Abstract

Proses pembelajaran dalam kurikulum 2013 yang belum secara penuh dipahami oleh guru mengakibatkan kurang menarik perhatian peserta didik yang berakibat pada menurunnya motivasi belajar dan berimbas pada rendahnya hasil belajar. Penggunaan pendekatan saintifik dengan tepat dipandang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menekankan pada pengaruh pendekatan saintifik dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur?an-Hadist. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik di MTs Negeri se Kabupaten Trenggalek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 104 peserta didik. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi dan analisis inferensial. Dari hasil penelitian ini, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pendekatan saintifik dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Al-Qur?an-Hadist di MTs Negeri se Kabupaten Trenggalek. Pendekatan saintifik memberi pengaruh sebesar 18,7% dan motivasi belajar memberikan pengaruh sebesar 17,8%. Secara bersama-sama terdapat interaksi yang positif dan signifikan antara pendekatan saintifik dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 21,5%. The learning process in kurikulum 2013 that has not been fully understood by the teacher results in less attracting the attention of students which results in a decrease in learning motivation and an impact on the low learning outcomes. The use of a scientific approach is rightly seen to have an influence on motivation and can improve learning outcomes. This study emphasizes the influence of the scientific approach and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Al-Qur'an-Hadist. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all students MTsN in Trenggalek Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 104 students. Data analysis used is description analysis and inferential analysis. From the results of this study, there is a positive and significant influence between the scientific approach and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an-Hadist subjects in MTsN Trenggalek Regency. The scientific approach has an effect of 18.7% and learning motivation has an effect of 17.8%. Together there is a positive and significant interaction between the scientific approach and learning motivation towards student learning outcomes of 21.5%.

Abstract

Starting in early 2020, Indonesia has been living life with the impact of the disaster, namely of the corona virus or also called as covid-19. Activities in various fields, especially education, face various problems in the process, which were initially carried out face-to-face/offline to online and of course this all affects the system and quality of education. Islamic education which has taken place as an inseparable part of the national education system has also experienced this impact. The writing of this article is to identify the difficulty of Islamic education in national education during the covid-19 pandemic, whose goal is to provide knowledge of the efforts made by Islamic education during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the discussion show that Islamic education in national education during the covid-19 pandemic develops potential or provides creativity to students, teaches to always try in any activity, strives and prays to God Almighty, is responsible for all activities that should still be carried out. while online, maintain morals, manners, be independent, knowledgeable, and of course must keep the spirit. Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan dengan memberikan fasilitasi kepada karang tarunana BG Generations Dusun Bugis Desa Bekare yang telah memiliki program lama yang belum terealisisi yaitu program jimpitan. Pengabdian dengan metode ABCD dapat meyakinkan kembali bahwa BG Generaitons dapat merealisasikan program jimpitan dan dapat menggugah semangat masyarakat untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut. Kegiatan dalam pengebdian ini didasarkan pada metode penemuan apresiatif (appreciative inquiry) yang terdiri dari discovery, dream, design, dan destiny. Inti dari pengabdian ini adalahmendesain untuk merealisasikan program jimpitan, maka dilakukanlah kegiatan sosialisasi yang memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat terkait pentingnya program jimpitan dan memberikan pendampingan atau fasilitasi dengan berpartisipasi dalam penyusunan pengelola, pengumpulan dan pemasangan kaleng sebagai sarana pengumpulan dana jimpitan dan mendampingi menyiapkan pembukuan. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has occurred in our beloved country Indonesia for almost a year. The emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak triggered various changes in various aspects of life, both in terms of social, health, education, and so on. In addition, the Covid-19 outbreak has led to the emergence of various new policies formulated by the government to break the chain of spreading Covid-19. This includes policies in the education sector. In accordance with the policy issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture, that in order to break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak, teaching and learning activities at various levels of education are carried out online (online) and offline (outside the network). This is something new in our world of education. Which is usually the teaching and learning process carried out directly. Now, when the Covid-19 pandemic has to be done with the internet media or referred to as online (in the network). With the existence of this policy, it is a challenge for teachers and students as actors of education, especially in areas that lack technology and internet networks.This challenge applies to all teachers of educational institutions, including teachers under Islamic education institutions.

Abstract

The pandemic that has occurred throughout the world due to the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak is indeed very disturbing and has an effect on vital sectors. One of the wichs is the education sector. From this, the components in education (curriculum) become more flexible in their application, which must be followed by educators as the subject of delivering knowledge so they can be well accepted by students (objects) without reducing their enthusiasm for learning at the pandemic era. Run face-to-face and must switch to online learning. Therefore, educators need to master online learning media which badly need in the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are still educators who are not ready to face online learning, especially in the operation of learning media. The role of schools, in this case, is also important, for the sake of smooth and successful online logging in the current pandemic era, schools must provide training and guidance to existing educator members because not all are competent in terms of operating online learning media. So that educators can adjust beforehand for teaching readiness in the current pandemic situation. Motivational touch is also the crucial thing, to foster a sense of enthusiasm and overcome the psychology of students in undergoing online learning because there is less good readiness and is something new that is felt by educators and students. This research aims to understand how competent and readiness of education is in using learning media during the pandemic era in online learning. the method used in its preparation, using quantitative methods, namely. pandemi yang terjadi diseluruh dunia akibat dari menyebarnya wabah COVID-19 memang sangat meresahkan, sehingga berefek kepada sektor-sektor yang sangat vital, salah satunya sektor pendidikan. Dari hal itu, maka komponen-komponen dalam pendidikan (kurikulum) menjadi lebih fleksibel dalam penerapannya yang harus dikuti oleh pendidik sebagei subjek penyampaian ilmu pengetauhan, agar dapat diterima secara baik pula oleh peserta didik (objek) tanpa mengurangi semangat belajar dimasa pandemi yang sukar rasanya dijalankan secara tatap muka dan harus beralih ke pembelajaran online. Maka, sangatlah penting bagi pendidik untuk menguasai media pembelajaran online yang sangat diperlukan dalam sitausi pandemi COVID-19. Namun, pada kenyataanya masih ada pendidik yang belum siap menghadapi pembelajaran online, apalagi dalam pengoprasian media pembelajarannya. Peranan sekolah dalam hal ini juga sangat vital, demi kelancaran dan menyukseskaan pembalajan online di era pandemi seperti sekarang ini, sekolah harus mengadakan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada anggota pendidik yang ada, karena tidak semua cakap dalam hal pengoprasian media pembelajaran online. Agar pendidik mampu menyesuaikan terlebih dahul demi kesiapan mengajar dalam situasi pandemi sekarang ini. Sentuhan motivasi juga sangat penting, demi menumbuhkan rasa semangat dan mengatasi psikologi peserta didik dalam menjalani pembelajaran online, karena belum adanya kesiapan yang baik dan merupakan hal baru yang dirasakan pendidik dan peserta didik. Abstract

Dedicated personnel in pesantren have a great responsibility towards the management of education, even though the quality and qualifications are not the same as education personnel in general. Pondok Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar presents and provides programs to improve their quality through the personnel management approach. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the discussion showed that the dedicated personnel at Pondok Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar were an integrated unit of educational human resources that functioned as educators. Devotion as an embodiment to explore and practice the teachings of Islam (tafaqquh fi al-din), train to be human beings, and strengthen expertise to engage and serve in the community. Management is applied based on morality and Islamic values that prioritize local wisdom, culture, and independence of Pesantren in an effort to create the professional staff.

Abstract

Character education is one solution to the problems of morality, character and other deviant behavior that is happening in this country. Strengthening character education becomes something important that must be supported by all components ranging from educational institutions, families and communities. In order to support the reinforcement, the president also issued a regulation on strengthening character education. Madrasah that become one of the formal educational institutions are also required to carry out the strengthening of character education as mandated. The positioning of madrasah should also be appropriate in the organization of strengthening character education, as it will impact on community appraisal. Positioning madrasah in organizing character education reinforcement is carried out through intra-curricular, ko-curriculer and extracurricular programs and positioning madrasah in addressing school admission days, madrasah can take the five day entry option with a system integrating the madrasah system with the pesantren system or taking six day entry options by strengthening the three curricular programs , with programs that show off that can be directly seen and felt the benefits by the community.Pendidikan karakter menjadi salah satu solusi atas permasalahan moral, akhlak dan perilaku menyimpang lainnya yang sedang terjadi di Negara ini. Penguatan pendidikan karakter menjadi sesuatu yang penting yang mesti didukung oleh seluruh komponen mulai dari lembaga pendidikan, keluarga dan masyarakat. Dalam rangka mendukung penguatan tersebut presiden juga mengeluarkan Peraturan tentang penguatan pendidikan karakter. Madrasah yang menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal dituntut juga mampu melaksanakan penguatan pendidikan karakter sebagaimana yang telah diamanatkan. Positioning madrasah juga harus tepat dalam penyelenggaraan penguatan pendidikan karakter, karena akan berdampak pada penilaian masyarakat. Positioning madrasah dalam menyelenggarakan penguatan pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui program intrakurikuler, kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler dan positioning madrasah dalam menyikapi hari masuk sekolah, madrasah dapat mengambil opsi hari masuk lima dengan sitem mengintegrasikan sistem madrasah dengan sistem pesantren atau mengambil opsi masuk enam dengan penguatan di ketiga program kurikuler, dengan program-program yang show off yang bisa langsung dilihat dan dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Besarnya peluang kemandirian yang diberikan pemerintah kepada satuan pendidikan melalui otonomi dan desentralisasi pendidikan yang ditambah juga dengan perkembangan zaman di era revolusi industry 4.0 menjadi sebuah tantangan dan tuntutan yang harus dipenuhi. Disrupsi yang terjadi pada semua aspek termasuk pendidikan mengharuskan pengelola pendidikan banyak melakukan penyesuaian terutama dalam aspek manajemen. Artikel ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan datanya melalui interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Fokus terletak pada bagaimana kontruksi otonomi pendidikan dan keberhasilannya di MIN 1 Trenggalek di era disrupsi, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kontruksi otonomi pendidikan di MIN 1 Tenggalek dan keberhasilannya dalam melaksanakan kebijakan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di era disrupsi. Temuan yang diperoleh bahwa otonomi pendidikan yang dikonstruk pada MIN 1 Trenggalek dengan membangun kesiapan antara pemerintah dan satuan pendidikan atas pembagian tugas (job discriptions), penggunaan kesempatan wewenang yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah untuk mengorganisir program pendidikan, pemberdayaan madrasah dengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya (SDM dan SDA) yang ada di madrasah. Keberhasilannya diantaranya, MIN 1 Trenggalek memiliki visi, misi dan tujuan yang jelas, sebagai ciri khas serta keberhasilan pada program pendidikan dan program-program pengembangan lainnya yang menunjukkan peningkatan mutu yang dihasilkan. [The magnitude of the opportunities for independence provided by the government to education units through education autonomy and decentralization coupled with the times in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is a challenge and demands that must be met. The disruption in many aspects, including education, requires education managers to make many adjustments, especially in the management aspect. This article is field research that uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus lies on how the construction of educational autonomy and its success in MIN 1 Trenggalek in the era of disruption, to know and analyze educational autonomy at MIN 1 Tenggalek and its success in implementing School-Based Management policies in the era of disruption. The findings show that educational autonomy is constructed at MIN 1 Trenggalek by building readiness between the government and education units for job descriptions, using authority by the head of the madrasah to organize educational programs, empowering madrasah by utilizing resources in the madrasah. Its successes include MIN 1 Trenggalek has a clear vision, mission, and objectives, as a characteristic and success in educational programs and other development programs that show the quality improvement produced.]

Abstract

 Multikultural terbesar di dunia adalah Indonesia, multikultural pendidikan memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa tanpa membedakan jenis kelamin, etnis, ras, atau karakterstik lainnya. Pendidikan multikultural di pondok pesantren dibutuhkan supaya para santri dapat menghargai perbedaan diantara mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebijakan penerapan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di pondok pesantren, mengetahui analisis kebijakan penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di pondok pesantren. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur yaitu kegiatan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca, mencatat, dan mengelola penelitian dari sumbernya secara deskriptif analisis yaitu metode yang memaparkan sistematis materi pembahasan diberbagai sumber yang dianalisis dengan teliti untuk memperoleh hasil sebagai kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : 1) kebijakan yang digunakan di pondok pesantren adalah menanamkan nilai-nilai pancasila, menjunjung tinggi pluralisme, demokrasi, dan mencetak santri yang ber-Islam moderat; 2) pada penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di pondok pesantren perlu melakukan beberapa kegiatan yaitu kegiatan pembelajaran formal disekolah, kegiatan pengembangan diri dan kegiatan pembiasaan diri; 3) nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di pondok pesantren yaitu penanaman nilai demokrasi yang saling menghargai, nilai tolerasi yang saling menghormati, nilai keadilan sosial, kesetaraan, dan nilai kebersamaan yang saling tolong menolong.Kata Kunci: Analisis Kebijakan, Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Multikultural, Pondok Pesantren The largest multicultural in the world is Indonesia, multicultural education provides opportunities to students without distinguishing gender, ethnicity, race, or other characteristics. Multicultural education in boarding schools is needed so that students can appreciate the differences between them. The purpose of this study is to know the policy of applying multicultural educational values in boarding schools, knowing the analysis of policies on the cultivation of multicultural educational values in boarding schools. Research methods using literature studies are the activities of methods of collecting library data, reading, recording, and managing research from its source descriptive analysis, which is a method that systematically describes discussion materials in various sources that are carefully analyzed to obtain results as conclusions. The results of this study show: 1) the policies used in pesantren huts are to instill the values of Pancasila, uphold pluralism, democracy, and print santri that are moderateLy Islamic; 2) in the cultivation of multicultural educational values in boarding schools need to do several activities, namely formal learning activities in school, self-development activities and self-habituation activities; 3) The values of multicultural education in boarding schools are the cultivation of democratic values that respect each other, the value of mutual respect, the value of social justice, equality, and the value of mutual help.Keywords: Policy Analysis, Multicultural Education Values, Islamic Boarding Schools.

Abstract

Religious behavior becomes an important point that is very fundamental to be owned by every student, because this is closely related to the attitudes and behaviors that will be demonstrated by students in their daily life. Therefore, the schools should be able to present good behavior and religious attitudes to students. Religious behavior coaching is the process of behavior formation, morality and character for students to stock the present and future life. Behavior coaching of students into the work domain of the student management. The school must manage the students well to create students that are in accordance with what has been expected and aspired. In this study using a descriptive qualitative approach, describe the student management in the religious behavior coaching in MTs Al-Burhan Watulimo. With the findings consists of students' orientation activities, the worship habituation, reading Al-Qur'an, scientific and Islamic studies, and guidance of discipline and character.يصبح السلوك الديني نقطة مهمة جدا أن تكون مملوكة من قبل كل المتعلم، لأن هذا يرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا المواقف والسلوكيات التي سيتم إثباتها من قبل المتعلمين في حياتهم اليومية. لذلك، ينبغي أن تكون المدرسة قادرة على تقديم السلوك الجيد والمواقف الدينية للمتعلمين. توجيه السلوك الديني هو عملية تشكيل السلوك والأخلاق والطابع للمتعلمين لتخزن الحياة الحالية والمستقبلية. توجيه سلوك المتعلمين في مجال عمل إدارة المتعلمين. يجب على المدرسة إدارة المتعلمين بشكل جيد لخلق المتعلمين التي تتوافق مع ما كان متوقعا وتطلعا. في هذه الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي النوعي، وصف إدارة المتعلمين في السلوك الديني في المدرسة الثناوية "البرهان" واتوليمو. مع النتائج التى تتكون من أنشطة توجيه المتعلمين، والعبادة التعود، وتعزيز قراءة القرآن، ودراسة علمية والإسلامية، وكذلك تدريب الانضباط والأخلاق.
