Dengan adanya perubahan teknologi yang semakin pesat dapat mengakibatkan persaingan bisnis yang keketatannya lebih tinggi lagi diantara para pebisnis yang memiliki perusahaan atau produk barang dan jasa sejenis. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi yang baik untuk dapat meningkatkan bisnisnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mengetahui relasi/hubungan dari diferensiasi produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu Bata di Plaza Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuisioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Dengan populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pembeli sepatu Bata di Plaza Surabaya yang usianya lebih dari 17 tahun. Kemudian teknik non probability sampling adalah teknik yang dipergunakan oleh peneliti dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah yaitu 70 orang pembeli sepatu Bata di Plaza Surabaya. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni data primer dan sekunder. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adala Partial Least Square (PLS). Dimana hasil dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa diferensiasi produk berpengaruh positif pada keputusan pembelian dan citra merek berpengaruh positif pada keputusan pembelian.

Keberhasilan yang dicapai oleh suatu toko dalam menjalankan bisnisnya tidak terlepas dari banyaknya keputusan pembelian konsumen pada toko tersebut, oleh karena itu suatu toko perlu memperhatikan promosi dan impulse buying yang dilakukan agar keputusan pembelian terus semakin meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan impulse buying terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Bunga Swalayan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuisioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Dengan populasi seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian pada Bunga Swalayan, Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden dengan menggunakan tehnik Accidental sampling. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer sedangkan analisis yang dipergunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Bunga Swalayan. (2) Impulse Buying berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Bunga Swalayan.

Green campus program is a manifestation of a university that utilizing friendly environment energy into the real act of acknowledge environment issues. Therefore through this program will encourage awareness and careless from the university society itself to keep the environment clean, beside that university also a place to gather up young intellectuals as the next generation of the nation. This program could be role model or good example for other institution to keep sustainability of the environment clean. UPN Veteran East Java as a well-known university in Surabaya is really care to the environment‘s issues so therefore a green campus program. Due to that matter, this research is to know how far the social factor, learning and personally encourage academies society to apply green campus program in the UPN Veteran East Java college society. In this research, the researcher used 100 persons as the sample and the population which is all the active academies society in UPN Veteran of East Java. This research is a descriptive quantitative research by spreading questionnaire. Analysis technique for this research using SEM method based on component with data analysis PLS. The result for this research is to describe the awareness of academies society in contributing for the green campus program in UPN Veteran of East Java.

Telemung Village, Pulosari Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency has superior commodities, one of which is in the livestock sector, namely Etawa goat cultivation. Apart from being sold from the cultivation of Etawa goats, they also raise etawa goats for milking for their milk. milk products are sold in retail form in plastic packages and sold to collectors in other villages. The packaging used is also ordinary plastic packaging and there are no innovations so that goat milk can be preferred both for the telemung village community itself and for the wider community. This is what makes goat milk products less attractive. This is an obstacle even though Etawa goat milk is more expensive than cow's milk, this is a prospect for telumung village people to increase community income. The purpose of this activity is to introduce goat milk to telemung villagers and other villages which in turn can improve the community's economy. The method used is training in making pasteurized milk by adding some flavors and training in dairy products, and counseling on how to milk the hiegins. The results of the activity showed that the community understood the stages and how to make pasteurization of goat milk with several flavors and the manufacture of candy from goat milk. Partner communities are interested in producing for sale as well as household consumption.

Demands on the quality of education increasing continually, the government is promoting a high standard to deal with industry 4.0. One of the problems in terms of education phases is the thesis that problems occur in the work of the thesis triggers the stress of students who can inhibit thesis completion. This research aims to link the relationship between self-efficacy and self-disclosure and moderator variables namely emotional quotient (EQ) with student stress when working on the thesis. This study aims to link the relationship between self-efficacy and self-disclosure and moderator variables namely emotional quotient (EQ) with student stress when working on the thesis. This research also uses the quantitative Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The population in this study is students who have taken the thesis for more than one year. The results of this study indicate in descriptive that (1) self-efficacy and EQ have a significant influence on student stress that show how important those variables influence student stress (2) On the other side, self-disclosure hasn’t an effect to strengthen student stress that insignificantly effects (3) The role of the lecturer as an important supervisor and other lecturing media will be determining and influencing student stress (4) There are several solutions to decrease student stress.

Community service activities are carried out in Depok District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta with preliminary survey stages, field data acquisition, data processing, data interpretation and socialization. The processing of the microseismic method is various, one of this method is the Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) method. Processing of this HVSR method is to determine the natural frequency value and amplification value obtained at the time of acquisition so that it can be used to calculate the value of soil vulnerability. Based on the results of data processing, Depok District has a soft soil type where the soil is susceptible to vibration.Socialization is carried out in order to get more attention in infrastructure development or in accordance with the standards by the government. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and impulse buying on purchasing decisions at Bunga Swalayan. This research is a quantitative research that uses a questionnaire as a data collection method. With a population of all consumers who make purchases at Bunga Swalayan Sampang. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data used are primary and secondary data. While the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study indicate that 1) promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Bunga Swalayan Sampang, 2) impulse buying has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Bunga Swalayan Sampang.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is very much felt among sellers and not a few of them have gone out of business. However, with increasingly sophisticated technology, many sellers use it to sell their products online. The online sales platform that is currently widely used by the public is one of them through Lazada e-commerce. There are many risks that may occur when we shop online, for example, the goods sent do not match the picture. Therefore, this study wanted to find out what factors influence someone to make a decision to make a purchase, including consumer trust and security in the e-commerce. This research is a quantitative research with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. Distribution of data using google forms with a sample of 80 people. (From the results of the study, it was found that security had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while trust had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the basic expectations of customers. Many factors affect customer satisfaction, including service quality and price perception. The problems in this research are (1) whether service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Sucofindo Surabaya ?, (2) does price perception affect customer satisfaction of PT. Sucofindo Surabaya ? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price perception on customer satisfaction at PT. Sucofindo Surabaya . The total population of this study are customers of PT. Sucofindo Surabaya . The sample that uses 60 respondents is taken by the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling approach. This study uses quantitative methods using structural equation modeling and data processing using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that the service quality variable (X1) and price perception (X2) had a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

Internet is an important requirement for the community to be able to access information easily, besides that it is also a means of communication between humans. The rapid demand for internet services, especially for internet vouchers in Indonesia, is due to the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia. The use of the internet is not only for finding information but also for communicating. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price perceptions and promotions on purchasing decisions for XL internet vouchers (study at "Kusuma counter" Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency). This research is included in the type of quantitative research with the method of collecting data in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research uses the SEM method on a component basis using PLS as an analytical tool. The results of the research conducted by questionnaires were given to the respondents, totaling 66 people. The results show that price responses can contribute to purchasing decisions with the highest factor loading value on the indicator of price conformity with product quality. As for the promotion can contribute to purchasing decisions along with the highest factor loading value is the advertising indicator
