Abstract

This is supported by a study evaluating theeffect of Authentic Transformational Leader-ship behaviors of Emotional Intelligence by interveningvariable: Value congruence, Trust and Respect for teachers and employees in Muhammadiyah schools.The sample used in this study were 66 employees and 125 teachers. The results show that thebehavior Authentic Transformational Leadership have a significant influence on EmotionalIntelligence directly. Significant influence is also shown intervening variables: value congruence(posi-tive), Trust (negative) and Respect (negative).Keywords: authentic transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, value congruence, trust,reverence.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance management is one of the important aspects in increasing the productivity and effectiveness of an organization. This study aims to analyze the performance management system implemented at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, a large company engaged in the food and beverage industry. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves in-depth interviews with HR managers and analysis of company policy documents. The results of the study indicate that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk has implemented a comprehensive performance management system, which includes performance planning, monitoring, evaluation, and employee development. However, there are several challenges related to the objectivity of performance assessments and communication between superiors and subordinates. This study provides recommendations for increasing transparency in the performance assessment process and training for managers in providing constructive feedback. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of motivation on the productivity of cadres and members of Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah Community Organization in Surabaya. Through a descriptive qualitative approach and literature study, it was found that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are the main factors in increasing active participation and effectiveness of organizational work programs. Motivational aspects such as religious values, social encouragement, non-material incentives, and recognition of contributions are proven to influence members' activeness in carrying out da'wah, social, educational, and health programs. These findings confirm the importance of motivation-based empowerment strategies to increase the productivity of religious community-based organizations.

Abstract

Successful organizations rely not only on physical resources and technology, but also on human resources, which play a key role in driving organizational processes. One of the key factors that influence the quality and effectiveness of employee performance is job satisfaction and motivation. This study aims to evaluate the influence of job satisfaction and motivation on the organizational behavior dynamics of employees at UD Esa Jaya. The research method used is qualitative with an economic approach. Data collection was conducted through observation and in-depth interviews with employees and management. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods to explore the relationship between job satisfaction, motivation, and organizational behavior. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction and motivation have a significant impact on employee behavior, including in terms of productivity, loyalty, and social interaction in the workplace. These findings provide important contributions to management in developing policies that can enhance job satisfaction and motivation, thereby creating a more efficient and conducive organizational environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi finansial telah mengubah cara Masyarakat termasuk dalam kegiatan berdonasi, dari metode konvensional menjadi lebih praktis dan digital. Salah satu inovasi penting adalah penggunaan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) sebagai metode pembayaran donasi di platform seperti Kitabisa.com. Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana QRIS mendorong efisiensi dan transparansi dalam crowdfunding berbasis donasi di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-normatif, data diperoleh dari regulasi, dokumen resmi, serta literatur akademik dan media daring. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa QRIS mempermudah akses masyarakat untuk berdonasi, mempercepat transaksi, dan mengurangi biaya. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, rendahnya literasi keuangan, dan kekhawatiran soal keamanan data masih perlu diperhatikan. Meski begitu, penerapan QRIS di Kitabisa.com menunjukkan langkah maju menuju budaya filantropi digital yang lebih inklusif dan terpercaya. Untuk mengoptimalkan manfaatnya, diperlukan edukasi publik yang lebih luas serta kerja sama antara pemerintah, penyedia layanan keuangan, dan penyelenggara platform digital. Dengan demikian, donasi digital dapat menjadi sarana pemberdayaan masyarakat yang adil dan berkelanjutan.
