Abstract

Boarding school is an effective educational environment to instill character education for students. The boarding school system at YPI Matholi'ul Huda Troso is quite conducive for students and/or santri to focus on their education. Therefore, this study analyzes the implementation of the Boarding school system in shaping students' personalities at YPI Matholi'ul Huda Troso. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are in the form of interviews with teachers, ustadzh/ustdzah, and students and/or santri as well as observation to see the daily activities of the YPI Matholi'ul Huda Troso boarding school environment. The results of this study indicate that implementation of the Boarding school system in shaping students' personalities at YPI Matholi'ul Huda Troso shws positive results in shaping student’s personalities such as discipline, independence, responsibility, social interaction, faith, and leadership show significant improvment. By integrating academic and non academic life in one controlled environment, this system ensures that every aspect of student life is aligned with the vision and mission of the madrasah. Thus, learning character values is not only at the cognitive level, but also touches on internalization and real practice in daily life.

Abstract

Research on the topic “conducted to find out the chemical characteristics of fermented sardine lenjer pempek”. Using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) which was arranged in a non-factorial manner with a comparison of the length of fermentation time consisting of 4 treatments and repeated 5 (five) times. Chemical parameters observed in this research is analysis protein, The tests carried out on pempek lenjer were compared with the length of fermentation time P0 (without fermentation/control), P1 (fermentation time 12hours), P2 (fermentation time 24 hours), P3 (36 hours of fermentation time). The results of the F test on chemical analysis were followed by Dunnet test. Observation parameters are chemical analysis of protein. The results showed P0: 6.86 %, P1: 7.44 %, P2: 7.86 %, the highest protein content with a value of P3: 9.03 %.

Abstract

Significant progress has been made in Indonesia in the past several years to fortify and grow the Islamic finance industry as a vital component of the country's financial system. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the national financial system incorporates the tenets of Islamic economic law. The study uses a qualitative methodology and analyzes data from a range of sources, including scholarly publications. According to the findings, the national financial system adheres to the principles of Tawhid, fairness, perfection (Ihsan), responsibility (Mas'uliyah), moderation (Wasathiyah), and honesty as part of Islamic economic law. The incorporation of these concepts into the country's financial system yields noteworthy benefits in terms of social fairness, communal prosperity, economic empowerment, and corruption prevention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the organoleptic of fermented sardine pempek lenjer. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Muhammadiyah Palembang and the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sriwijaya Palembang from October 2021 to April 2022. The research method used a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD) with research factors consisting of 4 levels P0 (without fermentation/control) , P1 (12 hours of fermentation time), P2 (24 hours of fermentation time), P3 (36 hours of fermentation time) were repeated 5 times. The results of the F test on the organoleptic test were followed by the tukey and dunnet tests. Parameter observation is organoleptic test. The results showed organoleptic test; sense of value 4.05; aroma with the highest value 4.10; and the highest value color is 3.80.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the application of fines for late payment of financing instalments. how to apply fines for late payment of sharia financing installments from the description of existing cases and the effectiveness of Sharia Economic Law on its application. fines imposed by Financial Institutions (PT. DANA MONETER BPRS Cab. Palopo). The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive data analysis method. The type and approach is empirical and the case study approach is to see how the law works (juridical empirical). Secondary data reports, several financing financial reports are used as data material in this research. collecting information from research informants, namely the BPRS Monetary Fund, using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that: the practice of applying mulct/fines to debtors who experience delays in paying financing installments at PT. The BPRS Palopo Branch Monetary Fund is. The results obtained by field researchers and informants were that the application of fines gave consumers who could afford it but deliberately delayed payments, but in fact PT. The BPRS Monetary Fund does not include additional customer installment fees, because the fines referred to here are only used as a warning DSN-MUI fatwa (number 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000). Regarding the permissibility of fines, the Bank has strengthened the method of applying fines to customers. Sharia Economic Law perspective on the application of fines to PT. The BPRS Monetary Fund is based on the provisions of the Sharia Economic Law Collection (KHES) regarding sanctions against someone who breaks a promise, and because of his mistakes (articles 36 and 38) the sharia economic compilation mulct application is only aimed at customers. who have problems or are able to pay but deliberately delay payment..

Abstract

Bank sampah adalah suatu tempat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampah yang sudah dipilah-pilah. Hasil dari pengumpulan sampah yang sudah dipilah akan disetorkan ke tempat pembuatan kerajinan dari sampah atau ke tempat pengepul sampah. Pengumpulan sampah atau limbah ini adalah dengan cara keliling kampung atau desa dan para warga sudah menyiapkan sampah yang akan mereka setor kepada pengurus bank sampah tersebut dan para pengurus bank sampah akan menimbang sampah yang telah warga siapkan dan hasil dari penimbangan itu akan dibagikan kepada warga berupa uang dan biasanya akan di bagikan setiap awal menuju lebaran tiba. Dan dari pengumpulan sampah itu akan dilakukan suatu barang yang bermanfaat seperti kerajinan tangan dan dapat dijual atau dimanfaat kan secara pribadi. Metode yang digunakan ialah terjun langsung ke masyarakat. Dengan diadakan kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat khususnya di daerah ciater lebih mencintai lingkungan dan membuat lingkungan bersih dan terbebas dari penyakit berbahaya seperti Demam Berdarah dan kegiatan ini pun membuat mahasiswa lebih mengenal bertapa pentingnya kebersihan suatu lingkungan.Kata Kunci : Bank Sampah, Kebersihan, Pengepul, Limbah, kerajinan
