Abstract

Logical and rational ways of thinking are the main characteristics of scientific thought, apart from being systematic, measurable, and factual. But in fact, many scientific works such as theses and lecturers' research that use the words influence and correlation both use a correlational approach in their methodology or there is no difference. This is a denial of logical and rational thought, even though it may go unnoticed out of ignorance. This paper is expected to provide a correct understanding of the differences in the use of the word influence and correlation in quantitative research and its implications for research methodology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen hubungan antara siswa dan guru di era modern ini. Saat ini, hubungan guru-murid dalam Islam sedikit demi sedikit mulai berubah, namun yang terjadi sekarang adalah: posisi guru dalam Islam menurun, rasa hormat siswa terhadap guru semakin rendah. Pendidik percaya bahwa hubungan guru-siswa adalah elemen yang paling berpengaruh dan kuat dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana manajemen hubungan antara siswa dan guru dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendidikan hadir dalam Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian diantaranya menunjukkan bahwa manajemen hubungan guru dan siswa, pertama yaitu: 1) Menjadikan guru sebagai teladan yang baik bagi siswa, 2) Berbicara dengan siswa secara lembut dan tersenyum wajah dan 3) Menunjukkan sikap lembut dan kasih sayang kepada siswa. Para guru selayaknya memperlakukan siswa dengan penuh kasih sayang karena itu, siswa dapat memiliki hubungan yang baik dengan guru. Dari kajian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa para guru harus menunjukkan diri sebagai pribadi yang selalu memperhatikan dan melakukan yang terbaik atau hal-hal baik sebagai contoh yang baik, Rasulullah SAW. Kemudian, siswa akan menghormati dan memberikan umpan balik yang baik kepada guru, hubungan juga untuk proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The Targhib wa Tarhib method plays an important role in Islamic religious education to shape the character of students. Targhib refers to providing positive motivation, while Tarhib involves warning or threatening to prevent negative behavior. Using literature review approach, this study describes the application and effectiveness of this method in learning, combining the principles of Islamic education and motivation to improve students' morals. The Targhib wa Tarhib method aims to build moral awareness and responsibility, with strategic application that takes into account teachers' understanding and educational conditions. This approach has the advantage of motivating students to do good, but it also faces challenges in its implementation. This study uses a literature research method to examine the implementation and impact of the method, referring to the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith as well as related literature.

Abstract

The command to read, which stems from a heavenly revelation in Hira's cave, establishes literacy as a sacred and transforming act for mankind. The Quranic phrase expressly advises the Prophet Muhammad to recite, underlining the intrinsic connection between reading and knowledge. This divine directive is strengthened by the Prophet's hadiths, which emphasize the importance of each letter of the Quran. The complex beauty of the Arabic language, as well as the numerical focus on multiplying rewards for each letter, highlight the Quran's precise perfection. The revelation of specific verses in reaction to historical events, as explained by Asbab Nuzul, gives contextual richness to divine instruction, supporting the Quran's applicability across time. Using literature review, this research enhances some results that the advice and virtue of reading the Quran should serve as a constant source of encouragement for Muslims to enhance their understanding, encouraging an active and enriching engagement with the sacred text throughout their lives. There are numerous ways to become accustomed to reading, but not everyone is encouraged to read as a leisurely activity. Most folks only read what's important. However, it is a loss if you are unaware of the benefits and significant influence that reading for enjoyment provides. Reading has a high correlation with human imagination, excitement, and creativity, making it less appealing. We must treat pleasure reading with the same seriousness as academic reading, because reading will be more enjoyable once it becomes a habit.

Abstract

As the Prophet's followers, we must, of course, adopt the type of tolerance demonstrated by him and his companions, the Khulafaur Rasyidin, who were also leaders of the Muslim community at the time. What they do is also an expression of Islam. Of course, as Muslims, we must learn from and emulate their example. We must also put Allah's message in the Koran into reality. As previously said, differences exist to complement, not mock, one other. However, the distinctions are not to be confounded. Humans can sustain peace simply by exhibiting mutual respect. Using literature review approach, this research highlights some relevant review on related literatures and shows that every Muslim has responsibility to enhance society and contribute to the development of social services within Muslim communities. Islam requires Muslims to aid others in whatever way and to the extent that their means allow. The importance of service to mankind, pushed its adherents to carry it out, and listed the people to be served. It has been argued that because all Muslims are members of the same community, they have a responsibility to aid one another in good and difficult times. They should never forget that it is their obligation to ensure everyone's well-being. They have a responsibility to never harbor any form of bias toward someone. It is demanded that every Muslim understand the close relation between tolerance and sosial care.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh manajemen yang sesuai dalam pengimplementasian pendidikan, termasuk diantaranya manajemen interaksi guru di kelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki manajemen interaksi guru dalam pengajaran bahasa di kelas pada sekolah menengah atas. Desain penelitian deskriptif diadopsi dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian, "Bagaimana sikap atau tata krama guru dalam pengajaran bahasa di kelas, dan bagaimana manajemen interaksi guru di kelas di kelas bahasa?" Penelitian ini melibatkan dua instruktur dari SMK swasta di Kabupaten Bogor sebagai peserta. Pengumpulan data terdiri dari tiga pertanyaan yang harus dijawab oleh guru. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa bahasa rumah merupakan aspek penting dari penggunaan bahasa di kelas. Selain itu, guru merasa bahwa menggunakan permainan peran dan membuat kelompok kerja berpasangan sangat penting untuk keterlibatan guru-siswa di kelas. Hasilnya, dapat membantu guru dalam mengajar-belajar bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing di kelas menjadi jauh lebih sukses dan komunikatif. Selain itu, guru harus berperilaku baik di kelas dengan tersenyum, bersikap positif, dan santai. Para siswa akan mendapat manfaat dari ini dengan memiliki hari yang baik dan merasa nyaman saat belajar bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, guru harus berpakaian profesional di kelas untuk menjunjung tinggi martabat mereka dan rasa hormat siswa
