Indonesia is a disaster-prone area, not only natural disasters but also non-natural disasters. Students are one of the nation's assets that are prone to disasters and there is no preparedness in dealing with disasters. However, based on the experiences of students from PMR and SATGAS KESDA member organizations, it shows that there has been no learning of disaster simulation training. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of disaster management training with the simulation method on flood disaster preparedness behavior in SMAN 2 Tuban students. The research method used is pre-experimental, with a one-group pre-post-test design. The research sample was 28 students who were members of the PMR and SATGAS KESDA member organizations which were selected by simple random sampling. Disaster Simulation SOP research instrument and preparedness behavior questionnaire sheet. The results showed that most of the students' preparedness behavior in dealing with flood disasters before being given disaster management training with the simulation method was categorized as unprepared behavior, and after being given disaster management training with the simulation method most of them were categorized as ready behavior. Phenomena that happen from 200 million kindergarten kids in a development country has failed reaching the potential optimal development because of poverty problem, malnutrition or an unsuitable environtment, until it demaged the cognitif development, motoric, emotion, and kids social. The purpose of this research is to know the picture of kids development with the stimulation of playing building blocks.The type of research is Deskristif with time Cross Sectional approach. The sample taking tehnique is using Total Sampling by 38 peoples. The data collection is using an observation sheet. The result of the research is it can be concluded the kids development with the behaviour aspect, partially good is 30 peoples (78,9%), social emotion and indepedently is 27 peoples (71,0%), language is 32 peoples (84,2%), motoric physique is 29 peoples (76,3%), art is 24 peoples (63,1%) and partially big cognitif aspect is 20 peoples (52,6%).It can be concludedthat there are a enough and good kids development, it’s recommended to the parents to know their kids development and the teacher to increase an educatif game.

The lack of patient satisfaction is due to the increasing demands of the patient's needs, but this is not accompanied by improvements in nurses' actions. If the customer feels dissatisfied with a service provided, then that service can be ascertained to be ineffective and inefficient. This is especially important for public services. Providing services to the community as done by RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban, needs to get attention, especially in the quality of services to suit the needs and expectations of the community. This study focuses on the quality of nursing services and the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study uses analytic survey research with cross sectional approach, while the data analysis used is the Spearman Rank correlation test. The population used in this study were patients in the Asoka room of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban who fit the inclusion criteria as many as 155, with a large sample of 112 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that most patients were quite satisfied with the quite good nursing services. Spearmen Correlation Test Results (rs) obtained, the variable quality of nursing services (p <0.05) has a relationship to the level of patient satisfaction with moderate correlation (r = 0.476) and the direction of the positive correlation which means the better the quality of nursing services, the higher the level of satisfaction patient.Almost half of the nurses at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuba have a good quality nursing service. Almost half of the patient at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban feel satisfy with nurse’s service; there is a correlation between the quality of nurse service and the level of patient satisfaction at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban.

Diabetes Mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. This activity was carried out in the village of Sobontoro Tambakboyo on May 27, 2020, attended by 20 people. This activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and completion stages. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that causes multi-system disorders and is characterized by hyperglycemia caused by insulin deficiency or inadequate insulin action. The people of Sobontoro Tambakboyo village tend not to pay attention to a healthy lifestyle in terms of choosing food but after being given Health Education the community understands more about the concept of lifestyle for people with Diabetes Mellitus and to prevent Diabetes Mellitus.

Diabetes Mellitus is one of the most common and serious chronic diseases in Indonesia today. Half of Diabetes Mellitus cases go undiagnosed because in general diabetes is not accompanied by symptoms until complications occur. The prevalence of diabetes is increasing due to changes in lifestyle, increase in the number of calories eaten, lack of physical activity and the increasing number of elderly population. In terms of anticipation for the prevention of Diabetes Mellitus, what really needs to be considered is to provide health education to people with Diabetes Mellitus. Health education to people with diabetes mellitus is a very important thing in the regulation of blood sugar in people with Diabetes Mellitus and preventing or at least inhibiting the emergence of chronic complications and acute complications that sufferers fear. In this case, good cooperation is needed between Diabetes Mellitus sufferers and their families with managers/extensionists who can consist of doctors, nurses, nutritionists and other staff.

Heart failure in Indonesia is a problem that causes a lot of pain and death. Heart failure sufferers often experience a decrease in their ability to function and experience shortness of breath (dyspnea) during activity or at rest. Activity patterns in heart failure sufferers are very limited, activity patterns will change, especially if the patient experiences severe breathing difficulties. This condition causes heart failure patients to experience a decrease in their ability to carry out daily activities. The healing process for heart failure patients needs to be carried out comprehensively and involve family members. The aim of this community service program is to increase family support in caring for the daily activities of heart failure patients during rehabilitation. The method used in this activity is direct health education to family members of heart failure patients. The result of this awareness program is to help families get complete information about the importance of family support in the daily care of heart failure patients to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.

Nursing care documentation is a crucial element in quality nursing practice. Dr. R. Koesma Tuban Regional General Hospital (RSUD), as a healthcare institution committed to quality care, introduces the source-oriented recording method to enhance the quality of nursing care documentation. This article presents an introduction to the importance of nursing care documentation, along with the background, objectives, and benefits of implementing this method at RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. The Literature review supports the decision to implement this method, highlighting its benefits in improving accuracy, compliance, care coordination, and healthcare service efficiency. The structured implementation method involves team training, document review, socialization, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and advanced training. The implementation results indicate improvements in accuracy, compliance, care coordination, and healthcare service efficiency. In conclusion, the application of the source-oriented recording method at RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban is a strategic step to enhance the quality of healthcare services and patient safety.
