Abstract

ABSTRACT As time passes by people are more depending on technology also leaving behind traditional culture and legacy from Indonesia traditional culture, especially the art of traditional dance and other kind of dance that exist in Indonesia, demand upon the art of dance has also decreased within the times. To solve this problem a dance academy will be designed with high technology concept in bandung to keep up with the times and also increase the demand for Indonesia’s traditional dances, the dance academy design is facilitated with high technology based system as a supporting system such as infographic board, academy access, voice recognition command, touch screen dance hall to attract demand for non local civilian so the dance academy will be much more interesting and people can learn the art of dance each other. Abstract

The Organic Vegetables Research Center is a place that is used to observe, analyze, develop and expand scientific insights as well as to discover new facts that exist in organic vegetable plants. The results of this study in the form of vegetable seedlings planted in the cultivation area. This vegetable research study aims to improve the quality of vegetables in the community so that vegetables consumed by the community have high nutrition and to be able to compete with the quality of vegetables imported from abroad. Environmentally Friendly Architecture in its application in the area of ​​the Organic Vegetables Research Center is to minimize the use of electrical energy that comes from PLN and is replaced by utilizing Natural Resources, namely the sun and wind which are channeled through Solar Panels and Wind Turbines. Then maximize the air and sunlight that enters the building and the use of environmentally friendly materials in each building.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sangat pesat, termasuk dibidang fotografi. Dunia fotografi sudah dikenal oleh masyarakat luas karena sejak dulu fotografi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai dokumenter. Perkembangan fotografi di Indonesia dimulai sejak awal tahun 2000-an, dan Kota Tangerang merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia yang mengikuti perkembangan fotografi. Eduwisata Fotografi merupakan tempat untuk mendukung kegiatan fotografi. Komunitas fotografi di Tangerang Selatan bisa dibilang cukup banyak, sehingga dapat dijadikan tempat untuk para fotografer memamerkan hasil karya, dan membuat masyarakat mengapresiasikan hasil karya fotografi.

Abstract

The Art Skills Education Area is an area that serves as a place for street children to learn art skills, social skills, and be more flexible in their learning time, and it is hoped that this can be a form of overcoming street children in the city of Jakarta. The Art Skills Education Area for Street Children can also function as a place to showcase and sell some of the street children's art works that are educational, creative and recreational. The Art Skills Education Area is designed with a tropical architectural concept that is able to meet the needs of its users while still applying maximum comfort and a building that is able to adapt to the local environment. Abstract

Every year, the land transportation industry in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase and development, this is marked by an increase in infrastructure such as the construction of roads, toll roads and traffic facilities, specifically the construction of railroads in the country owned by the government, an increase in the number of land transportation as well. Influencing the opening of new routes that are increasingly developing and varied to reach large and small cities. Several means of transportation have also prepared steps, for example, Transjakarta and MRT which have plans to add road routes. The Ministry of Transportation predicts that the current growth in the number of land transport passengers will reach 28.10%. Therefore, with the construction of educational facilities in Jakarta with the concept of Metaphorical Architecture,this concept identifies the relationship between objects but the relationship is more abstract than real and is part of the language style used to explain something through equations and comparisons,which is expected. Can be means of education that triggers the productive generation of Indonesia to join the world of land transportation industry in fulfilling the need for quality and competent education both nationally and internationally as well as meeting the criteria in the specified capabilities and competencies.

Abstract

Pusat Latihan Cabang Olahraga Beladiri di Kota Tangerang merupakan tempat pemusatan latihan bagi para atlet beladiri Kota Tangerang khususnya dalam beladiri Taekwondo, Karate, Pencak Silat dan Wushu, yang menjadi wadah pengembangan diri baik dari segi keahlian maupun pendidikan sebagai atlet beladiri yang memiliki fasilitas arena latihan yang sesuai dengan standar arena pertandingan dari federasi masing masing cabang olahraga beladiri yang tercakup di dalam pusat latihan cabang olahraga beladiri, sehingga para atlet dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan arena pertandingan sesuai standar masing masing cabang olahraga. Konsep arsitektur metafora yang di gunakan adalah metafora konkrit. Metafora konkrit di pilih karena pembentukan massa dan sirkulasi tapak yang di rancang menggambarkan karakteristik beladiri dari setiap cabang beladiri ke dalam struktur bangunan. Hal itu membuat tampilan bangunan lebih ekspresif dan berkarakter sesuai dengan fungsi bangunan sebagai gedung pelatihan beladiri. Pemilihan tema ini memunculkan karakter dari sebuah simbol dan aktivitas beladiri dalam sebuah tampilan gelanggang olahraga. Pada akhirnya, penyediaan fasilitas latihan cabang olahraga beladiri ini diharapkan dapat memberikan semangat untuk mencapai prestasi dengan penyediaan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan atlet beladiri.

Abstract

Futsal academy is a facility or place for futsal training that provides futsal education and training both in futsal theory and practice related to futsal sports. Education in futsal academy starts from formal education and futsal training including ball processing techniques, strategy in playing, dexterity of individual skills, teamwork and techniques without the ball. The training at this academy aims to make academy students become professional futsal players who are able to compete at national and international levels. The design of Futsal Akademi Tangerang will use contemporary architectural themes. Contemporary style is often said to be modern architecture. Contemporary architecture is often interpreted as a design change that always tries to adapt the building design to the time and era. This contemporary architectural application is used to adapt the shape and style of modern buildings in Tangerang.

Abstract

Tourism has an important role for the economic growth of a region. One of the tourist destinations that are currently in great demand by tourists when enjoying holidays is nature tourism. There is an area that has natural beauty typical of mountainous areas, namely Guci Nature Tourism. The tourist attraction is located in Guci Village, Bumijawa District, Tegal Regency. However, there are no resort hotel accommodation facilities in the Guci Tegal Tourism Object area to support the completeness of lodging in the Tegal Tourism Object Area. Given the high number of visitors to this tegal urn tour every year and the potential for its natural beauty. Therefore, the purpose of building a resort hotel in this area is to attract more tourists visiting these tourist attractions so that they can make the Guci Tegal Tourism Object better known by local and foreign tourists and provide comfort and safety for visiting tourists..

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Minangkabau Art and Culture Center educates culturalists and the general public about Minangkabau culture, as well as introducing Minangkabau culture to domestic visitors through Minangkabau art performances and cultural displays.Therefore, with the design of an Art Center Area, it is hoped that it can accommodate community activities in the fields of religious education, economics and sports and can respond to the need for open space in the city of Solo. The Art Center area applies the concept of Contemporary Architecture as an effective form of approach to the surrounding community, especially for teenagers. As a result of the Minangkabau Arts and Culture Center's architecture, it is believed that it would be able to accommodate community activities in the areas of art, culture, and tourism. And it is capable of meeting the need for open space in Tanah Datar Regency. The Minangkabau Art and Culture Center employs the Neo-Vernacular Architecture idea as a means of reaching out to the surrounding community, particularly the Minangkabau people.
