Abstract

 Abstrack This study aims to: (1). To assess and determine the effect of variable legal sanctions (X1), discipline (X2), awards (X3), work environment (X4), education and training (X5) on the performance of family planning officer in the Department of Population Civil and Family Planning Poso, ( 2). Assessing the dominant factor affecting the performance of family planning officer in the Department of Population and Family Planning Civil Poso district. The results showed that the factor of legal sanction, discipline, respect, work environment, training and education affect the performance of family planning officer in the Department of Population Civil and Family Planning Poso district with a significance level F 0.027, where f count (4,927)> f table (2 , 37), the value of multiple correlation coefficient (R) is equal to 0.761, coefficient of multiple determination (R2) is approximately 0,600, with the rate of change of independent variables influence of variation of 60%, while the remaining 40% is explained by other variables that can not investigated. Work environment factors dominant influence on the performance of family planning officer in the Department of Population and Family Planning Civil Poso, with a significance level of 0.575, where tcount 2.537> 1.671 ttabel. Keywords: Motivation, Field Workers, Family Planning Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1). Untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui pengaruh variabel sanksi hukum (X1), disiplin (X2), penghargaan (X3), lingkungan kerja(X4), pendidikan dan pelatihan (X5) terhadap kinerja penyuluh KB pada Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Poso, (2). Mengkaji faktor yang dominan memengaruhi kinerja penyuluh KB pada Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Poso. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sanksi hukum, disiplin, penghargaan, lingkungan kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan memengaruhi kinerja penyuluh KB pada Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Poso dengan tingkat signifikasi F 0,027, di mana f hitung (4,927 ) > f tabel (2,37), nilai koefisien korelasi berganda (R) adalah sebesar 0,761, Koefisien determinasi berganda (R2) adalah sebesar 0,600, dengan tingkat pengaruh variasi perubahan variabel bebas 60%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yag tidak diteliti. Faktor lingkungan kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja penyuluh KB di Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Poso, dengan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,575, di mana nilai thitung 2,537 > ttabel 1,671. Kata Kunci : Faktor Motivasi, Kinererja Petugas Lapangan, Keluarga Berencana

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan Kompetensi  terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan serta mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kabupaten Gowa dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 1 bulan yaitu mulai bulan April sampai Mei Tahun 2018 dengan sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, melalui pengujian regresi dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dari item-item pernyataan setiap variabel serta uji asumsi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwaMotivasi berprestasi mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan P = 0.000 0.05  dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,298, koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Motivasi berprestasi yang dimiliki pegawai maka kinerja pegawai pada kantorDinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah(UKM) Kabupaten Gowa Povinsi Sulawes Selatan akan semakin meningkat. Kompetensimempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan P = 0.000 0.05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,253, koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa model kompetensi yang diterapkan pada kantorDinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai adalah motivasi berprestasi hal ini terlihat dari nilai beta sebesar 0,493 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya

Abstract

Keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Sehingga dalam teori manajemen sumber daya manusia menempatkan fungsi rekrutmen dan seleksi sebagai kunci dalam mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki keunggulan kompetitif. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pola dan sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi Karyawan Pada PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Jenis dan pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang fokus pada analisis pola dan sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan pada PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk melalui analisis SWOT. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara dengan pimpinan, bagian personalia, dan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)  proses rekrutmen dilakukan dengan menyebar iklan melalui sosial media, website perusahaan, dan surat kabar, 2) seleksi karyawan dilakukan melalui seleksi administrasi, tes tertulis, tes wawancara, psikotes, dan tes kompetensi, dan 3) hasil analisis SWOT pada diagram cartesius menunjukkan bahwa pola dan sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi yang dilakukan PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk berada pada kuadran I. Hal ini bermakna bahwa strategi yang harus ditetapkan dalam kodisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth  Oriented Strategy).  Strategi ini menandakan keadaan perusahaan yang kuat dan mampu untuk terus berkembang dengan mengambil peluang yang ada untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang maksimal.Kata Kunci : Rekrutmen, Seleksi Karyawan, Analisis SWOT

Abstract

ABSTRACTHuman Resource Development in the micro context is characterized by a shift in the type of society, from industrial society based on tangible resourcement towards knowledge-based knowledge society, technology and information (intangibleresource) and the change of accounting reporting system from stewardship function to new paradigm more see that the financial statements serve as a source of information to take economic decisions by investors and creditors (main users) based on current value. So that the existence of employees in an organization is no longer viewed as a mere production factor but has become a human capital or long-term organizational assets.The purpose of this research is to construct the intellectual capital dimension so that found the concept and model of Human Resource performance development based on Intellectual Capital. The research population is lecturer and head of Muhammadiyah university in South Sulawesi with 158 samples chosen by multistage sampling through accidental technique using descriptive statistic method and Sturctural Equation Model (SEM) analysis.The research finds: 1) That to improve the lecturer's caturdharma performance, the role of human capital as one of the intellectual capital dimension needs to be improved through the development of IES-Q, and 2) the intellectual capital dimension has not all contribute directly in improving the performance of lecturer of Muhammadiyah University's lecturer South Sulawesi. Keywords                : Intellectual Capital, IES-Q, PTM, Performance Tridharma LecturerCorrespondence to : edipsdm@gmail.com. /edi.jusriadi@unismuh.ac.id ABSTRAK              Human Resource Development dalam konteks mikro ditandai terjadinya pergeseran tipe masyarakat, dari masyarakat industrialis yang berbasis tangible resourcemenuju  masyarakat berpengetahuanyang berbasis ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan informasi (intangibleresource) serta adanya perubahan sistem pelaporan akuntansi dari fungsi stewardship (pertanggungjawaban pengelola kepada pemilik) menuju paradigma baru yang lebih melihat bahwa laporan keuangan berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi untuk mengambil keputusan ekonomi oleh investor dan kreditor (pengguna utama) berdasarkan current value. Sehingga eksistensi pegawai dalam suatu organisasi tidak lagi di pandang sebagai faktor produksi semata tetapi sudah menjadi human capital atau asset organisasi yang bersifat jangka panjang.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkonstruksi dimensi intellectual capital sehingga ditemukan konsep dan model pengembangan kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia yang berbasis Intellectual capital. Abstract

ABSTRACT  The aims of the research are: (1) reviewing and analyzing the strategy of applying the model of developing young entrepreneurs through the container of a business incubator. (2) the role and commitment of the actors (government, financial institutions, youth professional organizations, village government, community leaders, youth organizations, and private sector) in a broader partnership network to support the implementation of young entrepreneurship in development models through the container of a business incubator for coastal communities.The data collection through in-depth interviews, potential mapping, and focus group discussions with the stakeholder, in this case, the main actors of development includes government, financial institutions, professional organizations of young entrepreneurs, community leaders, youth organizations, and private parties including universities. This qualitative research data analysis activity is done interactively and continuously until complete through several steps of activity systematically, that is collection/ data record, data reduction, data presentation, Verification and drawing the Conclusion.The conclusions of this research are the formulation of trial strategy in applying the young entrepreneur development model through the container of a business incubator.  Start by the strengthening of commitment among the actors, the formulation of a module for training, the formation of planning action, forming the team, training module, module for mentoring, and each of the main actors for a business incubator. The next step is doing an inventory of prospective new entrepreneurs and beginner entrepreneurs who will be fostered and developed through the container of a business incubator. The Structured training is for new groups of entrepreneurs and starting-up the new entrepreneurs from youth groups. The mentoring of business groups that initiated from the training results, and business incubators in bridging new business groups for access to capital and market access.Keywords : Coastal Communities, Young Entrepreneurs, Business IncubatorsCorrespondence to : rahman.rahim@unismuh.ac.id, ismail.rasulong@unismuh.ac.id, edi.jusriadi@unismuh.ac.id, faidul.adzim@unismuh.ac.id  ABSTRAK   Tujuan Penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) mengkaji dan menganalisis strategi penerapan model pengembangan wirausahawan muda melalui wadah inkubator bisnis; (2) menganalisis peran dan komitmen lintas aktor (pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, organisasi profesi pengusaha muda, pemerintah desa, tokoh masyarakat, organisasi kepemudaan, dan pihak swasta) dalam jaringan kemitraan yang lebih luas untuk mendukung implementasi model pengembangan wirausahawan muda melalui wadah inkubator bisnis bagi masyarakat pesisir.Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan focus group discussion (FGD) dengan pihak-pihak terkait dalam hal ini aktor utama pembangunan meliputi pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, organisasi profesi pengusaha muda, pemerintah desa, tokoh masyarakat, organisasi kepemudaan, dan pihak swasta termasuk perguruan tinggi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah secara sistematis, yakni Koleksi/Catatan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan.Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Rumusan strategi uji coba penerapan model pengembangan wirausahawan muda melalui wadah inkubator bisnis harus dimulai dengan adanya peneguhan komitmen antar lintas aktor, perumusan modul pelatihan, pembentukan tim penyusun rencana aksi, modul pelatihan, modul pendampingan, dan penyusunan detail peran masing-masing aktor utama inkubator bisnis. Selanjutnya melakukan inventarisasi calon-calon wirausahawan baru dan wirausahawan pemula yang akan dibina dan dikembangkan melalui wadah inkubator bisnis. Pelatihan terstruktur bagi kelompok wirausahawan baru dan wirausahawan pemula dari kelompok pemuda. Abstract

Makassar City Ministry of Religious Affairs is one of the government agencies that has a vision as a pioneer of national ethics, inspiration, and motivator for the creation of tolerance among religious people. Based on the observations, researchers found that most ASNs are less active in carrying out their work due to lack of motivation and adequate intellectual capital ability, causing obstacles, especially jobs that use technology media such as computers. This study aims to analyze the system of training needs assessment in the development of ASN human resources at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection process is done by observation method, interview, documentation study, and website access. The research informant is the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City, Kasubag Staffing, and ASN who have attended training. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) From the aspect of asn quality in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City with indicators of education jejang shows that the quality of ASN is still low, as well as from the non-formal education aspect. This means that the level of ASN participation in following training is still low, 2) From the institutional aspects in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City internally or independently there is no ASN human resources development program in the form of training that has been designed in the Strategic Plan and work program, and 3) The system of information networking training needs assessment (training needs assessment) in the development of ASN human resources at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City has not been effective and efficient in supporting asn performance.Keywords: Training Needs Assessment, Human Capital Development. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of spritual, intellectual and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers of Smp Islam Athirah 1 Makassar and to know and analyze the variables that have the dominant effect. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study was a teacher of SMP Islam Athirah 1 Makassar, a population of 31 people. Sample withdrawal techniques are saturated samples or total sampling. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires then processed using SPSS 21.0 program by descriptive analysis, data validation and reliability test, and multiple regression test which includes partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that spritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, intellectual intelligence has a significant negative effect on teacher performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, spritual intelligence has a dominant effect on teacher performance compared to variable intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. Keywords: spritual intelligence, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out and analyze the influence of motivation of achievement and competence on the performance of employees of the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Gowa Regency of South Sulawesi Province and know and analyze the variables that predominantly affect employee performance. The research has been conducted at the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Gowa Regency with an implementation time of 1 month, namely from April to May of 2018 with a sample of 30 people. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative method, through regression testing by conducting validity and reliability test of the statement items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results showed that The motivation of achievement has a significant positive influence on performance with P = 0.000 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.298, this coefficient shows that the better the motivation of achievements owned by employees, the performance of employees in the office of the Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Gowa Povinsi Sulawes Selatan district will increase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwaMotivasi berprestasi mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan P = 0.000 0.05  dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,298, koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Motivasi berprestasi yang dimiliki pegawai maka kinerja pegawai pada kantorDinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah(UKM) Kabupaten Gowa Povinsi Sulawes Selatan akan semakin meningkat. Kompetensimempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan P = 0.0000.05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,253, koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa model kompetensi yang diterapkan pada kantorDinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai adalah motivasi berprestasi hal ini terlihat dari nilai beta sebesar 0,493 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya. Kata kunci : motivasi berprestasi, kompetensi dan kinerja

Abstract

The performance of lecturers is reviewed from the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education and teaching, research and community service. For teaching problems found the fact that the availability ofteaching is determined by the ability of lecturers to transfer knowledge in the form of writing. The presentation of information through textbooks, diktats, handouts, modules that clearly and systematically influence the process of information transfer. This study aims to find out how the influence of intellectual capital and rewarding the job satisfaction and performance of STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju. This research was held at the Office of the Muhammadiyah Mamuju School of Economics using quantitative methods using data collection techniques through interviews, observations and questionnaires to human resources in this case is a lecturer of STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju. The results of this study showed that: 1) There is a negative and insignificant influence between intellectual capital on the performance of STIE lecturer Muhammadiyah Mamuju. 2) There is a negative and insignificant influence between the reward to the performance of STIE lecturer Muhammadiyah Mamuju. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on the performance of STIE lecturer Muhammadiyah Mamuju. 4) Job satisfaction is the dominant variable affecting the performance of STIE lecturer Muhammadiyah Mamuju. Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Reward, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of human capital and achievement motivation in the ability of teachers to transfer of knowledge in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The informant in this study was a teacher at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah YPRI Wawondula. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used by researchers is data reduction and triangulation. The results of the study are: The role of Human Capital or teachers is very influential on the ability of achievement motivation, Teachers are required to become learner teacher and master in information technology related to the use of online learning applications, teachers must be able to provide material that attracts students' attention So that teachers must take various kinds of training to master online learning applications to attract more students to learn online in the during COVID-19 pandemic. After participating in training on the use of online learning applications and providing additional incentives for purchasing internet quotas, the teachers are increasingly motivated to be more creative in making learning materials that attract students to learn. Keywords: Human Capital, Achievement Motivation and Teacher Ability.
