Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan sikap konsumen sebagai mediasi pengaruh e-wom, celebrity endorser terhadap niat beli. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada customer Geprek Bensu. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobalibility sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Alat bantu pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 23.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-wom dan selebriti endorser memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap sikap konsumen dan niat beli. Namun, sifat konsumen tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli. Sikap konsumen sebagai variabel mediasi juga tidak berpengaruh positif pada variabel e-wom dan selebriti endorser terhadap niat beli.

Abstract

Indonesian tropical climate is a country and rich in marine products. Shrimp petis is a fermented products of shrimp. Shrimp petis is stored for too long risk for overgrown microorganisms. Therefore, during storage by a factor of humidity, shrimp petis can be polluted and overgrown by the fungus Aspergillus species. Fungus Aspergillus flavus commonly known as the cause of contamination of various types of food stored. Aflatoxin are toxins produced by fungi Aspergillus flavus. Aflatoxins can invade the central nervous system, some of which are carcinogenic cause cancer of the liver, kidneys, and stomach. The study objective was to determine the growth of the fungus Aspergillus flavus on various brands of shrimp paste are sold in supermarkets and traditional markets. Methods This study is a descriptive method of research objects shrimp paste with different brands sold in supermarkets and traditional markets with a single variable, namely the growth of Aspergillus flavus. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively using SPSS 17.0. Research shows the growth of the fungus Aspergillus flavus on various brands of shrimp paste are sold in supermarkets and traditional markets. The percentage growth of the fungus Aspergillus flavus on various brands of shrimp paste is 20% of the 10 samples identified shrimp paste.Keywords: Petis shrimp, Aspergillus flavus, aflatoxin.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of destination images on word of mouth (WOM) mediated by visitor satisfaction and moderated by gender in tourism places in Purwokerto. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires, using a Likert Level Scale 7. This study sampled 125 respondents who had traveled to Purwokerto. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that destination image has a positive effect on word of mouth (WOM). Destination image has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. Visitor satisfaction has a positive effect on word of mouth (WOM). The effect of visitor satisfaction mediates the relationship between destination image and word of mouth (WOM). Gender influences the relationship between destination image and word of mouth (WOM). Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze how the influence of service quality, compliance handling and corporate image on customer loyalty at PT JNE Cilacap branch. The population in this study were 88 customers at PT JNE Cilacap Branch. The technique of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test and the coefficient of determination. The data processing tool used is SPSS for windows version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (2) Complaint Handling has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty, (3) Company image has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study employs primary data and is quantitative in nature. Questionnaires and a review of the literature were used to gather data. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the intention to continue. The subjects in this research are BSI mobile banking users in Purwokerto. In this research, samples taken using a purposive sampling technique are called non-probability sampling. This implies that there is no probability for any individual in the population to be included in the sample. There were 220 responders in the study's samples. This study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, which is characterized as an analysis that blends path analysis, structural models, and factor analysis techniques. Analytical methods are used to interpret and draw conclusions from data sets. Data resulting from the research were processed and analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Model) program from the smart PLS version 3 and SPSS for Windows version 23. The results of data analysis can be concluded that service quality and system quality influence e-satisfaction. Continuence intention is influenced by e-satisfaction, system quality, and service quality. Through e-satisfaction, service and system quality significantly and favorably affect the intention to continue.

Abstract

Tema Pengabdian kali ini adalah strategi marketing reliationship marketing selama krisis yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk dan jasa berdasarkan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan pada hari Minggu 12 Desember 2021 di Hotel Surya Yudha Banjarnegara. Kegiatan sosialisasi reliationship marketing ini tak lain untuk membentuk, mempertahankan, dan meningkatkan relasi yang kuat, yang penuh nilai dengan para pelanggan dan para pemercara (stakeholders) lain. Target luaran pengabdian untuk menarik para pelanggan baru dan menciptakan transaksi dengan mereka, perusahaan terus-menerus sedang berjuang mati-matian untuk   mempertahankan para pelanggan yang ada dan membangun relasi jangka panjang yang mampu mendatangkan laba dengan mereka. Harapan pengabdi semoga dengan terlaksananaya acara tersebut masyarakat dapat membangun hubungan jangka panjang yang memuaskan untuk pihak-pihak terkait seperti pelanggan, pemasok, dan pengalur guna mempertahankan preferensi dan bisnis dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Studi ini dirancang untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana lingkungan kerja non fisik serta job embeddedness berkontribusi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel yang menjembatani hubungan tersebut. Terdapat tiga kelompok variabel utama, yaitu variabel independen yang mencakup lingkungan kerja non fisik dan job embeddedness, variabeI dependen berupa OCB, serta variabeI mediator yang berfokus pada kepuasan kerja. Sampel peneIitian meIibatkan 78 tenaga pendidik berstatus PNS dan PPPK di SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen survei berbasis kuesioner dan dianaIisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang meIiputi uji vaIiditas serta reIiabilitas, pengujian asumsi dasar, anaIisis hubungan kausaI dengan uji t, pengukuran kekuatan pengaruh menggunakan koefisien determinasi, anaIisis koreIasi, anaIisis jaIur, serta pengujian efek mediasi dengan uji SobeI. SeIuruh proses anaIisis data diproses meIalui perangkat Iunak SPSS versi 25.0. Temuan studi ini menyoroti bahwa Iingkungan kerja non fisik berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja, begitu puIa job embeddedness menunjukkan pengaruh serupa. SeIain itu, Iingkungan kerja non fisik juga terbukti memperkuat periIaku OCB, sama haInya dengan job embeddedness yang turut berperan dalam mendorong periIaku OCB. Lebih Ianjut, kepuasan kerja berfungsi sebagai eIemen penghubung yang mempertegas keterkaitan antara Iingkungan kerja non fisik dengan OCB, serta memperkuat hubungan antara job embeddedness dengan periIaku OCB.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee creativity by mediating the role of knowledge sharing and information technology in microfinance institutions in Central Java. The population of this study was all employees of micro-financial institutions in Central Java, and the sample used was 250 employees who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling, namely employees in marketing, administration and services, information and Information Technology departments who had worked for at least 1 year. Data were analyzed using SEM with the help of PLS ​​3. This research proves that transformational leadership adopted by microfinance institutions can increase employee creativity. Likewise, with the mediation of information technology and the mediation of knowledge sharing, the influence of transformational leadership can boost employee creativity.
