Abstract

Recently researchers found that there are no significant differences in leadership abilities between males and females in executive positions emerged. Therefore there is no significant difference in personality between men and women in executive positions in improving employees' performance. This research will be focus on women executives (leaders) personality traits on improving employees' performance. This research aims to investigate the influence of personality traits of women leaders moderated by their locus of control on employee performance in the sharia-based banking industry in Makassar city. This research is going to use the big five model personality, self-efficacy, Machiavellian, and narcissism to analyze personality traits of women executive and also as independent variables. Employees' performances are going to be the dependent variable. And locus of control of the women executive is going to use as moderating variable that could possibly improve the relationship between the personality traits of the female executive on employees' performance. The sample of this research is 40 women executives (from supervisors to managers) in the sharia-based banking industry in Makassar city. The data of this research are collected by questioners. Then the data are going to be analyzed with SEM-PLS statistic. The statistical data gathered during the research revealed that internal locus of control of women leaders’ moderate relationship between big five model personality, self-efficacy, machiavellian, and narcissitic personality of women leaders on employee performance in the sharia-based banking industry in Makassar city. Thus, this research results prove that locus of control could moderate in improving the relationship between personality traits of women leaders on improving employees performance but only internal locus of control of women leader not the external locus of control of women leader.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalaha untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor yang dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis yang dipergunakan ialah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai. Dari faktor pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai adalah faktor keterampilan dan faktor sikap Sedangkan faktor lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, Sikap, dan Prestasi Kerja Pegawai. Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, skills, and attitudes on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of Sinjai Regency, to determine the influence of the dominant factors on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of Sinjai Regency. The research approach was carried out with a quantitative approach and the analytical methods used were descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that knowledge, skills, and attitudes affect the work performance of the Regional Personnel Agency of Sinjai Regency. From the factors of knowledge, skills and attitudes, the dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of Sinjai Regency is the skill factor and attitude factor. Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic disease characterized by high levels of blood sugar (glucose). If diabetes is not controlled properly, various complications can arise that endanger the sufferer's life. Blood sugar levels are controlled by the insulin hormone produced by the pancreas, an organ located behind the stomach. We are conducting a pkm on processing Moringa leaves into porridge as an alternative diet for diabetes sufferers. Considering that there are many diabetes sufferers, the combination of Moringa leaves and low-sugar rice makes it possible to make an alternative diet food for diabetes sufferers. Moringa or merunggai (moringa oleifera) is a type of plant from the moringaceae family. From the results of the nutritional content analysis, it can be seen that Moringa leaves have excellent potential to complement the nutritional needs of the body. This pkm can help diabetes sufferers find alternatives for their diet menu.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the essential elements in an organization's success, particularly regarding job placement, work experience, and competence. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of job placement on employee performance, (2) To determine the effect of work experience on employee performance. (3) To determine the effect of competence on employee performance. This research employs a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 85 respondents. The study was conducted from January 2024 to February 2024. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis with the assistance of SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Job placement has a significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) Competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, job placement, work experience, and competence significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, transfer pricing, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap tax avoidance pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan selama periode 2021–2023. Dari total populasi sebanyak 90 perusahaan, dipilih 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas, transfer pricing, dan ukuran perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tax avoidance. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan dengan tingkat profitabilitas tinggi, praktik transfer pricing yang aktif, dan skala usaha yang besar cenderung memiliki kecenderungan lebih tinggi untuk melakukan penghindaran pajak. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengawasan yang lebih ketat dari otoritas perpajakan terhadap perusahaan-perusahaan besar dan menguntungkan, terutama dalam sektor pertambangan, guna meminimalkan praktik tax avoidance yang dapat berdampak pada penerimaan negara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesulitan keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di subsektor kosmetik dan barang keperluan rumah tangga yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahun 2023 yang telah dipublikasikan melalui situs resmi BEI masing-masing perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, sehingga diperoleh enam perusahaan yang memenuhi syarat dan dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis laporan keuangan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score, diketahui bahwa tiga perusahaan berada dalam kategori aman (safe zone), satu perusahaan berada dalam kategori abu-abu (grey zone), dan dua perusahaan tergolong dalam kategori kesulitan keuangan (distress zone).
