Abstract

Expert system to diagnose heart disease at Medan Aviati Clinic. This study aims to create an Expert System application detects heart disease in Aviati Clinic by using Visual Basic programming language 2010. Data collection method used in research is observation and literature study. In making this application, the dempster shafer method is used to detect the risk of heart disease based on risk factors and symptoms that affect heart disease. From the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the expert system detects heart disease in Aviati Clinic by using Visual Basic programming language 2010 can improve the performance of Aviati Clinic. Key Words: Expert System, Bone Disease, Dempster Shafer, Visual Basic 2010

Abstract

Technological advances are accelerating withinera of globalization in the business world, so as not to closethe possibility that a decision is madeis something that is very vital in determiningdecisions to be taken in the facecompetition in the business world. Decision-making caninfluenced by several aspects, this can beaffect the speed in making decisionsby a decision maker where decision-making should befast and accurate.This study was made usingAnalytical Hierarchy Process method. Where is the algorithmthis does the calculation process to searchthe best decision, that is by countingvalue criteria and compare it withthe calculation of each possible decisionwill be taken. Abstract

This study discusses employee performance organization that aims to know the relationship and the influence between the two. A supervisor of food security gives duties to his employees on every allocation such as the allocation of serbajadi subdistrict, dolok masihul, berohol and banyan cape. The quality of outcomes and the number of assigned allocations varies, indicating the costing, timing and quality of the results of each allocation. The Hungarian method is a method that modifies rows and columns in an effectiveness matrix until there appears a single zero component in each row or column that can be selected as assignment allocation. To facilitate the assignment of employees, required a software that can process employee assignment data. Based on these problems, it is necessary to do the analysis so that the results can be obtained with the discovery of the necessary needs for software built. Analysis is done by analyzing the needs, users and facilities needed by the built software is really useful. Applications built using MySQL database and visual basic software 2008. Abstract

Competence is the ability or skill possessed through a learning process that is correct in accordance with interests and talents and functions in deciding and doing something in a particular field in the right way. Someone who has competency will be competent in a field, so that the knowledge, skills, talents and interests that are in accordance with the activities / work carried out. Students who have competence will tend to be easier to find and determine the type of work that is available. Abstract

Abstract: The pandemic has caused the economy to decline drastically, even many residents have lost their sources of livelihoods. The government directly disbursed funds in the form of Direct Cash Assistance. The problem that arose was the suspicion of injustice for the villagers who received BLT. There is a need for a transparent system to inform the criteria for BLT recipients. The more criteria for poor and vulnerable families that were met, the priority for BLT village fund recipients. BLT priority assessment based on the aspect of the criteria that apply by law is implemented using PhpMyadmin. The development of a web-based information system made it easier to inform villagers of the names of BLT priority recipients based on the reasons that had been collected and then ranked. The resulting system helps employees of the Pagar Jati Village office to inform BLT recipients in a technological system built with the water fall method including data collection, problem analysis, design, testing and system evaluation.            Keywords: devotion; information systems; priority setting; web based Abstrak: Pendemi mengakibatkan perekonomian menurun drastis, bahkan banyak warga yang kehilangan sumber mata pencaharian. Pemerintah secara langsung mengucurkan dana dalam bentuk Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu kecurigaan adanya ketidakadilan bagi warga desa penerima BLT. Perlu adanya sistem yang transparan menginformasikan kriteria penerima BLT. Semakin banyak kriteria keluarga miskin dan rentan yang dipenuhi, menjadi prioritas penerima BLT dana desa. Penilaian prioritas BLT berdasarkan aspek kriteria yang berlaku secara undang-undang diimplementasikan menggunakan PhpMyadmin. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web mempermudah menginformasikan pada warga desa nama-nama penerima prioritas BLT berdasarkan alasan-alasan yang sudah dikumpulkan lalu diranking. Sistem yang dihasilkan membantu pegawai kantor Desa Pagar Jati menginformasikan penerima BLT secara sistem teknologi yang dibangun dengan metode water fall meliputi pengumpulan data, analisa permasalahan, perancangan, pengujian dan evaluasi sistem.    Kata kunci:berbasis web; penentuan prioritas; pengabdian; sistem informasi
