Abstract

E-commerce or electronic commerce is an activity related to the purchase, sale, marketing of goods or services by using electronic systems such as the Internet or a computer network as a medium. In its development, e-commerce website has a lot of models and concepts, one of which is a replica website. Replica website is a reflection of the website host website itself. Website replica would be obtained if it had been making purchases on the website o f the parent (stta.name:8000) or web replica owned by a member (stta.name:8000/  sponsor=namaanggota). If you already have a replica website then the owner can sell online using the web replica, and can change the prices ofgoods as well as web background replicas. Besides being able to change the price and the background, a replica web owners are also entitled to a bonus from the purchase o f its products downline level 1. For the award is the excess of the price that has been modified with an initial price of a web master or web links above. From the calculation o f the questionnaire that was distributed to 30 respondents, the result of testing knowledge of web replica of 42.7% based on the assessment interval is Enough and application usage by 78.5%, which means Good.

Abstract

The government self-sufficiency program about Cattle and Buffalo have not been success, because the distributed of livestock is not according with the regulation. It is only used the ecological factor and have not used the other factor like human resource and institutional factor, technology and the development of the region factor, development of infrastructure. This research have been modeling  with Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Simple additive weighting (SAW) is  one method of MCDM, it used for decide the suitability of location and the result of SAW support by Location Quotient (LQ) for allocation priority of livestock in the region. The result of this research is the combination of methods  SAW and LQ could be implementation and give the right alternative based on priority allocation for the decision maker to allocation the livestock.

Abstract

         YIQ (Iuma, In-phase, Quadrature) is a color space used to transmit analog TV signal. This research is conducting a possibility test on using YIQ as color features for fruit ripeness classification, which tested on Sunpride bananas. Classification is done using k-NN algorithm against YIQ values of several ripeness stage. The classification process itself consists of two steps: training and testing. In the training step, values from RGB color space of the images as training samples are converted into YIQ and extracted as features to form the classes, while in testing step, the test image went through the same conversion and feature extraction process, then classified using k-NN against the classes’ features, using k=3 and k=1. There are 120 Sunpride banana images used as test objects, and the results obtained shown that the classification performance using k=3 for Sangat Matang class is 100%, Busuk class is 66,67%, Mengkal class is 60% and Matang class is 60%. Results using k=1 for Sangat Matang class is 100%, Busuk class is 66,67%, Mengkal class is 66,7% and Matang class is 56,67%.Keywords  : Classification, YIQ Color Space, Banana Sunpride, Euclidean Distance, k-Nearest Neighbors

Abstract

Ngekost is an android-based boarding search application that utilizes the Internet as a medium of exchange data. The use of mobile android application as a tool to access something that is connected to the Internet to help users find a variety of information. Ngekost applications builtby using cloud computing as a technology that makes the Internet as a central storage server to manage data and information. One media system making cloud computing is to use a Virtual Private Server (VPS) as a virtual server. Applications Ngekost offers boarding house in the city of Yogyakarta, Malang, and Makassar with centralized image data on the storage servers each - each city boarding information and data stored on the database webserver. Services provided on the application can be accessed via the website owners to register them boarding, boarding entering data and images, while searches for boarding accessed via mobile android. The results of testing this application indicates that the application Ngekost by leveraging cloud computing can be usedas an information service for owners and seekers boarding based regional city o f Yogyakarta, Malang, and Makassar.

Abstract

Saat ini program pemerintah mengenai swasembada daging Sapi dan Kerbau belum berhasil dilaksanakan. Hal ini dikarenakan penyebaran ternak belum mengacu pada ketentuan yang ada. Dimana proses penyebaran ternak hanya mempertimbangkan faktor ekologi saja dan belum mempertimbangkan faktor pendukung seperti sumberdaya manusia dan kelembagaan, teknologi dan perkembangan wilayah, perkembangan infrasttruktur. Pada penelitian ini permasalahan tersebut dimodelkan dengan Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Dimana MCDM merupakan suatu metode pengambilan keputusan untuk menetapkan alternatif terbaik dari proses penyebaran ternak. Pada metode MCDM ini penentuan kesesuaian lokasi menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot preferensi pengambil keputusan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa kombinasi antara metode AHP dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dan dapat memberikan alternatif yang tepat berdasarkan prioritas penyebaran ternak bagi pengambil keputusan dalam penentuan lokasi yang sesuai.
