari total seluruh penduduk Indonesia. Adanya UU no 33 tahun 2014 tentang jaminan produk halal berimplikasi pada konsumen dimana halal merupakan faktor penting yang dipertimbangkan oleh seorang konsumen. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan memberikan penguatan literasi pentingnya produk halal, dan sertifikasi halal. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceraman dan diskusi. Mitra pengabdian adalah SMPN 3 Grogol Kediri. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan adalah perwakilan kelas VII VIII dan IX sejumlah 35 siswa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa siswa-siswi di SMP Negeri 3 Grogol sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hall ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya siswa-siswi yang bertanya dan memberikan pendapatnya dan aktif dalam diskusi terkait dengan pengalaman siswa-siswi pada saat mengkonsumsi produk halal maupun pengetahuan sertifikasi halal. Kesimpulan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memperkaya pengetahuan dan penguatan pemahaman siswa-siswi SMP Negeri 3 Grogol terhadap produk halal dan sertifikasi halal..Kata kunci: literasi; produk halal; sertifikasi halal. ABSTRACTIndonesia is one of the countries with the largest Muslim population in the world. The Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Center (RISSC) reports that the estimated Muslim population is around 237.56 million people or around 86.7% of the total population of Indonesia. The existence of Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning halal product guarantees has implications for consumers where halal is an important factor to be considered by a consumer. Community service activities aims to strengthen literacy on the importance of halal products and halal certification. The method used is lecture and discussion. The service patner is SMPN 3 Grogol Kediri. Participants who took part in the activity were representatives of class VII, VIII, dan IX totaling 35 students. The results of the service showed that students at SMPN 3 Grogol Kediri were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. This hall is demonstrated by the large number of students who ask questions and give their opinions and are active in discussion related students' experiences when consuming halal products and knowledge of halal certification. The conclusion of the service activity is to enrich the knowledge and strengthen the understanding of students at SMP Negeri 3 Grogol regarding halal products and halal certification. Keywords: literacy; halal products; halal certification.
