Abstract

The study aims to examine if employees’ motivation and satisfaction mediated by loyalty can result in company’s advantage. Using 100 young staffs and supervisors in either local or foreign companies in Surabaya, Indonesia as respondents and being tested using regression and path analysis. The simple regressions analysis in the study found that employee’s loyalty is not significant to influence company’s advantage and employee’s satisfaction is not significant to influence employee’s loyalty as well. Employee’s motivation significantly influences loyalty and company’s advantage. Employee’s satisfaction has significant influence to company’s advantage. Multiple regression tests shows that employee’s motivation has positive influence but employee’s satisfaction has negative influence to employee’s loyalty. Both employee’s motivation and employee’s satisfaction have positive influence to company’s advantage. Path analysis has the results that employee’s loyalty is not moderating variables between Employee’s motivation, employee’s satisfaction and company’s advantage.Keywords: motivation, satisfaction, loyalty, company’s advantage Indomaret and Alfamart are the example of a retail business in Indonesia, which is the market leader in their field. Both companies are mini network that provides basic needs and daily necessities. But the problems faced Indomaret and Alfamart are the position of those who are always nearby.These problems is not a barrier for both. This is caused by them are in the same market share, selling products that uniform and is in the center crowds. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the level of service to consumers and alfamart Indomaret Karombasan.Keywords :motivation, satisfaction, loyalty, company’s advantage

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya pemahaman dan penerapan community based-integrated farming dan menekankan pada ide yang berkaitan dengan peran Revolusi Industri 4.0 pada IFS dan perekonomian desa di Jawa Timur. Dengan menggunakan studi literatur, secara konseptual, artikel ini menyajikan keterkaitan antara jenis elemen dalam community-based integrated farming system, yaitu pertanian, dengan fokus pada tanaman pangan dan hortikultura dan perkebunan; peternakan yang lebih diarahkan ke perikanan, ternak unggas dan hewan ternak lainnya; hasil dasar usaha setempat; Infrastruktur dan konstruksi; produk dan jasa pelengkap. Integrasi tersebut diperkuat oleh revolusi Industri 4.0 dalam konteks information technology dan operational technology yang meliputi semua aspek dalam elemen community-based integrated farming system dan beberapa area pedesaan di Jawa Timur diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomiannya. Dengan demikian revolusi industri 4.0 memiliki peran besar pada perbaikan proses produksi, pemasaran, pengembangan serta produk pertanian, peternakan dan perkebunan serta peningkatan perekonomian desa di Jawa Timur melalui community-based integrated farming system yang mengedepankan kesesuaian teknologi dan pengembangan hasil usaha dasar dengan kemampuan masyarakat dan kondisi setempat.

Abstract

The emergence of fintech is one of the newest business models in the financial sector. One of fintech’s service products is P2P platforms. Since the P2P platform first emerged, it has experienced drastic and significant changes. The banking sector, which distributes credits to consumers in the form of working capital credit, consumption credit, and investment credit, has a major contribution to Indonesia’s economic growth and must be cautious of the significant growth of P2P lending. This empirical study aims to examine the impact of P2P lending on working capital credit, consumption credit, and investment credit in Indonesia throughout 2022. This empirical study uses secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website from January 2022 to December 2022which is then analyzed using panel data regression. The results of this empirical study show that P2P lending does not significantly affect working capital credit and investment credit, but instead has a significant positive effect on consumption credit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah personal attitude terhadap entrepreneurship, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control memengaruhi niat entrepreneurial di kalangan karyawan di Surabaya. Variabel subjective norm harus dikeluarkan dari analisis lebih lanjut karena tidak valid untuk penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel dari 1,35 juta penduduk dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Penelitian ini menemukan koefisien regresi dari sikap pribadi (X1) adalah 0,425 dan perceived behavioral kontrol (X3) adalah 0,366, keduanya telah positif memengaruhi niat entrepreneurial. Nilai R2 diukur adalah 0.230 atau 23,3%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi yang rendah terhadap variabel dependen. Kontribusi lainnya 76,6% akan dipenuhi oleh faktor-faktor lain atau variabel yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Suatu prestasi yang dicapai oleh karyawan merupakan harapan perusahaan yang akan memiliki dampak terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan tersebut. Dengan ditunjukan prestasi suatu karyawan maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan itu sendiri. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yakni beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi yang merupakan variabel penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melakukan pengujian dan analisa variabel beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bengkel Edmond Garage. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini dengan melibatkan 32 karyawan sebagai responden penelitian dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23. Analisa dan olah data menghasilkan bahwa secara parsial, beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel yaitu beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how employee performance at J&T Express Tambaksari District is influenced by training and human resource (HR) development. The quality of human resources (HR) has emerged as an important component in achieving organizational goals in the era of globalization and increasing corporate competition. The population of this study, which uses a quantitative approach, consists of 42 employees of J&T Express. Saturated sampling is the sampling method used. An online survey was used to collect data, and multiple linear regression was used for analysis. The study's findings indicate that although human resource development significantly improves employee performance, training does not have a recognizable effect on it. Moreover, employee performance has a positive impact when training and human resource development are conducted simultaneously. These findings are expected to provide insights for J&T Express management in designing more effective training and development programs to improve employee performance and the company's competitiveness.
