Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) is currently developing rapidly. This can be seen from the utilization and use of ICT can not be separated from all activities of the organization or company. With the use of ICT, the Government through the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration invites local governments to jointly build Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES). The establishment of BUMDES as one of the social institutions that favors the interests of the community through its contribution to services. This study aims to develop BUMDES digital services to improve services to the community. This research was conducted in the province of South Sumatra, precisely in the district. East OKU which consists of 20 sub-districts, 305 definitive villages, 7 sub-districts, and 20 preparatory villages. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), have two business units and one priority business unit. The types of businesses that exist in BUMDes can be clustered into several parts, namely: agriculture and farming engaged in (plantation and agriculture), banking is engaged in (savings and loans/capital), brokering is engaged in services (intermediaries), Holding is engaged in ( village potential), livestock and fishing is engaged in (livestock and fishery), renting is engaged in (rent/loan), serving is engaged in (services), trading is engaged in (trade). This research method uses qualitative, by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. So that a digital service development is needed to facilitate community business activities in East OKU through the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of East OKU.Keywords : ICT, Bumdes, OKU Timur, Digital Services, e-government

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis cloud menjadi kebutuhan mendesak dalam dunia pendidikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja guru, khususnya dalam pengelolaan data pembelajaran dan administrasi sekolah. Namun, di MAS Darussalam Tegal Rejo masih ditemukan keterbatasan literasi digital, terutama dalam penggunaan media penyimpanan daring seperti Google Drive. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan Google Drive sebagai solusi penyimpanan data yang aman, efisien, dan mudah diakses. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan sosialisasi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan intensif. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah MAS Darussalam Tegal Rejo, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 guru tetap dan honorer. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan teknis peserta, seperti membuat folder, mengunggah dan membagikan file, serta mengelola hak akses dokumen. Pelatihan ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan literasi digital dan mendorong perubahan perilaku guru dalam mengadopsi teknologi secara berkelanjutan, yang pada akhirnya mendukung transformasi digital dan efisiensi kerja di lingkungan sekolah. Kata kunci: Pelatihan; Google Drive; Penyimpanan Data; Guru. ABSTRACTThe use of cloud-based technology in education has become essential to support teachers’ work efficiency, particularly in managing learning data and school administration. However, at MAS Darussalam Tegal Rejo, many teachers are still unfamiliar with digital storage platforms such as Google Drive. This community service activity aimed to enhance teachers' knowledge and skills in utilizing Google Drive as a secure, efficient, and easily accessible data storage solution. The implementation method adopted a participatory approach through socialization, demonstration, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring. The program involved 20 permanent and honorary teachers as participants. The results revealed a significant improvement in participants’ technical abilities, including creating folders, uploading and sharing files, and managing document access permissions. This initiative highlights that practical and applicable digital literacy training can drive behavioral changes among teachers in adopting technology sustainably, thereby contributing to digital transformation and improving work efficiency and collaboration within the school environment.  Keywords: Training; Google Drive; Data Storage; Teacher
