Abstract

The purpose of this study was to calculate and analyze the effect of the principal's leadership variables and school culture on the teachers'  motivation at Tulungagung Regency. Research methods used in this study included an explanatory quantitative design and data collection techniques made use of a questionnaire that had previously been tested for its validity and reliability with 120 respondents as the sample. A multiple linear regression test is then conducted with the help of SPSS version 17.0 to analyze the collected data. The results show that (1) Descriptively, teacher work motivation was in the good category, principal leadership and school culture were both in the good category. (2) 37.1% of teachers cited the principal's leadership as a significant influence on their motivation to work, (3) School culture has a significant positive impact on teacher work motivation by 56.8%, (4) The principal leadership and school culture together have a significant and positive influence on teacher work motivation of 52.4%. (5) Principal leadership dominates the two independent variables determining teachers' motivation to work.

Abstract

The Process of Development Planning Discussion (MUSRENBANG) is successful if the result of Muernbang can be implemented become maximal. So in the Implementation of both from the village level, sub district level, regencg level even merely fulfill the obligations for the realization of the program, but can be implemented well from the result of MUSRENBANG. The type of this riset are use descriptive quantitative method, secandary data and primary data, in this case we use accumulate data thecniqve by specific interview observation and documentation. While, to choose the informan we use purposive sampling thecniqve and analysis data thecniqve by reduction of data, presenting data and then we dray the conclusion. From the result of this riset, the government of Sumenep regency that belongs in the unit of work on that region have been done the MUSRENBANG of both from the village level, become maximal. Even merely fulfill doing the process of MUSRENBANG wel done. Althaugh there are some unrealization program, but it can understandabhg, because the limitations of the budget provided by the government. But the appreciation of Jawa Timur governoor about Sumenep regency is being process and MUSRENBANG Implementation of Sumenep regency is trully kept and the government of Sumenep regency responsibly.

Abstract

Upaya penerimaan pajak bumi dan bangunan di kota Batu diupayakan untuk selalu mengalami peningkatan pada setiap tahunnya, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat masalah yaitu banyak masyarakat yang kurang memperhatikan dalam membayar pajak, masyarakat selalu menunggu saat jatuh tempo dalam membayar pajak, terkadang juga para pemungut pajak merasa kesulitan dalam mencari alamat wajib pajak untuk memberikan SPPT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Staf Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Batu dan masyarakat Kota Batu. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi teknik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan strategi yang dilakukan badan keuangan daerah kota batu untuk meningkatkan penerimaan pajak bumi dan bangunan sudah cukup baik, yakni mengalami peningkatan pada tiga tahun terakhir. Pembayaran pajak dilakukan di Bank Jatim atas dasar kerjasama, melakukan sosialisasi dan himbauan secara inten ke desa-desa, membuat perlombaan di masyarakat terkait pembayaran pajak. Kendala yang menghambat peningkatan penerimaan PBB di kota Batu selama ini adalah wajib pajak tidak berada di tempat, dan juga para wajib pajak selalu menunggu tanggal jatuh tempo. The efforts to receive land and building tax in Batu city are strived for increasing constantly every year, but there are still problems in the implementation which many people less attention for paying taxes, people are always waiting when due in paying taxes, sometimes tax collectors also are difficult in finding the address of taxpayers to provide SPPT. This study use qualitative approach with data collection techniques which are interviews, observations, and documentation, the informants in this study are the staff Regional Finance Agency of Batu City and societies Batu City. Test the data validity uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis was done with data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusions. The results of the research show that the strategy done by Regional Financial Agency of Batu City to increase land and building tax revenue is quite good, which has increased in the last three years. Tax payments are made at Bank Jatim on the basis cooperation, socializing and appealing to villages intantly, making competitions in the community related to tax payments. The obstacle that inhibit increasing of PBB revenue in Batu city all this time is taxpayers are not in the place, and also taxpayers are always waiting for the due date.

Abstract

The motivation behind this study was to decide the impact of the nature of unrefined components and creation processes on the nature of creation at PKS Darmex Agro Bengkayang West Kalimantan to some extent and all the while. This exploration is an examination utilizing quantitative strategies. Assurance of the example of this study utilizing basic irregular inspecting technique. Abstract

As a business goes on, especially with the ease of marketing in today's digital era, new competitors will definitely emerge. Therefore Meteor Cell Malang must have the best way to promote its business. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Content Marketing and Personal Selling (independent variable) on Purchase Decision (dependent variable) and Purchase Intention (intervening variable). This research is a type of descriptive research quantitative approach using the path analysis method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and data collection uses a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study show that content marketing has a significant effect on purchase intention and purchase decision. Personal selling has a significant effect on purchase intention and purchase decision. Purchase intention has a significant effect on purchase decision. Through the sobel test purchase intention significantly mediates the influence of content marketing on purchase decision and significantly mediates the influence of personal selling on purchase decision. So the use of content marketing and personal selling should be maintained and improved so that consumers' purchase intention and purchase decision can increase at Meteor Cell Malang.Seiring berjalannya sebuah bisnis terlebih dengan kemudahan pemasaran di era digital saat ini pasti akan bermunculan para pesaing baru. Maka dari itu Meteor Cell Malang harus memiliki cara terbaik untuk mempromosikan bisnisnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Content Marketing dan Personal Selling (variabel independen) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (variabel dependen) dan Minat Beli (variabel intervening). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode path analysis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa content marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian. Personal selling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan minat beli. Minat beli berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Melalui uji sobel minat beli signifikan memediasi pengaruh content marketing dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian. Maka penggunaan content marketing dan personal selling sebaiknya tetap dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan supaya minat beli konsumen dan keputusan pembelian dapat meningkat pada Meteor Cell Malang.

Abstract

Organization constitutes a place for the interaction of two persons or mire involving the relationship between leader and subordinate. An organization can be success or failed due to leadership. When the leader applies favorable leadership style, work enthusiasm increases and employee's work achievement improves. The objective of research seems: (1) to understand the simultaneous effect of task-oriented leadership style and relation-oriented leadership style on work achievement of the employees in KPRI Bima Jaya Pasuruan; (2) to observe the partial effect of task-oriented leadership style and relation-oriented leadership style on work achievement of the employees in the KPRI Bima Jaya Pasuruan. Type of research classifies into explanatory research. Research population includes the employees at KPRI Bima Jaya in the 2008. Sample counts to 54 respondents. Research instrument employs questionnaire. Analysis tool has been multiple regression using F-test and t-test. Results of research indicate that simultaneous and partial task-oriented leadership style and relation-oriented leadership style affect work achievement of the employees in the KPRI Bima Jaya Pasuruan, counting 28.0% (R-square).

Abstract

Pak Ladi yaitu Pelayanan Langsung Administrasi Langsung Jadi. Pak Ladi merupakan program layanan masyarakat secara online dengan harapan pelayanan masyarakat itu lebih cepat, efektif, efesien mudah di jangkau. Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk : 1.(Mengetahui lama waktu (efisiensi) yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan program KTP-eL di Desa Cangkring malang Kecamatan Beji, 2.(Mengetahui efektivitas proses pembuatan KTP-eL di Desa Cangkring malang Kecamatan Beji. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif berupa dokumen kegiatan pengajuan KTP-el, hasil kuesioner, dan foto kegiatan dengan maksud untuk menganalisis pengajuan KTP-el untuk memperoleh gambaran secara holistik, terintegrasi, dan komprehensif yang telah dilakukan selama ini dan yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan sebuah inovasi dari system PAK LADI dengan Kebijakan tertuang peraturan bupati nomor 58 tahun 2020 tentang pelayanan administrasi kependudukan dan standar pelayanan nomor 472/123/424.082/2020 kebijakan-kebijakan dimasa sebelum dan sesudah pandemi cukup baik sehingga berdampak pada pelayanan public yang diharapkan terwujudnya Good Governance bagi pemerintah kabupaten pasuruan. Inovasi ini diluncurkan sesai surat keputusan kepala dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kabupaten pasuruan nomor: 470/378.1/424.082/2019 tentang pelayanan administrasi kependudukan langsung jadi. Inovasi ini dilaksanakan di wilayah kecamatan sebanyak 24 dengan program dari pemerintah kabupaten pasuruan yaitu kendurenmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel harga dan variasi produk terhadap minat beli konsumen di Anvibi Cafe Malang. Dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner menjadi teknik-teknik yang digunakan oleh peneliti guna mengumpulkan data-data penelitian, yang terbagi menjadi data primer serta data sekunder. Seluruh pengunjung Anvibi Cafe akan menjadi populasi yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti, dibarengi dengan penetapan 100 responden pengunjung yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling sebagai sampel penelitian ini, Hasil penelitian menggambarkan tidak adanya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel harga kepada variabel minat beli konsumen, yang dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai t-hitung sejumlah 1,791 lebih kecil dari nilai t-tabel yang telah ditentukan sebesar 1,98. Sedangkan variabel variasi produk terbukti berpengaruh pada variabel minat beli konsmen, karena nilai t-hitung yang dihasilkan sejumlah 2,112 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel dan nilai signifikansi yang berjumlah 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 0,555. Di sisi lain, variabel harga dan juga variasi produk secara simultan terbukti berpengaruh pada minat beli konsumen, didukung oleh perolehan nilai f-hitung senilai 60,588 lebih besar dari nilai f-tabel yaitu sejummlah 3,09.
