Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Liliriaja Kabupaten Soppeng. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan dan berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pembagian kuesioner dan observasi. Tekhnik Analisis data yang dipakai yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Uji t. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai regresi linear sederhana Y=31,621-0,435X, dan nilai signifikasi yang diperoleh 0,006 < 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan signifikan. Pada pengujian uji t, nilai thitung= -2,851 dan nilai ttabel = 1,677 (df) 48 yang menunjukkan hasil -2,851 > 1,677 dan nilai signifikan 0,006 < 0,05 Hal ini menunjukkan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai Abstract The purpose of this study is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing the effect of workload on employee performance at the Liliriaja District office, Soppeng Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and observations. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Descriptive Analysis, Simple Linear Regression Test and t Test. The research instrument used in this study used the Likert scale method. The results showed a simple linear regression value of Y=31.621-0.435X and had a negative value so that it was said that the workload on employee performance was negative and the significance value obtained was 0.006 1.677 and a significant value of 0.006

Abstract

This This research aims to determine the performance of employees at the UPT Sarana Prasarana Transportation and LLAJ Region 1 Bantaeng Office, Bantaeng district. Type of qualitative research. This research uses data obtained from interviews and documentation studies, with data analysis techniques using source triangulation. The results of the research show that the performance of employees at the UPT Sarana Prasaraa Perkomunikasi and LLAJ Region 1 Bantaeng offices is not very good. This is based on the results of interviews conducted with employees which stated that there are still many employees who do not meet performance assessment standards, are not disciplined in carrying out tasks on time and do not work according to the working hours set at the office. Apart from that, the work environment at the offices of UPT Sarana Perkomunikasi and LLAJ Region 1 Bantaeng is inadequate due to ineffective communication and inadequate office facilities.
