Abstract

Every year, the land transportation industry in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase and development, this is marked by an increase in infrastructure such as the construction of roads, toll roads and traffic facilities, specifically the construction of railroads in the country owned by the government, an increase in the number of land transportation as well. Influencing the opening of new routes that are increasingly developing and varied to reach large and small cities. Several means of transportation have also prepared steps, for example, Transjakarta and MRT which have plans to add road routes. The Ministry of Transportation predicts that the current growth in the number of land transport passengers will reach 28.10%. Therefore, with the construction of educational facilities in Jakarta with the concept of Metaphorical Architecture,this concept identifies the relationship between objects but the relationship is more abstract than real and is part of the language style used to explain something through equations and comparisons,which is expected. Can be means of education that triggers the productive generation of Indonesia to join the world of land transportation industry in fulfilling the need for quality and competent education both nationally and internationally as well as meeting the criteria in the specified capabilities and competencies.

Abstract

Ampel Market is one of the largest markets in Boyolali Regency. In 2004, the Ampel Market experienced a fire so that the market conditions until now have been irregular in the distribution of zoning, insufficient ventilation and natural lighting in buildings. The design of this Ampel Market will be upgraded to the Ampel Type A People's Market which is suitable for the area of ​​land, the number of traders and the location of the Ampel market. Tropical architecture is a type of style or concept in architectural design which is an answer and a form of adaptation of buildings to climatic conditions in a tropical area. Tropical climates are usually located near the equator and have special characteristics due to high solar heat, high humidity and rainfall, wind movement, and many other influences. Tropical architecture can provide answers to climate problems so that it can provide comfort and security in the market by utilizing natural resources. Abstract

The Ngawi Arts and Culture Development Center which is designed in Ngawi Regency is one of the districts in East Java which has various traditional arts as cultural heritage. The need for public space for the Ngawi community that can be used as a place for training or development as a preservation of arts and culture. The application of the architectural concept of regionalism can create the Ngawi Arts and Culture Development Center in Ngawi Regency, East Java which emphasizes the disclosure of the characteristics of an area to elevate the cultural locality of the community. The design center for the development of arts and culture is to support the needs and convenience of the community in the development of arts and culture of Ngawi, which is centered in the area of ​​Ngawi Regency, East Java. By applying local cultural elements to the Design of the Ngawi Arts and Culture Development Center. Abstract

This Soge Beach Resort Hotel is the first 5-star Resort Hotel in the city of Pacitan. Because the city of Pacitan has quite attractive tourist destinations, and also very beautiful natural potential, this has led to many foreign and local tourists arriving, but the accommodation facilities are inadequate, so this Soge Beach Resort Hotel was designed. Designing a Resort Hotel using the concept of Tropical Architecture is the right alternative for this Resort Hotel because the city of Pacitan is quite hot, because Tropical Architecture is a type of architecture that provides answers or adaptations of building forms to the effects of tropical climates. Abstract

Activities and patterns of life that are full of competition in the city of Jakarta affect the needs of women and men for the psychological and non-psychic care infrastructure. At present the beauty and fitness center which tends to be more dominant is in a separate place, so that women and men cannot get maximum psychological and non-psychic care easily and are well facilitated. To complement the beauty and fitness facilities in the city of Jakarta, a beauty and fitness center design was made by providing a place for complete relaxation between the beauty center and the fitness center in the same area, with buildings that apply modern architectural concepts. Application of Modern Architecture in the Design of Beauty and Fitness Centers in Ancol, North Jakarta based on conformity to the function of buildings that prioritizes technology and lifestyle of people in the modern era who tend to want more quickly, efficiently and practically. The concept of modern architecture is applied to the site, the shape of the building, and the use of materials as well as the uniformity of the shape of the buildings within the Beauty and Fitness Center area in order to create good harmony.

Abstract

The economic structure of the world economy has shifted from being initially based on natural resources (SDA) to human resources based . This hr-based economic activity is called the creative economy industry. Indonesia as one of the developing countries has a huge amount of natural, cultural, and human resources potential. Every year the creative economy in indonesia contributes quite significantly to the national economy. The Central Bureau of Statistics notes that in 2019 the creative economy on average accounted for 9.8% of the country's GDP of Rp 1,211 trillion. The importance of the creative economy to indonesia is seen from the President's directive that the creative economy should be the backbone of the national economy. The governooor of Wessst Java, Ridwan Kamil, taergeted to build Creative Hub throughout the cities/districts in West Java.In 2020, creative hub development is targeted to be built in seven areas namely Cimahi City, Depok, Sukabumi, Bandung Regency, Garut Regency, Majalengka, and Sumedang. The creative economy is a sector whose potential is limitless, as it is based on human resources. The potential of creative economy continues to be developed, especially in Depok, West Java. So through various considerations and major issues concerning the lack of facilities and infrastructure to develop creative industries sectors. the basis of planning and designing a Creative Hub in Depok. The establishment of this new building combines the concept of Contemporary Architecture. Which is expected to be an iconic building in Depok City. As well as being able to become a new container for Creative Economy actors in Depok city to be able to face the development of the times and welcome the development of creative industries in the future. Abstract

ABSTRACT Etymologically, if we look at the meaning of the word tourist which comes from the word tourism, it is actually appropriate as the word tourist in English. The word comes from the Sanskrit word: tourism which means the same trip or can be equated with the word travel in English, so tourists "means the word traveler, in a sense generally accepted by the Indonesian people concerned, said tourists who are always associated with said tourist (English). But when we come to the word tourist itself, actually the word comes from the word tour (which means a trip made from one place to another) and people who travel on this tour in English are called tourists. This area will be built with the application of Organic Architecture in accordance with the surrounding conditions. Organic architecture is an architectural understanding that introduces the harmony between human habitation and the world through adjacent designs both at the location of the building, furniture, and the environment being part of a composition and united as well as interconnected.
