Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Training, Teamwork and Competence on Employee Career Development. This research was conducted at a company engaged in the service sector, namely the delivery of export and import cargo located in Tangerang City. In practice, employee career development is still based on seniority and employees who have worked longer to be promoted to their position level. Regardless of the training, ability to work together and competence of these employees. Respondents in this study amounted to 75 employees as the respondent. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling, and the analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a questionnaire as the research instrument.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the most effective strategies for increasing employee presence in the digital age, while examining their relationship within the framework of core competency theory. The methodology for obtaining data requires a rigorous approach in observing and documenting data, which is then carried out by analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualization, and inference to extract significant findings. The results of the study show that in a dynamic digital era landscape, the implementation of employee development strategies is very important for companies to maintain their relevance, adapt to changes, and engage effectively in competition. In conclusion, employee development strategies generate benefits such as gaining competitive advantage, increasing adaptability, encouraging strong team collaboration, encouraging sustainable career growth, and increasing organizational productivity and performance. Abstract

In today's industrial world, the environment functions as a resource for the survival and sustainability of industrial activities themselves as well as a place to live or stand. Companies such as PT Dian Daya Dinamika, as well as the community and government, are paying attention and taking serious action on these environmental issues. Regarding the state of the environment and depleting of natural resources, the company has made a significant contribution. which got worse. Businesses should encourage green production in their operations, but a green environment does not necessarily require zero pollution. This research aims to examine the behavior of environmentally friendly employees towards green motivation. To achieve green competitive advantage (Y), manufacturing companies need green intellectual (X1) and environmentally friendly behavior (X2) in their operations as well as green motivation (X3). Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Kalimutu Mitra Perkasa. Data was collected through a questionnaire using the Likert scale method, and data analysis was carried out using Structural Data Analysis, specifically the Partial Least Square Equation Model. Evaluation was carried out on the measurement model (Outer Model) and structural tests (Inner Model) using the SEM PLS data processing tool. The research results show that work motivation has a positive influence on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.438, and a t-statistic value > t-table (2.767 > 1.96), indicating that work motivation has a significant effect on performance. Work Discipline has also been proven to have a positive effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.358, and a t-statistic value > t-table (2.262 > 1.96), indicating that Work Discipline has a significant impact on employee performance. However, Leadership Style was not proven to have a significant influence on Employee Performance, with an original sample value of 0.106, and a t-statistic value < t-table (0.872 < 1.96). Conclusion, that Leadership Style does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT Kalimutu Mitra Perkasa. In conclusion, this research contributes to understanding the factors that influence employee performance in these organizations, and can be a basis for developing more effective human resource management strategies. Abstract

This study aims to find out the decision to visit the Bojongkulur Gunung Putri tourist village, Bogor Regency which is influenced by tourist attraction facilities and visitor satisfaction is moderated by customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative research method. In this study, the sampling technique used is probability sampling, with the sampling method used being simple random sampling. This study uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodological analysis technique with smartPLS 3.0 software to assess the hypothesis. The results of the data analysis showed that (1) facilities had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, (2) visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit had a positive and significant effect, (3) visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit had a positive and significant effect, (4) visitor satisfaction with loyalty had a positive and significant effect, (5) loyalty to the decision to visit had a positive effect and significantly, (6) loyalty plays a role in mediating facilities against the decision to visit, and (7) loyalty plays a role in mediating visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit
