ABSTRACT This research aims to: (i) test the hypothesis of whether there is the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio,Return on Equity, and Earning Per Share on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies listed inIndonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017, both partially and simultaneously, and (ii)analyze the implications of the research results about Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, andEarning Per Share on pharmaceutical companies stock price for companies and investors. Theresearch sample consisted of 6 pharmaceutical companies which were determined based onpurposive sampling technique. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS 23 for windows wasused to analyze data and test the hypotheses. The results of this research show that the variable ofDebt to Equity Ratio and Earning Per Share partially have a significant effect on the stock price,while the Return on Equity variable has no significant effect on the stock price. Simultaneously, thevariable of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Earning Per Share have a significant effecton the stock price. Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Earning Per Share variables couldexplain the stock price of pharmaceutical companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2012-2017 by 67.3%, while the rest of 32.7% could be explained by other variables outsidethe model of this research. Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Stock Price ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (i) menguji hipotesis apakah terdapat pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio,Return on Equity, dan Earning Per Share terhadap harga saham perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftardi Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017 baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dan (ii)menganalisis implikasi hasil penelitian mengenai Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, danEarning Per Share terhadap harga saham perusahaan farmasi bagi perusahaan dan investor.Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 6 perusahaan farmasi yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposivesampling. Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan SPSS 23 for windows digunakan untukmenganalisis data dan menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt toEquity Ratio dan Earning Per Share secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham,sementara variabel Return on Equity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secarasimultan variabel Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, dan Earning Per Share berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap harga saham. Variabel Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, dan Earning PerShare mampu menjelaskan harga saham perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesiaperiode 2012-2017 sebesar 67,3%, sementara sisanya sebesar 32,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel laindi luar penelitian. This research made a study on the security and trust in the relation to the Electronc Payments System (EPS) . The research propose a model which discuses factors which determine the perceived security and the perceived trust. This research also discus the effects of perceived security dan trust in the use of EPS, In this research there has been an emprirical test of the proposed model with respondens of 316 people in the Jakarta Meropolitan area. Data was analized using a structural equation modelling. The research finding shows that security statements is a factor which is significant to increase the perceived security in the usage of EPS. The perceived trust has a positif influence significanly in the use of EPS. The research did not find any statistical proving that there is a statistical relationship between the quality of transaction procedure with the preceived security and perceived trsutin the use of EPS. This research also proves that there is a statistical relationship between the technical protection and the perceived security (H1) , the security statements with the perceived trust (H6). This research did not find any statistical relationship between the transaction procedure the perceive trust (H4) and the technical protection with the perceived trust (H2), This research explained the relationship between the perceived trust and the use of EPS. The finding of the research shows the role of the perceived security in the building of the user security and the positif influence of the the perceived trust to the use of EPS. The effects of the security statements for the user perception of security and trust also has been validated. Fatwa of Majelis Ulama Indonesia No 80/DSN-MUI/III/2011 about sharia capital market, should be told to the general public that society understand about sharia investment. Galery Investasi PNJ have significant roles in educate people that understand why investment in accordance sharia truth and Islamic.Program study of D4 Financial Management PNJ have competence in the field of capital market, have an obligation to do an activity education about sharia investment through the Community Social Activity to the mosque management in Depok City. Objectives of the Community Social Activity is to increase community understanding about the truth and the importance of investment in accordance with the islamic sharia so that community can be avoided from fraud investment. Method is carried out by providing lectures education by expert sharia capital market do accompanied by a trading use application MNC-trade. This research aims to describe the characteristics and problems faced by PG X. Moreover, this research seeks to formulate alternative solutions for PG to give better economics effect for society. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research conducted at PG X. The results of this research indicate that PG X is having difficulty of achieving optimal profits. This problems happened because the price of sugar is regulated by the government, while the price of production factors such as fertilizer is free according to market mechanisms. Another problem is that the supply of quality sugar cane is still an obstacle and conditions of inefficiency. The results of this research provide solutions offered for PG (2) production cost efficiency; (3) increasing employee capabilities, and (4) increasing partnerships with farmers that are more intensive, especially in terms of cultivation and post-harvest to improve the quality of sugar cane
