Abstract

Taxes are the most reliable source of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). Without taxes, the Indonesian government may not be able to develop all the infrastructure from the life sector of the state and human resource development that cannot meet the requirements. The purpose of this study is to test and prove empirically based on and payment of taxes using the Theory of Planned Behavior approach, this research also add tax sanction as determinant of intention. The population of this study is the Corporate Taxpayers in Kebumen Regency. The sample used in this research is the owner of hotels and restaurants in Kebumen Regency as many as 54 respondents. The hypothesis in this study was tested using SEM with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of the hypothesis found that theory of planned behavior can explain the intention of hotel and restaurant taxpayers in paying taxes. In addition, it is also found that tax sanctions have a positive effect on intention

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh variable Islamic work ethic, spiritualitas Islam dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 57 staf Lazismu Kabupaten Kebumen dengan status tetap sebagai responden yang diambil dengan meggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 57 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Data yang sudah terkumpul diolah dengan bantuan alat statistik SPPS for windows seri 24.0, kemudian di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islamic Work Ethic memiliki peran yang cukup tinggi dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan. Spiritualitas Islam berengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja tetapi tidak terhadap komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of emotional intelligence, employee engagement, and commitmentto organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) either partially or simultaneously on the employees of PO. Efficiency inKebumen with sample of the research are 47 employees. The sampling technique in this study used populationsamples. Analyzer used in this research by using multiple regression analysis and data processed with statistic toolSPPS 23.0. The results showed that emotional intelligence and employee engagement variables partially significanteffect on organizational citizenship behavior, it shows that testing hypothesis one and hypothesis two resultsaccepted. While for the commitment variable has no effect on the organizational citizenship behavior, it shows fortesting the third hypothesis is rejected. While the test results simultaneously the results of the fourth hypothesis testingshowed acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of workplace spirituality, person job fit, and leadership style in the intention to stay nurses. This study involved 37 nurses at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Sruweng with non-permanent status as respondents who were taken using population sample techniques. Multiple regression analysis is used to test how the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. Data that has been collected is processed with the help of SPPS for Windows Series 24.0 statistical tools. The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted, meaning that workplace spirituality variables, person job fit, and leadership styles can have a significant influence on the intention to stay nurses. The findings from this study prove that workplace spirituality has the greatest influence on intention to stay, while person job fit has the lowest influence.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee creativity by mediating the role of knowledge sharing and information technology in microfinance institutions in Central Java. The population of this study was all employees of micro-financial institutions in Central Java, and the sample used was 250 employees who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling, namely employees in marketing, administration and services, information and Information Technology departments who had worked for at least 1 year. Data were analyzed using SEM with the help of PLS ​​3. This research proves that transformational leadership adopted by microfinance institutions can increase employee creativity. Likewise, with the mediation of information technology and the mediation of knowledge sharing, the influence of transformational leadership can boost employee creativity.
