Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja PT. Puma Logisics International surabaya. Populasi dari penelitian ini ialah seluruh karyawan di PT. Puma Logisics International surabaya dengan jumlah 35 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sample yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini memakai teknik sample jenuh. Penghimpunan informasi dilaksanakan lewat pembagian kuesioner terhadap seluruh karyawan. Teknik analisis yang di pakai pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validasi uji reabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Menurut hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasiyang tinggi akan memberikan dampak pada kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, lingkunga kerja yang nyaman akan memberikan dampak pada kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, kompensasi yang tinggi akan memberikan dampak pada kepuasan kerja yang tinggi.

Abstract

Community service activities through the program of utilization of science and technology for the community (PIKAT) has been done in women's cooperative "Anugerah Bersama" which is a cooperative managed by housewives in the village of Anyar Tambak Gunung Kota Surabaya. This program is a continuation of the activities that have been done in 2016 regarding the making of financial statements namely balance sheet, business results report, and cash flow statement. This community service program is funded by LPPM Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia’s self-funded Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia year 2017. The program's activities are carried out by way of public education and training to the women's cooperative managers. The purpose and benefits of this program is to provide knowledge to the public about the importance of cooperatives for the community to improve welfare and train the skills of cooperative managers about how to use financial cooperative accounting software that later can simplify and accelerate the preparation of savings or savings accounts for members of the cooperative. With the counseling is expected to increase the number of members of the cooperative so that will strengthen the cooperative capital and limit the movement of moneylenders in the future. The results obtained from this training are the cooperative managers have been able to create savings reports using cooperative financial accounting software easily, quickly, and precisely.

Abstract

Telemung Village, Pulosari Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency has superior commodities, one of which is in the livestock sector, namely Etawa goat cultivation. Apart from being sold from the cultivation of Etawa goats, they also raise etawa goats for milking for their milk. milk products are sold in retail form in plastic packages and sold to collectors in other villages. The packaging used is also ordinary plastic packaging and there are no innovations so that goat milk can be preferred both for the telemung village community itself and for the wider community. This is what makes goat milk products less attractive. This is an obstacle even though Etawa goat milk is more expensive than cow's milk, this is a prospect for telumung village people to increase community income. The purpose of this activity is to introduce goat milk to telemung villagers and other villages which in turn can improve the community's economy. The method used is training in making pasteurized milk by adding some flavors and training in dairy products, and counseling on how to milk the hiegins. The results of the activity showed that the community understood the stages and how to make pasteurization of goat milk with several flavors and the manufacture of candy from goat milk. Partner communities are interested in producing for sale as well as household consumption.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, it is marked by competitive and risky economic developments. Every company competes each other for business positions by improving and developing the quality of their Human Resources (HR). Human Resources is an important aspect in the Company. The important thing to note is about employee discipline, people who are successful or achievers are usually disciplined. Success and accomplished people usually have good discipline. In a sense it has regularity. The main characteristic of discipline is well-organized. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) The Effect of Work Culture on Work Discipline, 2) The Effect of Compensation on Work Discipline. The population of this research are the 32 employees of CV. Bumi Delta Makmur. The sample in this reserach is using a non-probability sampling technique by taking the sample by saturated sampling. Another term for saturated sampling is a census in which all members are sampled. The data used in this study are primary and direct data, and also interviews and company internal data. The analytical technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Based on the research that has been done, it is obtained: 1) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline, 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline.

Abstract

BSTRACTTelemung Village, Kalipuro Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency has several communities that can be utilized and maximized. In an effort to maximize this potential it is necessary to hold discussions to bring up new ideas and solutions to existing local potentials. The first thing to do is to map out existing problems and local potential through a Focus Group Discussion. The results of the discussion or Focus Group Discussion produced several solutions to help the community groups in Telemung village to increase their income from the resulting community. Local potential in the form of commodities will be better produced in the form of products than in the form of raw products. On the other hand, the use of various digital media is very important to encourage product branding. This will encourage the growth and development of local products in Telemung village to have maximum value added. The purpose of this activity is to find ideas and solutions to problems regarding the use of existing communities in the village of Telemung which are expected to improve the community's economy and increase knowledge of the community about their local potential. This activity will also encourage local potential to become a superior product for Banyuwangi district. Keywords: Focus Group Discussion, Local Potential, Commodity and Value Added. ABSTRAKDesa Telemung kecamatan Kalipuro Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki beberapa komuditas yang dapat dimanfaatkan dan dimaksimalkan. Dalam usaha untuk maksimalkan potensi tersebut perlu diadakannya diskusi untuk memunculkan ide dan solusi baru terhadap potensi lokal yang ada. Hal awal yang harus dilakukan adalah melakukan mapping terhadap masalah dan potensi lokal yang ada melalui Focus Group Discussion. Hasil dari diskusi atau Focus Group Discussion menghasilkan beberapa solusi untuk membantu para kelompok masyarakat desa Telemung untuk menambah pendapatan mereka dari komuditas yang dihasilkan. Potensi lokal yang berupa komuditas akan lebih baik dihasilkan dalam bentuk produk dibandingkan berupa produk mentah. Di sisi lain, pemanfaatan berbagai media digital sangatlah penting untuk mendorong branding suatu produk. Hal inilah yang akan mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan produk lokal desa Telemung hingga mempunyai value added yang maksimal. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menemukan ide dan solusi dari permasalahan tentang pemanfaatan komuditas yang ada pada desa Telemung yang diharapan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dan menambah khasanah ilmu kepada masyarakat tentang potensi lokal yang mereka miliki. Kegiatan ini juga akan mendorong potensi lokal dapat menjadi produk unggulan bagi kabupaten Banyuwangi. Kata Kunci: Focus Group Discussion, Potensi Lokal, Komuditas dan Value Added.
