Abstract

The age of the oil palm plants in Sungai Bulian Village is currently 30 years old, so the productivity of the oil palm plants in Sungai Bulian Village has decreased. It's time for farmers to do replanting. One of the replanting models that can be applied is the simultaneous fall model. The purpose of this study was to determine farmers' perceptions of the replanting model of the simultaneous fall of oil palm plants in Sungai Bulian Village, East Tabir District, Merangin Regency, and to determine the tendency of farmers to choose the oil palm replanting model which was socialized to farmers in Sungai Bulian Village, East Tabir District, Regency. Merangin, as well as analyzing the relationship between perceptions and the tendency of farmers to choose the model of replanting the fallen oil palm plants simultaneously which was socialized to farmers in Sungai Bulian Village, Tabir Timur District, Merangin Regency. Determination of the sample in this study was determined by using a purposive sampling technique, the number of samples used as respondents in this study were 83 farmers. Data analysis in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that farmers' perceptions of the replanting model of simultan fall and oil palm plants in Sungai Bulian Village, Tabir Timur District, Merangin Regency were in the high (good) category. The tendency of farmers in choosing the oil palm model that was socialized to farmers in Sungai Bulian Village, Tabir Timur District, Merangin Regency was to choose the model that fell simultaneously as much as 43.37%. Furthermore, farmers' perceptions are related to the tendency of farmers to choose the model of replanting fallen and oil palm plants which were socialized to farmers in Sungai Bulian Village, Tabir Timur District, Merangin Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran di era pandemi covid-19 . Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar  Negeri 55/I Sridadi. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa deskripsi tentang inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran di era pandemi covid-19 yang diperoleh melalui metode wawancara dan observasi sebagai data utama serta dokumentasi sebagai data penunjang. Subjek penelitian adalah  kepala sekolah dan   guru kelas tinggi yang berjumlah 10 orang. Data di kumpulkan dan di analisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa guru melakukan beberapa inovasi dalam pembelajaran yaitu merancang pembelajaran dengan membuat skenario  pembelajaran, menyiapkan bahan ajar  dan media yang akan digunakan baik secara online maupun offline.     Pembelajaran dilakukan dengan cara blended learning yaitu dengan membuat sintaks model blended learning (seeeking of information, acquisition of information dan synthesizing of knowledge). Guru juga menerapkan home visit dengan belajar bersama orang tua dan membentuk tutorial sebaya siswa dan orang tua.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the picture and how the influence of social media on communication skills in adolescents and also improve communication skills and social skills of adolescents. This research will be conducted from April to May 2023. The method used in this study is quantitative correlational with a sample of 72 students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Quantitative data analysis using google form. The results showed both positive and negative impacts of social media. Based on social media items, adolescents with vulnerable age (20-21 years) spend more time using social media than adolecents with vulnerable age (18-19 years), where there is a rasio that is not too significant at 44.95:46.25. while based on gender differencess between women and men, this cannot be used as one of the crucial factors in this context because sometimes the traits and habits between the two are relatively the same.
