Abstract

As the cultural centre of the Betawi Tribe, the Betawi Cultural Village is known as a destination that provides cultural tourism to tourists and is one of the destinations that won 1st Place in the 2021 Indonesian Tourism Village Award in the CHSE Category. Behind its success, there is community participation in it. So, this article aims to find out how they form community participation in the recovery of cultural tourism and see its development from the Environmental and Social sides. This article uses a qualitative approach described by descriptive analysis, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and field observations, assisted with the theory of participation and the view of community-based tourism to analyse the forms of community participation and aspects of its development. The results showed that the community participated in the product in Betawi Cultural Village with a record of involvement that is Spontaneous, Coercive and Induced. Based on the aspects of Community-Based Tourism applied in the development process. The UPK and local communities successfully collaborated to realise the values of the environment and socio-culture and use the CHSE protocol to recover cultural tourism. This is also marked by the award of 1st Place in the CHSE Category Tourism Village Award won by the Betawi Cultural Village. This research is reference material and foundation so that the development of Betawi Cultural Village will be better and widely known in the future

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kualitas Pengaruh Metode Pembayaran Credit Card dan Paypall Terhapad Keputusan Pembelian Homestay di aplikasi Airbnb (Studi Kasus Airbnb Lumah Momot). Tujuan dari ini penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh metode pembayaran airbnb keputusan pembelian homestay. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer, observasi, angket dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa, Metode Pembayaran Credit Card dan Paypall berpengaruh positif dan signifiakan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Homestay di aplikasi Airbnb (studi kasus Airbnb Lumah Momot).

Abstract

The development of culinary tourism in the city of Depok, West Java Province needs to be appreciated. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) noted that in 2012 Depok City's economic growth reached 7.1%. This figure far exceeds economic growth in West Java at 6.2%. Individual service businesses in Depok have also contributed to the economic growth rate of around 10.56 percent. Services that support the economy of Depok include laundry services, motorbike services, salons and private tutors. These businesses are in the midst of community settlements, especially culinary efforts. The study of culinary tourism potential  in the city of Depok, West Java Province is expected to be a contribution of constructive thoughts and input on the development of culinary tourism as one of the mainstay tourism of Depok city. Perkembangan wisata kuliner di kota Depok, Propinsi Jawa Barat perlu diapresiasi. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat pada 2012 pertumbuhan perekonomian Kota Depok mencapai 7,1%. Angka tersebut jauh melebihi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Jawa Barat sebesar 6,2%. Usaha jasa perorangan di Depok turut mendorong laju pertumbuhan ekonomi sekitar 10,56 persen. Layanan jasa yang menyokong perekonomian Depok antara lain dari jasa pencucian baju (laundry), servis motor, salon dan guru privat. Usaha-usaha itu berada di tengah-tengah pemukiman masyarakat, khususnya usaha kuliner. Studi potensi wisata kuliner  wisatawan  di kota Depok Provinsi Jawa barat diharapkan akan menjadi sumbangan pemikiran dan masukan konstruktif pada perkembangan wisata kuliner sebagai salah satu wisata andalan kota Depok.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan tidak lepas dari peran gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dan pemberian kompensasi yang baik. Gaya kepemimpinan yang dimiliki oleh pemimpin digunakan untuk mengarahkan Sumber Daya Manusia untuk menggunakan semua kemampuannya dalam mencapai kinerja yang baik. Selain itu, sistem kompensasi yang baik akan memberikan kepuasan bagi karyawan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana model gaya kepemimpinan dan pemberian kompensasi dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Reduksi data, display data, dan analisis SWOT serta keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aloft Hotel Jakarta Wahid Hasyim menerapkan model gaya kepemimpinan campuran, yaitu partisipatif dan demokratis serta pemberian kompensasi berupa kompensasi langsung dan tak langsung yang ditunjukkan dari hasil wawancara. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah peningkatan kinerja yang membuat karyawan semangat dalam menjalankan tugasnya terlihat dengan adanya gaya kepemimpinan dan pemberian kompensasi yang dijalankan dengan baik oleh seorang pimpinan.

Abstract

This research discusses the uniqueness of the tourist destination at Curug Cilember as a mainstay destination. Cilember Waterfall is located in Megamendung, Cilember Village, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. Officially operating since 2000, Curug Cilember Megamendung has an attraction in the form of seven beautiful and natural waterfalls, with the height of the waterfall, the width of the water flow, the beauty of the surrounding scenery, various recreational activities that can be done with the family, ease of transportation and travel routes. to be accessed by private vehicles and public transportation, so it can be indicated as a mainstay destination. The research methods used include direct observation, interviews with local people, and document analysis. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to fully understand the natural beauty of Curug Cilember. The aim of this research is to identify the uniqueness and other potential of Curug Cilember Megamendung including biodiversity, surrounding environment and attractiveness. The research results show that all the beauty of Curug Cilember is able to make it a mainstay destination and can be perfected again with a tour package and overcoming challenges that may occur in managing travel patterns to maximize opportunities for tourist comfort, making Curug Cilember a mainstay destination that must be visited.

Abstract

In the current era of information technology development, it cannot be ignored that this innovation has changed people's lifestyle to become modern. The utilization of information technology also helps make it easier to work smoothly in various industries, one of which is the tourism industry. The purpose of this study is to identify the types of information technology applied by Museum Betawi to increase their attractiveness, analyze the sustainability strategies carried outby Museum Betawi in the application of information technology, and provide recommendations for Museum Betawi to improve the effectiveness of strategies and the use of information technology to strengthen as one of the destinations of interest to tourists. The research method used was qualitative, namely direct observation and interviews with the Betawi Museum manager. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of our research, Museum Betawi located in Zone A Setu Babakan is one of the tourist destinations that utilizes information technology as a tourist attraction. The museum applies 3 (three) information technologies, namely digital platforms consisting of websites, Google Forms, and social media; two-dimensional technology, namely QR Codes; andelectronic devices, namely Projectors and Touchscreen TVs called interactive projection rides. The potential of the application of information technology can provide an interactive experience for tourists, assist in the management of tourist destination resources, and as a destination promotion. Museum Betawi's current sustainability strategy is to focus on maintaining existing information technology. The challenges of Museum Betawi in the application of information technology are information inaccuracies, damage to technological devices and promotional strategies.

Abstract

This research discusses the potential of community-based tourism and management strategies for the Komunitas Peduli Ciliwung Kedung Sahong (KPC Kedung Sahong) tourist destination. The destination was established during the COVID-19 pandemic and focuses on environmental conservation, community empowerment, and sustainable services to tourists. Despite achieving significant progress, challenges such as the lack of facilities and government support persist. The research aims to understand the participation of the local community in destination development, environmental sustainability, and local economic empowerment. The concept of potential for community-based tourism is applied in developing the KPC Kedung Sahong tourist destination in South Jakarta. The potential includes local resources, tourist attraction development, community participation, and sustainable improvement and development. Community-based tourism allows active participation of the local community in destination management and development. The research uses a qualitative method with a SWOT approach to evaluate destination development's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The article discusses the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in the KPC Kedung Sahong Tourist Destination in South Jakarta, emphasizing the involvement of the local community. The research also highlights the importance of periodic evaluations to ensure the sustainability and success of the community-based tourism concept. The article also includes a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in destination development
