Abstract

Culture-based mathematics is often called ethnomathematics. Ethnomathematics is an approach to explain the role of mathematics in a multicultural society so that it is more meaningful. Every culture can be used as a source of learning and literacy for students to learn mathematics where in each culture there are values ​​that are important in life. Where in teaching geometry to elementary school students really need media to visualize geometric shapes and geometric shapes. This research is very useful for teachers and students in elementary schools, because it can help students understand and also make it easier for teachers to explain geometry material to their students. The method used in this research is a literature study, namely reviewing relevant previous studies and making conclusions based on the results obtained. The results of this study are the concept of the shape of each typical Tegal food, namely latopia cake, tofu aci, olos, pestle, bogis poci, kamir and apem typical of Tegal, which have been described can be used as alternative learning resources related to the discussion of flat geometry. and geometry of space as well as other relevant things to learn related to mathematics

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji kebenaran hipotesis tentang pengaruh efikasi diri dan prokrastinasi akademik siswa terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika. Hipotesis Penelitian yang diuji meliputi: Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan efikasi diri terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika, Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan prokrastinasi akademik siswa terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika, Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan efikasi diri terhadap prokrastinasi akademik siswa serta Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung efikasi diri melalui prokrastinasi akademik siswa terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika secara signifikan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey, dianalisis dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut. (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan efikasi diri terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika. (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan prokrastinasi akademik siswa terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika. (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan efikasi diri terhadap prokrastinasi akademik siswa. (4) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung efikasi diri melalui prokrastinasi akademik siswa terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika secara signifikan. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada peningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika dilakukan dengan mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik siswa terlebih dahulu, sehingga efikasi diri akan meningkat dengan lebih mudah dalam memahami pelajaran matematika dengan lebih baik dan lebih cepat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the teacher's position is very significant in education as a facilitator and guide, so that the teacher's efforts determine the success of the learning process. The purpose of this research is to find out and research scientifically and systematically about the efforts, obstacles and solutions made by class teachers to improve the fiqh learning achievement of students in Salafi Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. To find out the results in improving the achievement of fiqh subjects of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Salafi Dukuhsembung Pangkah Tegal. This research based on the location of the data source is categorized as field research, and in terms of the nature of the data is included in qualitative research. Data collection methods using observation interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research results: 1) The efforts of class teachers in improving students' fiqh learning achievement are as follows: a) providing motivation to students, b) creating good conditions in the teaching and learning process, c) using learning methods that are in accordance with the situation and conditions of students, d) using interesting learning media in accordance with learning materials. 2) The inhibiting factors of the class teacher's efforts in improving the fiqh learning achievement of MI Salafi Dukuhsembung Pangkah Tegal students are a) There are students who have less ability, b) Limited supervision from the madrasah to supervise students. c) Lack of awareness of the students of the importance of learning. 3) The solution of the class teacher in improving the fiqh learning achievement of MI Salafi Dukuhsembung Pangkah Tegal students are: a) the school provides special guidance to students who are less capable. b) There is cooperation from parents and schools to provide supervision, with the hope that students will further improve their learning achievement, c) Raising awareness of students to like reading subject books rather than watching television.
