Abstract

In increasing the interest of students to be involved in using the products and services of financial institutions, of course, students must have adequate financial knowledge or literacy, besides that students must also have easy and broad access to financial institution products and services (financial inclusion). Students' interest in using the products and services of financial institutions will be in line with their consumptive behavior in everyday life. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion and consumptive behavior on student interest in using financial institution products and services. This research was conducted on students majoring in management, faculty of economics and business, Labuhanbatu University, totaling 133 people as a sample determined by simple random sampling technique. Testing of research primary data was conducted using IBM SPSS software version 20. To determine the effect between variables, a hypothesis test was carried out which first tested the classical assumption as a prerequisite for statistical analysis. The results showed that financial literacy partially had a positive and significant effect on student interest with a significance of 0.012 <0.05. Financial inclusion partially has a positive and significant effect on student interest with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, consumptive behavior partially has a positive and significant effect on student interest. While simultaneously financial literacy, financial inclusion and consumptive behavior have a positive and significant effect on student interest with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, with a contribution of 0.881 or 88.10% influence, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Kualitas dan harga merupakan variabel yang dapat memberi rasa kepuasan pelanggan, kedua elemen tersebut menjadi faktor pembeda setiap produk, jika kualitas dan harga dapat sesuai dengan ekspektasi konsumen, maka rasa kepuasan akan didapat konsumen. tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: Untuk Mengetahui Seberapa Besar Pengaruh Kualitas Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Penjahit Sahabat Jl. Patuan Anggi Pancuran Gerobak, Kota Sibolga. Hipotesis penelitian ini, yaitu : Ada Pengaruh Kualitas Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Penjahit Sahabat Jl. Patuan Anggi Pancuran Gerobak, Kota Sibolga. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 120 orang dan sampel 30 orang. Jenis data digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan Ada pengaruh kualitas secara indivudual terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Penjahit Sahabat di mana di mana nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,038 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 2,042 (3,038 > 2,042) atau signifikan (Sig-t) sebesar 0,005 lebih kecil dari α (0,05). Ada pengaruh harga secara indivudual terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Penjahit Sahabat di mana di mana nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,369 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 2,042 (3,369 > 2,042) atau signifikan (Sig-t) sebesar 0,002 lebih kecil dari α (0,05). Ada pengaruh kualitas dan harga secara serempak terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Penjahit Sahabat, dimana ditemukan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (17,177 > 3,32) dan Sig.á (0,000a) lebih kecil dari alpha 5% (0,005). Besarnya pengaruh kualitas dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah 56% dan sisanya 44% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Financial ratio analysis is one way to assess a company's financial performance. This research aims to determine the financial performance of UD. Rubama. The research uses financial management theory based on measuring instruments Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity ratio, Return On Investment and Return On Equity. The approach used in this research is a descriptive research approach. The samples in this research are UD's balance sheet and profit and loss report. Rubama for the 3 year period 2018-2020. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive data analysis technique, namely collecting data, classifying it in such a way as to obtain a clear picture of the facts that exist as a reality in the object under study. The research results show that the company's financial performance as measured by the solvency ratio (Debt to Assets Ratio) and (Debt to Equity Ratio) is good, because there is an increase in the amount of debt and is followed by an increase in the amount of assets every year and the company is able to emphasize funding using its own capital. The results of the profitability ratio analysis show that the company's ability to generate profits in terms of Return on Investment is good, because the profits are quite high in terms of asset turnover. Meanwhile, in terms of Return On Equity, the company is also good because the company has not been able to maximize its capital to produce optimal net profits, the average during the research period was 36%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil perhitungan rasio keuangan pada PT. Subur Mekar Abadi Sibolga berdasarkan laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi period 2019 s.d 2021. Kerangka pemikiran penelitian ini adalah mengukur rasio keuangan PT. Subur Mekar Abadi Sibolga menggunakan rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari rasio likuiditas dan struktur modal. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa perhitungan rasio likuiditas PT. Subur Mekar Abadi Sibolga yaitu Current Ratio selama tiga tahun berturut-turut dapat dikatakan bahwa PT. Subur Mekar Abadi Sibolga dalam keadaan mampu melunasi kewajiban. Perhitungan debt rasio PT. Subur Mekar Abadi Sibolga pada struktur modal sebesar 23%, 24% dan 41%. Perputaran aktiva tetap sudah mampu memaksimalkan. Perputaran total aktiva menunjukkan pendapatan tidak sebesar total aktiva yang dimiliki.
