<![CDATA[Abstrak Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi merupakan tujuan perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan berarti persepsi masyarakat terhadap perusahaan yang tercermin dari harga saham perusahaan. Perusahaan berusaha memaksimalkan kinerja perusahaannya agar Nilai Perusahaannya meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap perusahaan perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2018-2019. Dari hasil uji parsial, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas perbengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Solvabilitas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, secara simultan, profitabilitas, likuiditas dan solvabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, likuiditas, solvabilitas, nilai perusahaan.
