Abstract

The important role of Posyandu cadres as the front guard in providing services to thecommunity through Posyandu. Posyandu cadres are people who are chosen, willing, capable, andhave the time and care for basic social services for the community. Therefore, training for Posyanducadres is an effort to increase the capacity and capability of Posyandu cadres.Activities at the Posyandu are aimed, among others, to monitor the weight growth of childrenunder five using the Card Towards Healthy (KMS), provide nutritional counseling, and providebasic nutrition and health services, which are closely related to stunting. The intervention effortsmade by the Ministry of Health, point 4, to monitor the growth of children under five at posyanduare very strategic efforts to detect early growth disorders.Stunting is a problem because it is associated with an increased risk of illness and death,suboptimal brain development so that motor development is delayed and mental growth is inhibited.Several studies have shown the risk caused by stunting, namely decreased academic achievement,increased risk of obesity, more susceptibility to non-communicable diseases and an increased risk ofdegenerative diseases.This community service is to provide education in an effort to increase posyandu cadres'knowledge about stunting. The method used is the pretest and posttest evaluation. The results andconclusions were that there was an increase in the knowledge of posyandu cadres after healtheducation was carried out on stunting.

Abstract

Almost all women have felt disturbances during menstruation in the form of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) to varying degrees, ranging from just aches in the pelvis from the inner side to extreme pain. One of the treatments of nonpharmacology is with hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is a method of instilling suggestion when the brain has been in a relaxed state, but it does not mean falling asleep or not being self-aware during practice. In Pondok Meja village, there are already many herbal plants available, one of which is turmeric which can be used by teenagers to overcome menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) and there are those who have done the habit of drinking turmeric acid in overcoming this dysmenorrhea, it's just that to add it with hypnosis has never been done. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of young women in overcoming dysmenorrhea in addition to drinking turmeric acid. The method used is to conduct education about hypnosis to reduce menstrual pain then pretest and postest by asking 10 true and false questions with a < value of 50 is determined to be less good education, if the final score of > of 50 is determined Good Education. education about increasing the knowledge of young women reducing menstrual pain by hypnotherapy.  The results were that before the education of 76 young women only 23 were well-informed and 53 were poorly knowledgeable, while after education there was an increase in knowledge from 76 young women, 66 were well-informed and 10 were not good about hypnosis to reduce menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).

Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period involving physical, emotional, and social development experienced by young women as a process of preparation for entering adulthood. In general, physical changes tend to be more dominating. Young women and menstruation have a very close relationship because menstruation is one of the important issues in young women. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and anxiety levels of young women in the face of menarche. Subjects in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 13 Jambi City with a sample of 40 people. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling. Teenage anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire. There is a significant relationship between knowledge and anxiety levels of young women in the face of the first menstruation (menarche). It is hoped that there will be efforts to increase adolescent knowledge about reproductive health, especially menstrual preparation in the form of school programs in collaboration with local health centers.

Abstract

AbstractDuring pregnancy changes will occur in the entire body system of the mother both physically and psychologically, although physiological but if not understood by the mother and not treated will be able to make discomfort very disturbing during the process of pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium, Prenatal Care Yoga is expected to help in dealing with discomfort during pregnancy, especially the third trimester of pregnancy Putri Ayu Health Center has provided pregnancy exercise services but has never given prenatal care yoga, due to the absence of trained staff at the Puskesmas, the researchers chose Puskesmas Putri Ayu as a research site. Intervene prenatal care yoga with quasi experimental one group pre-post-test design method. affordable population of 301 people visits K4 pregnant women to the Putri Ayu health center. he sample of purposive sampling was 32 people. The subject was carried out pre test and post test in the form discomfort questionnaire using a comparative scale of pain. Prenatal care yoga 4 times for 4 consecutive weeks Most of the third stage discomfort was pre-test, 21 (65.6%), post-test to 15 (46.9) there was an effect of prenatal care yoga on reducing complaints of discomfort of third trimester pregnant women with a p-value <0,000 (95% CI).
