Abstract

Abstract Tourist village Cisaat Subang is one of the villages tourisms made especially education tourism is one of the sectors of the people come from the driving force of the economic. This village located in Subang district, West Java and the age of this village is relatively new in the context of rural tourism, therefore development is needed, especially in the field of human resources in the tourism sector, one of which is the homestay manager which is expected to be able to increase the number of tourist visits which will certainly have a direct impact for the welfare of the citizens of Cisaat Village. One of the efforts needed is the need for training, namely housekeeping training. The purpose of Community Service Integrated Community Service Program is to increase community resources by improving the services of homestay managers according to the ASEAN Homestay Standard with local wisdom in the form of soft & hard skills and increasing public understanding and awareness about tourism. The form of this activity is briefing in the form of lectures and discussions by using the housekeeping module which can be used as a guide in structuring homestays and direct practice in the form of structuring homestays. This activity was carried out in September 2021. Based on the results measured by pre-test and post-test, the training provided can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability of participants in knowledge of homestay arrangement. The community feels the benefits of this activity and hopes that this activity will continue in the future. Abstrak Desa wisata Cisaat Subang adalah salah satu desa yang menjadikan wisata khususnya wisata edukasi sebagai salah satu sektor penggerak ekonomi masyarakatnya. Desa ini berada di kabupaten Subang Jawa Barat dan secara usia desa ini tergolong baru dalam konteks wisata pedesaan, oleh karena itu diperlukan pengembangan khususnya di bidang sumber daya manusia bidang kepariwisataan salah satunya pengelola homestay yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang tentunya akan berdampak secara langsung bagi kesejahteraan warga Desa Cisaat. Salah satu upaya dibutuhkan adalah diperlukannya pelatihan yaitu pelatihan housekeeping. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat Terintegrasi KKN adalah untuk meningkatkan sumber daya masyarakat dengan peningkatan pelayanan para pengelola homestay sesuai ASEAN Homestay Standard dengan kearifan lokal berupa soft & hard skill dan peningkatan pemahaman serta kesadaran masyarakat mengenai kepariwistaan.Bentuk kegiatan ini adalah Pembekalan dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi dengan menggunakan modul housekeeping yang dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam penataan homestay dan praktek langsung berupa penataan homestay. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan September 2021. Berdasarkan hasil yang diukur dengan pre-test dan post-test,pelatihan yang diberikan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam pengetahuan penataan homestay. Masyarakat merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan ini dan mengharapkan kegiatan ini masih akan terus dilanjutkan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of developing this Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) pocket book this is as a medium education in devotion the community tourist village Cisaat homestay in management, West Java. It has to be done to encourage to recover the tourist village affected areas pandemic disease coronaviruses (covid-19). The development of the CHSE pocket book uses the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) method and is validated by material experts, media experts, and 16 respondents. The results of the feasibility test from material experts showed an average value of 4.7; media experts obtained an average score of 4.8; and the final results of field test validation (respondents) get an average value of 4,325; based on the results of the validation test, this pocket book is in the very feasible category. After going through the validation stage, this media was implemented in community service activities with a target sample of 23 homestay managers using the Quasi one group pretest-posttest design method. The results of pretest and postest show an increase understanding homestay management related homestay management based chse which has indicated by the increase in the value the average of 71,7 to 78.69. The increased understanding of CHSE-based homestay management through the CHSE pocket book is expected to be able to implement CHSE in Cisaat Tourism Village. The increasing understanding related homestay management based chse through a pocket book is expected to homestay management can start applying the standards chse in tourist village cisaat so that it can be raise public confidence and interest in traveled in tourist village Cisaat. Abstrak Tujuan pengembangan buku saku Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) ini adalah sebagai media edukasi pada pengabdian masyarakat pengelola homestay di Desa Wisata Cisaat, Jawa Barat. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mendorong upaya pemulihan desa wisata yang terdampak pandemi corona virus disease (covid-19). Pengembangan buku saku CHSE menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Impelementation, Evaluation) dan di validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan 16 orang responden. Hasil uji kelayakan dari ahli materi menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 4,7 ; ahli media diperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,8 ; dan hasil akhir validasi uji lapangan (responden) mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 4,325; berdasarkan hasil uji validasi media buku saku ini berada pada kategori sangat layak. Setelah melalui tahap validasi, media ini diimplementasi pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan target sampel 23 pengelola homestay dengan menggunakan metode Quasi one group pretest-postest design. Hasil pretest dan postest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pengelola homestay terkait pengelolaan homestay berbasis CHSE yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata dari 71,7 menjadi 78,69. Analisis statistik menggunakan Uji wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai 0,008 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan postest. Meningkatnya pemahaman terkait pengelolaan homestay berbasis CHSE melalui buku saku CHSE diharapkan pengelola homestay dapat menerapkan CHSE di desa wisata cisaat sehingga dapat membangun kepercayaan masyarakat dan meningkatkan minat wisatawan dalam berwisata di Desa Wisata Cisaat.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in tourist perceptions and expectations in Staycation activities in the Cisaat Subang tourist village, West Java in the new normal period. Research methods: This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze changes in the perceptions and expectations of tourists in the Tourist Village of Cisaat Subang, from normal to post-pandemic or the new normal period. The respondents taken were 10 tourists who had visited the tourist village of Cisaat Subang, West Java. Results and discussion: Through the analysis carried out, the results of the perceptions and expectations of tourists have changed along with the pandemic that occurs. Implikasi : Para wisatawan sepakat menginginkan perbaikan dan penambahan fasilitas yang mendukung mereka untuk berlibur ke sana, terutama pasca pandemi Covid-19 sebagai jaminan keamanan dan kenyamanan mereka berlibur di desa wisata Cisaat Subang, Jawa Barat di era new normal ini. Titik. Kata kunci : persepsi dan harapan wisatawan, staycation , desa wisata cisaat subang.

Abstract

E-learning technology has a vital role to play in supporting the realization of learning goals during the COVID-19 pandemic. One that is often used is video conferencing technology from Zoom. Many studies have discussed the important role of e-learning technology, but there are still limited studies that examine how the role of Zoom technology in increasing student engagement in online learning. Thus, this study focuses to reveal the impact of online instructional quality using Zoom video conferencing technology on increasing students’ online learning intentions. We use the technology acceptance model (TAM) approach to answer the objectives of this study. This study randomly involved 190 students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia through an online questionnaire. We used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis to examine the effect on each variable. In addition, we also use a bootstrap confidence interval estimate to investigate the role of mediation. The study results reveal that students' online learning intentions are influenced by perceived usefulness and ease of using Zoom. Also, perceived usefulness and ease of use are proven to mediate the effect of instructional quality on students’ online learning intentions using Zoom video conferencing technology. The results of this study provide important implications for education practitioners to develop engaging online learning for students.
