Abstract

With the development of increasingly advanced technology today, it is undeniable that information technology and computers are one of the most basic human needs, the use of computers today can be done routinely for important tasks involving large amounts of data in a company, help every job in the field of computerization in the world of industry, education, sports, health and so on (Maimunah et al., 2017)Some MSMEs have used computer processes for financial management, such as filing, calculating, and making reports, so it doesn't take a long time. So far, MSMEs in using computers is only limited to typing activities. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the potential for MSME actors, for example in providing financial reports. Microsoft Excel training for residents of Tanjung Duren Utara can provide new benefits for participating actors in filing, calculating, and managing financial reports. Automatic calculations can increase the effectiveness of the performance of MSME actors in making financial report recaps.The existence of this community service is to provide management training using Microsoft Excel. So we hope that with this training, it will be a start to find out and make a profit and loss report quickly on the business being run so that it can increase business turnover. This training activity, it is held Virtually through the Zoom Meeting Application. With this socialization, it is hoped that MSME actors can make reports quickly and validly so that they can increase their business turnover.

Abstract

Tingkat kesehatan bank merupakan hal yang penting yang harus dimiliki oleh perusahaan perbankan, karena dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaaan masyarakat. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah menganalisis perbandingan tingkat kesehatan PT Bank Mandiri Indonesia Tbk dan PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Data varibel yang digunakan untuk Risk Profile menggunakan NPL (Non Performing Loan) dan LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), GCG (Good Corporate Governance), Earnings menggunakan ROA (Return On Asset) dan NIM (Net Interest Margin) , serta Capital menggunakan CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio). Dari hasil pengumpulan data memperlihatkan hasil tingkat kesehatan bank PT Mandiri Tbk dan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk berdasarkan Risk Profile untuk NPL dengan dua kondisi Sangat Sehat dan Sehat, untuk LDR terdapat perbedaan kedua bank tersebut Pt. Bank Mandiri dikondisi Cukup Sehat dan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia dikategorikan dengan Sehat. GCG terdapat perbedaan dari kedua bank tersebut, PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk dikategorikan Sangat sehat. Sedangkan Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk dikondisi sehat., Earnings untuk ROA terdapat kedua bank kondisi Sangat Sehat dan Sangat Sehat, sedangkan NIM kedua bank tersebut dengan kondisi Sangat Sehat, dan Capital menggunakan CAR terdapat kondisi Sangat Sehat. Dalam hal ini terdapat beberapa kondisi tetapi perusahaan dapat menghadapi pengaruh negatif dan perubahan kondisi bisnis yang mungkin terjadi.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of product quality, promotion and service quality on customer loyalty at Bank BRI KCP Kota Wisata Bogor Regency. The form of the research is associative with the population being all customers who are savers at the BRI KCP bank, Bogor Regency, which amount to 10,000 customers. Sampling with the slovin formula to obtain a sample of 200 customers. The measurement of the variables was done by using a questionnaire which was quantified with a Likert scale. The method of analysis is carried out by stratified regression. This is intended to see the relationship of variables to other variables directly or indirectly or through intermediate variables. Based on the existing phenomenon, BRI KCP Kota Wisata Bogor Regency from time to time has increased the number of customers every year. This research is a type of field research that uses quantitative methods. The type of data used in this research is the type of primary data assisted by the SPSS program. Data collection was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the Accidental Sampling method and this study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable partially has no effect on customer loyalty, while the promotion variable and service quality variable partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI KCP Kotawisata, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is to improve the quality of human resources teaching staff. This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment, work motivation, and incentives on teacher performance at SDIT Pelita Alam Pondok Gede Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative research, with a sample of 40 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data obtained were then analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results of this study showed that the work environment had a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Pelita Alam (p = 0.274 > 0.05), work motivation had a positive and not significant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Pelita Alam (p = 0.74 > 0.05), incentives had a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Pelita Alam (p = 0.235 > 0.05). The work environment, work motivation, and provision of incentives simultaneously have an influence on teacher performance at SDIT Pelita Alam, which is equal to 35.1%.

Abstract

Human resources are an important corporate asset that must be developed, because human resources become active planners and actors in every organizational activity in achieving goals. As an asset to the success of an organization, it is necessary to have an engagement between human resources and the company. One of the factors from the work environment that affects the work environment that affects employee engagement in carrying out daily work is organizational culture. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Worklife Balance and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The population and sample in this study were all employees at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, totaling 60 people. Data collection tool using a questionnaire with the Likert scale method. The research was processed and tested using the Smart PLS 4.0 application. This study aims to determine directly or indirectly the influence of employee engagement, work-life balance and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The results showed that Worklife Balance and Organizational Culture have a positive effect on Employee Performance, while Employee Engagement has a negative effect on Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to find out the decision to visit the Bojongkulur Gunung Putri tourist village, Bogor Regency which is influenced by tourist attraction facilities and visitor satisfaction is moderated by customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative research method. In this study, the sampling technique used is probability sampling, with the sampling method used being simple random sampling. This study uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodological analysis technique with smartPLS 3.0 software to assess the hypothesis. The results of the data analysis showed that (1) facilities had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, (2) visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit had a positive and significant effect, (3) visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit had a positive and significant effect, (4) visitor satisfaction with loyalty had a positive and significant effect, (5) loyalty to the decision to visit had a positive effect and significantly, (6) loyalty plays a role in mediating facilities against the decision to visit, and (7) loyalty plays a role in mediating visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media, Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Consumer Purchase Decisions at Pedia Stores. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with data processing using SEM PLS, with a sample of 80 respondents. The criteria for testing discriminant validity are based on the value of the test variable which is greater than the value of the other variables. Based on the test results, it is known that the values of the X1 and X2 variables are smaller than the two Y variables. Thus, the test results are not discriminantly valid. Cronbach's alpha value is more than 0.7, so it can indicate a value above 0.7. Thus, the data can be said to be valid. Based on these results, it can be seen that the value of the construct in question is always greater in the variable itself. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is no discriminant validity problem. The results of the Cross Loading Factor show that each variable is > 0.7. Based on the table, the R-Square value for the satisfaction construct is 0.456, which means this value can identify y which can be explained by the x variable by 45.6%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study. The results of this study indicate that social media has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity endorsers have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.
