ABSTRAK Good Corporate Gorvenance mempunyai dampak yang baik bagi peningkatan pendapatan karyawan dan perusahaan dalam hal ini menyangkut target kerja terhadap realisasi kerja, Good Corporate Gorvenance juga memberikan peluang kepada karyawan untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif berganda Jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 50 orang, dengan pertimbangan bahwa sampel adalah Karyawan Pelaksana. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: Manfaat yang diperoleh karyawan pelaksana sebelum penerapan adalah hanya berupa manfaat fasilitas berupa lembur, premi, tunjangan dan gaji pokok saja, sedangkan sesudah penerapan adanya banyak manfaat fasilitas yang berbagai macam yaitu manfaat fiskal, manfaat fisik dan manfaat lainnya. Penerapan Good Corporate Governance terhadap peningkatan pendapatan karyawan berdampak kepada sistem penggajian dan gaji pokok yang semakin lama semakin bertambah karena penerapan ini berpengaruh kepada kesejahteraan karyawan pelaksana yang semangat bekerja sehingga berpengaruh juga kepada keuntungan perusahan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Perkebunan Nusantara III were Simalungun district of North Sumatra, which is engaged in CPO (Crude Palm Oil), palm kernel and palm oil downstream products. Data analysis method used is descriptive method multiple number of samples is determined by 50 people, with the consideration that the sample is Managing Employees. The research concludes that: managing employee benefits earned prior to the application is the only facility in the form of benefits in the form of overtime, premiums, allowances and basic salary only, while there are many benefits after the implementation of a wide range of facilities that fiscal benefits, physical benefits and other benefits. Implementation of Good Corporate Governance for increased revenue impact to employee payroll system and base salary increases progressively as the application of this effect to the welfare of employees implementing the spirit of work that affect company profits as well as to become more effective and efficient.
