Abstract

ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic has caused nurses to play a central role, the pandemic can have a significant psychological impact on nurses. In addition, materials and human energy sources are very scarce, making the daily work of nurses increasingly difficult, and making them experience very serious risks. . As well as appearing fatigued and impaired performance in (MKK FKUI) presented the fact that as many as 83% of health workers in Indonesia have faced severe burnout syndrome. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between social support in quantity and quality with burnout and the performance of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Cilandak Marine Hospital. Quantitative research with correlational research type, with a cross-sectional approach, with a sample of 60 people from the Emergency Room, Isolation and Inpatient Edelweiss, and the Flamboyant Room of the Cilandak Marine Hospital, with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument consisted of the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), the social support questionnaire (SSQ6), and the performance questionnaire, the three questionnaires had been tested for validity and reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficient above 0.90, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the frequency distribution of support. social status, burnout, and performance of nurses as well as the chi-square test to determine the relationship between social support and burnout and nurse performance during the Covid 19 pandemic. The results show that there is a relationship between social support (quantity and quality) with burnout and nurse performance (p< 0.05). In this study, it was proven through the hypothesis that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected with a p-value <0.05 through the chi-square test, so in this study, there was a relationship between social support in quantity and quality with burnout and nurse performance at the Cilandak Marine Hospital in the time of the covid 19 pandemic. Keywords: Social Support, Burnout, Nurse Performance ABSTRAK Pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebabkan perawat memainkan peran sentral, pandemi dapat memberikan dampak psikologis yang signifikan pada perawat. Selain itu, bahan dan sumber energi manusia sangat langka, membuat pekerjaan sehari-hari perawat semakin sulit, dan membuat mereka mengalami risiko yang sangat serius. . Serta muncul kelelahan dan gangguan kinerja. (MKK FKUI) memaparkan fakta bahwa sebanyak 83% tenaga kesehatan di Indonesia pernah mengalami sindrom burnout berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial secara kuantitas dan kualitas dengan burnout dan kinerja perawat selama masa pandemi COVID-19 di RS Marinir Cilandak. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional, dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang yang berasal dari IGD, Isolasi dan Rawat Inap Edelweis dan Ruang flamboyan RS Marinir Cilandak, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari Maslach burnout Inventory (MBI), kuesioner dukungan sosial (SSQ6), dan kuesioner kinerja, ketiga kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan nilai koefisien alpha cronbach diatas 0,90,  data  dianalisis menggunakan statistik  deskriptif untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi dukungan sosial, burnout dan kinerja pada perawat serta uji chi square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Dukungan Sosial dengan burnout dan Kinerja Perawat Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan anatara dukungan sosial (kuantitas dan kualitas) denganburnout dan kinerja perawat (p<0,05). Pada penelitian ini dengan di buktikan melalui hipotesa Ha di terima dan Ho tolak dengan p value <0,05 melalui uji chisquare maka pada penelitian ini terdapat bahwa adanya hubungan antara dukungan sosial baik secara kuantitas dan kualitas denganburnout dan kinerja pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Marinrir Cilandak pada masa pandemi covid 19. Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Burnout, Kinerja Perawat
