Abstract

Berakit Village is located in the administrative area of ​​Bintan Regency, Teluk Sebong District. Village funds start from planning programs and activities, community implementation. Group 6 KKN carried out socialization in the form of targets and input for land development carried out by the Village Head and then given to BUMDes Berakit, which has the aim of improving the economy of the assembled community by managing land and maximizing the use of the budget so that it is on target. In this socialization it went well and also received a pretty good response, the result of this program of activities was that the Berakit Village community was enthusiastic regarding the development and management of land, budgeting, allocation and reporting of the use of village fund budgets which they hoped would advance tourism, SMEs, and improve the economy of Berakit Village. In addition, they hope that the existing village fund budget can be allocated properly and its use is prioritized on things that have the potential so that it will generate a large benefit in the future

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pelaku bisnis yang bergerak pada berbagai bidang usaha, yang menyentuh kepentingan masyarakat dan memiliki peran penting dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. UMKM yang dijadikan sebagai objek pelaksanaan PKM ini yaitu UMKM Melajoe Batik. UMKM ini mengalami permasalahan dalam hal pemasaran, sehingga dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini, kami memberikan sosialisasi dan praktik marketing berbasis digital, yaitu membuat akun shopee dan mengajarkan cara promosi digital. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa UMKM merasa terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan ini dan harapannya agar UMKM semakin baik kedepannya

Abstract

The purpose of study is to determine the role of financial literacy in student financial management, namely at the stage of determining the source of funds, using funds, risk management and future planning. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, the object of this research is STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang, In this study using Primary data and Secondary data. The informants in this study are those who are in accordance with the identification of the problem, namely students of STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang semester 4, 6 and 8 who were selected by purposive sampling or deliberately in accordance with the criteria determined by the author.The result of study is the role of financial literacy at the stage of determining the source of funds, namely students are able to determine the source of funds based on the income obtained, the needs they have and the evaluation of expenses. The role of financial literation at the stage of using funds is that students are able to distinguish which needs and which are desires and never experience financial problems such as lack of funds. The role of financial literation at the risk management stage is to be able to make students have reserve funds for unexpected events or needs by saving. The role of financial literation at the future planning stage is that students are able to plan their future by following gold savings and have an idea of how to plan finances and businesses that want to be opened in the future.

Abstract

Village fund allocations in Batu Belah Village, East Siantan District, Anambas Islands Regency, especially in 2021 including planning, implementation, reporting and accountability indicators. In this study, the authors used qualitative research. The results of this study showed that the village government has implemented transparency and accountability, this can be seen from the three indicators of planning, implementation, reporting and accountability of Village Fund management. It's just that, there are several obstacles related to implementation in the field of development, one of the obstacles encountered is uncertain weather, delays in raw materials sent from outside the village and constraints on administering village officials, butnot fatally interfering with the performance of the Batu Belah village government, Siantan District East Anambas Islands Regency

Abstract

This study aims to compare the mechanism of distribution, management and accountability of the use of village funds in the Government of Bintan Regency with the rules and regulations applicable. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method by conducting data collection through observation, literature study and interview with the authorized party. Village Funds are funds disbursed by the Central Government to help accelerate development in the villages, help improve the economy in the villages and also help the operational costs of village administration in order to maximize the maximum service for the villagers. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 93 / PMK.07 / 2015 has clearly set out procedures for the allocation, distribution, use, monitoring and evaluation of village funds. Therefore, village government officials are required to fully understand the prevailing regulations in order to manage, use and account for village funds maximally, correctly and accountable. Expenditure accountability is absolute in the use of village funds as a form of administrative and morally accountable. For that every State apparatus using State budget must be accountable properly and accountable.

Abstract
