Abstract

The purpose of this study is to partially and simultaneously determine the effect of mudharabah savings and mudharabah deposits on mudharabah financing at Commercial Sharia Bank. It is quantitative reserach. The population in this study is the Statistics of Sharia Banks (SPS), which includes statistics on mudharabah savings, mudharabah deposits, and mudharabah financing for Sharia Commercial Banks from January 2015 to December 2019 which comes from the Statistics of Sharia Banks (SPS). This data is obtained from Financial Services Authority website with link www.ojk.go.id. which is published monthly. Data analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show as partially, it is only mudharabah savings have a positive and significant effect on mudharabah financing for Sharia Commercial Banks. While mudharabah deposits have no effect on the mudharabah financing of Sharia Commercial Banks. Furthermore, simultaneously the two independent variables, which are mudharabah savings and mudharabah deposits have a positive and significant effect on mudharabah financing for Sharia Commercial Banks.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the impact of creative economy actors' blue ocean strategy on the intention of visitors to return to the Bukit Lawang area of North Sumatera. This study employs quantitatively oriented, associative research. This study's population consisted only of local visitors who traveled to Bukit Lawang, North Sumatera, and whose actual amount could not be determined. The sampling methodology used a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sample method, in which the researchers obtain data from the most comprehensive and diverse sources in order to satisfy varied informational objectives. The sample criteria consist of local visitors who have visited Bukit Lawang more than once, and the lameshow algorithm ensures that there are 100 study samples. The methods of data collection include surveys and interviews. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as the technique of data analysis. The partial effect of raising environmental awareness and creating pro-environmental attitudes were shown have an influence on the intention to revisit among visitors in the Bukit Lawang area of North Sumatera. This study demonstrates that simultaneously, there is an effect of raises awareness among visitors and creates pro-environmental attitudes among those who intend return to the Bukit Lawang area. The coefficient of determination test yielded an adjusted R square value of 0.702% (70.2 percent). This demonstrates that the raise awareness and create pro-environmental attitudes factors may explain 70.2% of the revisit intention, the remaining 29.8% is impacted by variables not explored in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas penerapan metode kooperatif tipe Group Investigation dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam pada siswa kelas II MTs Uswatun Hasanah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek sebanyak 39 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan metode Group Investigation. Rata-rata nilai pre-test awal sebesar 36,63, dengan tidak ada siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Setelah siklus I dengan metode konvensional, 21,4% siswa mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal, sedangkan pada siklus II setelah penerapan metode kooperatif tipe Group Investigation, persentase siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal meningkat menjadi 89,48%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode kooperatif tipe Group Investigation efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa. Oleh karena itu, metode ini direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran guna meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the cooperative learning method, specifically the Group Investigation type, in improving learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education for second-grade students at MTs Uswatun Hasanah. This research employed a classroom action research approach involving 39 students as subjects. The results showed a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes after applying the Group Investigation method. The initial pre-test average score was 36.63, with no students meeting the Minimum Mastery Criteria. After the first cycle using conventional methods, 21.4% of students met the Minimum Mastery Criteria, which increased to 89.48% after the second cycle using the Group Investigation cooperative method. These findings indicate that the Group Investigation cooperative learning method is effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education. Therefore, this method is recommended for use in the learning process to improve student achievement. Abstract

Sebagai bagian penting dari sistem pendidikan nasional, guru memiliki tugas profesional yang meliputi mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, mengevaluasi, dan berbagi pengetahuan dengan siswa. Selain mengajar di kelas, tanggung jawab utama guru juga mencakup pengembangan karakter, manajemen kelas, dan keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan pengembangan kurikulum. Untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, artikel ini akan mengkaji secara mendalam peran dan tanggung jawab guru dalam sistem pendidikan modern, serta permasalahan yang mereka hadapi dan solusi yang mungkin. Studi ini menggunakan tinjauan pustaka dan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sangat vital dalam keberhasilan pendidikan, dan untuk mewujudkan peran tersebut diperlukan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap tugas pokok dan fungsi, serta dukungan terhadap pengembangan kompetensi guru secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas integrasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab dalam mengoptimalkan keterampilan hafalan Al-Qur'an di Rumah Tahfizh Kawan M77. Kesenjangan penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena umum di lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang sering memisahkan kurikulum bahasa Arab dari kurikulum tahfizh, sehingga siswa cenderung menghafal teks secara mekanis tanpa pemahaman linguistik yang mumpuni. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi peserta, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini mengumpulkan kontribusi komponen Nahwu, Sharaf, dan Qiraatul Kutub dalam meningkatkan daya ingat siswa. Implikasi teoretis dari temuan ini memperkuat paradigma kognitivisme dan konstruktivisme dalam pendidikan Islam, yang menegaskan bahwa memahami semantik sumber bahasa memungkinkan pemrosesan mendalam, yang secara linier meningkatkan retensi memori jangka panjang. Sebagai kontribusi praktis untuk pedagogi bahasa Arab, penelitian ini menawarkan model integrasi kurikulum yang menggabungkan penguasaan aturan bahasa dengan hafalan yang dipercepat. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan program tahfizh tidak hanya bergantung pada intensitas kontribusi, tetapi pada sinergi antara kompetensi guru dalam menjelaskan makna linguistik, motivasi intrinsik siswa, dan terciptanya lingkungan bahasa yang mendukung ekosistem pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Kata kunci: Integrasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab, Menghafal Al-Qur'an (tahfizh, Konstruktivisme kognitif, pemahaman linguistik. Abstract This study analyzes the effectiveness of integrated Arabic language learning in optimizing Quran memorization skills at Rumah Tahfizh Kawan M77. This research gap stems from a common phenomenon in non-formal educational institutions, where the Arabic language curriculum is often separated from the tahfizh program, resulting in students mechanically memorizing texts without adequate linguistic understanding. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through participant observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews, this study evaluates the contribution of Nahwu, Sharaf, and Qiraatul Kutub in supporting students' memory retention. The theoretical implications of the findings reinforce the cognitivist and constructivist paradigms in Islamic education, emphasizing that understanding the semantics of the source language enables in-depth information processing, which in turn enhances long-term memory retention. In terms of practical contributions to Arabic language pedagogy, this study proposes an integrated curriculum model that combines mastery of linguistic rules with accelerated memorization. The results highlight that the success of a tahfizh program depends not only on the intensity of memorization practice but also on the synergy between teacher competence in explaining linguistic meanings, students' intrinsic motivation, and the creation of a language-rich environment that supports a sustainable learning ecosystem in Islamic educational institutions. Abstract

This study examines the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk, Medan. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 60 employees through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that transformational leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partial testing shows that commitment is the most dominant factor influencing performance, followed by transformational leadership and motivation. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly explain employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 73 percent. These findings highlight the importance of effective leadership practices, motivational strategies, and commitment-building efforts in enhancing employee performance, particularly in aviation support service organizations characterized by high operational demands. This study contributes to human resource management literature and provides practical implications for managers in improving organizational performance through strategic people management
