Abstract

Waste4Change is a company that provides responsible and reliable waste management solutions. According to Report Operation (Monthly Issue) data from Waste4Change, from August to November 2021, users experienced several problems when using the Waste4Change website. Based on this data, the research was conducted that aims to analyze user experience problems from the Waste4change website, design the solution design, and find out the level of convenience provided by users when testing the solution design. The research was conducted by collecting literature studies and prospective respondents first. Next, the Design Thinking stage is carried out to collect data on problems and user needs, define problems, collect solution ideas, and design the user interface to become a prototype. The last stage is a usability testing prototype with 5 respondents using the Single Ease Question method. The results of this study are that 7 user problems have been successfully defined, there are 78 user interface design pages and 8 user flows on a mobile-based prototype from the Waste4Change website that was successfully designed, and got an average SEQ value of > 5 during usability testing so that the prototype has a good level of convenience.

Abstract

Nowadays, huge amounts of data are generated every day at an unprecedented speed from various sources, including data on the Internet. The existence of the Internet increases the amount of data contained on a website, every company, and organization definitely needs website development to meet the needs of their company or organization, this can be an opportunity for data engineers to process this amount of data into useful statistics for companies or researchers. That's why we need an efficient method to collect the amount of data on a website, and web scraping is one of them. In this study, the researcher implemented a web scraping method on the myanimelist.net site which is the largest community and database about anime and manga in the world. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the company (animated studio) and the anime it produces through correlation analysis method. This research method broadly consists of four stages, including data extracting, data processing, correlation test, and data visualization. The research tools used for scraping are beautifulsoup and pandas which are python libraries, tools for processing and analyzing the scraped data are google collaborative and pandas which are data processing applications, while for the data visualization process researchers use an additional matplotlib library. The results of this study indicate that web scraping can be implemented on the myanimelist.net site effectively. Researchers can collect 17982 rows of data from 129 companies. The results of the correlation analysis show that the popularity of the company has a low relationship with the popularity of the anime they produce.

Abstract

At this time the use of the internet is growing rapidly and the internet plays an important role in various aspects of human life. With the increasing number of Internet users like that, many internet service providers are competing to use their services. In addition, the internet can also be used to search for information through social media, one of which is social media Twitter. Twitter is often used to express emotions about something good or bad. Tweets published by users via Twitter contain an opinion about an object, the object can be of various kinds, such as one of them is about a product or service. One of the internet services that is familiar to various groups of people is First Media, which is often given feedback by its users on the quality of the internet service provider. These responses are often given through various kinds of social media, one of which is Twitter and from these responses a method, namely sentiment analysis, will be carried out. This study discusses reviews in the form of tweets related to first media with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm using Rapid Miner tools. Data taken as many as 500 tweets related to the first media. Then do the deletion of ambiguous data so that it only produces 300 tweets. The methodology used is Knowledge Discovery in Databases, namely Data Selection, Data Pre-processing, Transformation, Data Mining, Evaluation. Data labeling is carried out by experts who are divided into positive and negative sentiments. The results of the modeling using K-Fold Cross Validation, and testing the value of k variations with odd numbers ranging from 3 to 25 to get the best accuracy. The highest accuracy was obtained with an accuracy of 84% with a value of k=3. Good classification results can be seen by how much accuracy is obtained.

Abstract

The quality of the software can be measured one of them by testing the functionality of the system whether the system is running as it should or not. To maintain this quality, we need a test to find out the functionality in the scholarship recipient's decision support system at SMK Tarbiyatul Ulum Karawang using the Black Box Testing method where this method tests the functionality of the scholarship recipient's decision support system. the test thoroughly checks all the functionality in the scholarship recipient's decision support system. From the results of the tests carried out, it was found that all the functionality of the scholarship recipient's decision support system was running properly and there was no functionality failure.
